Terrible customer service...cant talk to a live person....can not resolve my issue...want to cancel my subscription....extremlly difficult task

Terrible customer service....Working on this issue for 3 days....no results....can not talk to anyone. Difficult for elderly to manage.

I have been a smoker for many years and always stuck to same brand (regal) but recently i have noticed that the tabacco spills out of your cigarettes , this is a disappointment as i pay a lot of money for your product,this had happened at least 6 times to me and thought you should know

Regal Cigs got me, too

I sent $4.95 for a "free trial offer" of an e-cigarette on 04/17/2014. I carefully scoured the website for hidden charges before I did it, as I always do. Did not see anything that said they were enrolling me in a monthly plan. They had not sent me anything additional in the mail. On 05/01/2014, they took $119.95 from my credit card. Unfortunately, I never noticed they had done that until just now! On 06/08/2014, they took $94.90 off my card. This time I DID notice, and called to complain. They asked if I had received something in the mail from them. I did recall a small envelope which I thought I had discarded unopened. (I had already discarded the "free sample", because it was awful.) They explained that by ordering the sample, I had agreed to a monthly debit, and that it was under "terms and conditions" buried somewhere on their website. After a lot of yelling back and forth, they agreed to give me half my money back. On 06/25/2014, they credited $45.00 to my account. By then, I had located the unopened package in a drawer, and returned it to them. I think they credited me another $20.00. I was just now scouring my old online credit card statements, looking for something else, when I discovered the $119.95 charge they got away with. In that case, they never had even mailed me anything to even TRY and justify the charge.

I too didn't read the fine print but the ecig is already broke. I plugged it in to charge and worked, but next time it wouldn't tgrough my usb on my laptop. So in the kit they send an ac charger and the light on the charger came on but the light on the end of the ecig did not. I even tried other plug ins. This only lasted 2 months

Said just pay for s&h then tried to bill my card 119$ couple weeks later, luckily i use that low limit cc with no cap room on it for dubious offers like this so they couldnt charge it ,but they tried plenty

Survey scam rip-off

I took a so-called survey where I "won" a free trial and starter kit for just paying the shipping, which I thought was a great thing to try and entice my son to quit smoking. I made sure to check the box that said I DID not want a recurring automatic shipment or any other on going thing! When I got my bank statement I found the shipping charge and another charge of $119.95 for a shipment of a month's supply of their product, but the week before, my son came by and told me he didn't like their brand, because it didn't taste good, so I knew there was no way I wanted them continued and thought that was the end of it. After I saw my statement, I called Regal cigs to get a refund of my money and was told that all I could get was 50% of the $119.95 back as they had shipped another months supply because I hadn't called in 2 weeks to stop it! There was not a word of this on the free trial page and they made sure not to ship the trial out until after 2 weeks so they could add the charge befre they even shipped! But since I had called they were going to be "kind" enough and give me 50% of the $119.95 back, after I argued with the woman for 20 minutes she cut me off with a statement that she would give me my money back and everything would be cleared, so I would not receive any more shipments, then hung up on me. Well surprise, surprise all she returned was $59.95 back!  I am on disability and receive $753.00 a month so money is very tight, and now I am over-drafted and getting deeper in debt every day because of this scam! Is ther any way of getting the rest of my money back?

Regal Cigs - Trial Product Review from Hemet, California

Signed up for trial offer, never received merchandise then regal decided to charge me for restocking fee of something I never received and yet to return my money to this day and its been over a month. Very bad at business on top of that they act like it isn't a big deal to just take money when me and my wife repeatedly told them we never got their stuff they still took the money. GARBAGE COMPANY DONT BUY OR TRY

Unauthorized bank account charges for refills I didnt order or authorize to be charged to my bank card.

Regal E-cigs charged my bank card on three separate occasions for refills I didn't order nor authorize to be taken out of my bank account one on 12/26/14 for $119.95, 1/26/15 for 93.91, 3/4/15 for 93.91, I received two refill shipments which I returned unopened on 3/14/15 and my bank account was only reimbursed $143.92 when $307.77 was withdrawn from it. The starter kit I ordered for my husband was suppose to be a free gift from Amazon for completing a survey, *** me, should have known better. If it sounds too good to be true probably is.

Still being charged for a free trail of Regal gigs

2 months ago I accepted the free trial of Regal cigs for $5.95.Then I get my credit card statement the next month I get billed $119.95 for 5 more filters I did not order or no anything about and this month credit card statement I was charged $93.91 for I don't know. I was under the impression this was just a free trial so I accepted. Never had a clue I would be $219.81 for something that was to be free. I will be pretty cautious next time something pops up and says free trial. I should've know better

Does anyone read the "fine print" these days. All you see is "FREE"! Does anyone know the definition of a "trial"?!? It's not a scam. People are just STIPUD! I have had ZERO issues with Regal. I bought the start up kit. And that was all they charged me for. Free trial means just that....free TRIAL. That means if you keep it, they charge you. I would actually like to thank Regal for such a great e-cig and great customer service. READ THE FINE PRINT! And if needed, look up what a "free trial" really is! Thank you Regal!

