Ticket cancelled

I spoke to someone at the box office and they promptly refunded me without a problem. The service at the Irvine spectrum regal theater is outstanding. Thank you to HARRIS at intake he never lets us down.

Refund

I purchased two tickets to see Oppenheimer tonight but just found out that we are having a family emergency and cannot attend. Is there any way I can be refunded and give up my tickets?

Refund never received

My order was WRS3L7N, I submit a refund and never got it back , this was July 17. Now its July 31. Contact me at 609289**** , I would like to have my money back. Its horrible that I havent gotten back its been 2 weeks, horrible service.

App is not working for me

It was good up until I tried to get help! I have had the unlimited pass for about 4 months now! I have enjoyed it and I like the mystery movies! What I hate is that I havent been able to use the app for over a week. I cant update payment, doesnt recognize me as a unlimited customer, cannot order tickets thru the App!! I HAD TO PAY TO SEE A MOVIE YESTERDAY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE

Terrible

The Regal cinemas in town center in Mount Pleasant SC is terribly warm with AC issues. Bathrooms are gross, no napkins even in dispensers by the cafe, floors are dirty, long wait lines, screen in theater 3 has marks on screen that differ in colors. I will not spend another dime at this outdated and cheap theater.

Fire alarm

I took my wife last night to see Oppenheimer when we showed up for the movie. It was delayed for over 30 minutes because someone had pulled the fire alarm prior to the movie start. After the movie started about 1 hour and the fire alarm went off again and we didn't have time to wait so we left. I'm looking for a refund and potentially additional tickets for the time that we spent trying to see a movie at your theater.

My 90 year old dads gift cards have been deeply discounted from original $100 original value to $17.52 for each of the 6 cards that we gave him for gifts.

I looked up each of the cards value and was shocked to find Regal decided to randomly reduce the value of the cards. Its my understanding they never expire just like their competitor, AMC. My dad also has gift cards from AMC and thankfully no problems with deceitful practice. To complicate matters, when my dad died, I disbursed many gift cards to my siblings with face value of ~$300 each. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Cancelled movie

The Met Encore series has been listed on the Regal webpage, but as I go to order a ticket for the July 26th screening of Akhnoten none of the Met encores are remaining on your list. The Metropolitan Opera has you theater listing as screening the summer encore series, yet the Morgantown Regal theater has dropped showing the opera encores. The Morgantown theater is the only theater in Central West Virginia which shows the Metropolitan opera. All the other theaters are showing the major releases from Hollywood. Why did you get rid of the operas? I drove an hour and a half last year to see one of the opera encores only to get to the box office and be told that it had been cancelled by the management since no one had pre-ordered tickets. Needless to say, I didn't make that trip for any other the other operas that were supposed to be screening. So, this year I tried to pre-order my ticket a day prior to the screening, only to find that it is NO longer on the list of movies scheduled to be screened tomorrow. I've tried calling the Regal Theater, but getting in touch with a real person is impossible. All that you get are pre-recorded messages which do not answer my question. It is sooooo frustrating. I go from one webpage to another and can't find anyway to contact a manager or anyone at the Morgantown Regal Theater. The recordings suggest that I come to the theater in person. On the contact webpage, I keep going around in circles. Every time I hit POST it, takes me to the top of the page and tells me to answer all the starred (*) questions, which I have done.

No VIP concessions available & poor customer service

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience on yesterday July 23, 2023 with Regal - Atlantic Station here in Atlanta, GA. I took my daughter for the opening weekend of The Barbie movie and it was horrible. We arrived at the theater about 10 mins before start to no popcorn, no ice cream and a very dirty concession area. I went back to the concession area about 15 mins into the movie and there still no popcorn and the person working the area was just starting yo pour the ice cream mix into the machine. When I asked the guy working the area why there wasn't popcorn or ice cream ready he got an attitude. I asked that he call a manager. He initially acted like he could not, until I pointed out the radio on his hip. Aftwr he called the manager, I asked for the managers name and he said he didn't know it. I said, you don't know the same of who you just spoke with. He then said a nem really fast. I couldn't make it out...Shante ot Shonta, not sure. It was a disaster. I missed about 30 mins of the movie walking in and out. I finally had to walk to the front concession stand to get popcorn. I paid for VIP tickets. There was no reason for me to have to walk to the movie entrance for that concession area to be serviced. When I pay almost $100 for tickets, I expect quality customer service. This is far from what I received. The problem didn't stop there. At the end of the movie, we stopped so that my daughter could take pictures in the Barbie doll box and the person working that area started yelling at the people trying to take pictures saying..."Stop touching the box , it's broken". I couldn't believe he was yelling at patrons rather than posting a sign saying , Please do not touch. My overall experience with Regal was an extremely poor experience.

Hi, I am trying to book a mobie for my daughter and I but when I long on to my account to use the unlimited subscription, it only is giving me 1 time option, but when i search for that movie off my account there are a lot of options. Please help.

Refund for purchase of two tickets

I paid 25.98 for two tickets to see sound of freedom and they informed me that they will refund me 22.12. Did not explain why my refund is less than it should have been. I am not happy with regal. Georgianna rogers

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. My money was refunded, but the main problem, well that still exists. So, truly no resolution.

I am handicapped, was pre-ordering tickets through their app, but once I had completed the process I was not given the opportunity to pick my seats, which for obvious reasons, is very important. I went through the refund process to see if I had made a mistake, I didn't. They kept a convienence fee, despite me not being able to ensure seating as a disabled and handicapped individual. I deserve a full refund if I can't guarantee that I will have a handicapped accessable seat. They are taking advantage of the disabled by not allowing us to save our seat prior to purchase, and then not giving a full refund when you find out your seat isn't guaranteed.

Help with tickets

I was not a pissed customer when I called. I just needed help because I didnt revive my ticket via email. That was before I saw how much of a joke the customer service is. 1) no one answered 2)The whole name pissed customer is a distasteful joke and a slap in the face to paying customers that simply need help with something. So way to turn a simple issue into an actual pissed customer. Me and everyone I know will be going to AMC movie theaters for the rest of my life now since you think customer service for ppl that spend their money with your company is such a funny joke. Also your website is very messed up. It was logging me into other customers accounts and showing me their debit card numbers. Might want to give a damn about that one!