People obviously did not read the terms and conditions which explicitly outline the charges they agreed to.

Here is what is clearly stated in their terms and conditions which customers checked the box stating they had read: 2. PURCHASING THE PRODUCT Upon placing your first order for the Product you will be enrolled in Regal Refill Program. Regal Cigs will send you a Starter Kit which includes one extended battery, one wall charger, one USB charger, one cigarette case, 5 nicotine cartomizers, and an instruction manual. All you pay for is shipping at a rate of $9.95 (USD)(occasional promotional rates may apply). As a member of the Program, you have 14 days to try the Product (the Trial Period). Please note that delivery time is subtracted from your Trial Period, and will reduce the number of days allocated to your Trial Period. If the Product is not right for you call 1-88*-822-**** during the Trial Period to cancel. Otherwise, at the end of your Trial Period your credit card will be charged $119.95 (USD) for the Product you already received. Then 45 days from your initial order of the Product (and every 30 days thereafter), you will be sent a new supply of the Refills containing 10 cartomizers, (A total of 400 cigarettes worth) and your credit card will be charged $89.95 + $4.95 shipping (the Monthly Fee). All people have to do is actually read the terms and conditions. I did not find that hard to do, and said no accordingly. For those that read the conditions on how to cancel and were not able to cancel, that is a legitimate problem that is well documented if you do a simple Google. search, like I did. I also read the Terms of Service that I checked the box stating I have read them for this site as well.

Lots of hidden costs, is not free, charges a restocking fee, like time on phone to cancel

Don't do there survey or questionnaire to get a free Regal Premium Starter Kit. Their deal has nothing to do with free, it ends up costing you before and when your done. It cost you to ship it to you. It cost you to send it back. And the worst part is they charge you a restocking fee of 20 percent of market value. Beware!!!!!!!! Say No. Why did I post this high priced MT Regal box for sale you might ask? To share with all to protect all. I Don't want crooked companies like Regal E C's getting free money just because they have fancy paper work forged from highly paid lawyers. They hide things in small print that I personally did not even see from where they printed it. When you cancel the supposed free member ship is when you find out the hard way. They also take their sweet time to ship it to you, so you have less time to try the product, and less time to cancel. Here is the no holds bar Regal E C gimmick, that I do not want any one else to go through...........in fact, if you do some research on regal E C's, I am guessing that you will find this easier than Regal e E C's themselves. The address you will have to send the product back to when you are not satisfied is : 8601 West Washington St. #200 Tolleson Arizona 85353, and add a RMA number that takes 30 to 50 minutes to get from one of their service representatives. It took that long for a person to answer my call. My RMA number was this long 114072****372****. Don't mess your number up, they might not give you cancellation, maybe its the same number as mine, use it, I don't care. Their customer care line number is 188******** if you want to quiz them. They work it like this, they pick a company, and I don't know if the company is affiliated or make it look like it. What ever the company that they choose is, they ask you, if you would like to take a survey about that company? Mine was a Ebay Questionnaire. So If Ebay takes this off, I know they are crooked as well. When you are done they give you 4 consumer options for a free whatever you choose. A skin care product, a dietary supplement, or a watch. I only know this option of Regal E C's. That's what I chose. A Regal E C Premium starter pack. Which includes a fancy box pictured above containing, a plastic flip top box that's suppose to hold 5 cartomizers and battery stick wand, a plug in the wall usb charger. What they do not tell you, till you give them your credit card, is that it is a free trial offer. I found it out after I thought some thing was fuffy wucky. Called them to find the details. They answer right away for this call. It takes forever to get it, like it was shipped from over seas. Maybe it is? Non the less, it gives you less time to cancel, and less er time to try the supposed free starter kit. The programming is quite spectacular for the emails that they send you as well. It seems like they have a time expiration. I saved them on my phone and on my email and some how they all disappeared. I could not find them Sam I am, I add Green color to my eggs and ham. I could not find them here or there, after searching everywhere And yes I am not kidding about the Emails that disappeared from Regal. Is it schooling or fooling or plain ashed a good FA King. Go a head and decide yourself. But I will just tell you to say NO to the Regal!

Regal Cigs - Starter Kit Review from Johnson City, Tennessee

Well did a survey and got free trial starter kit for 4.95 shipping an. Handling it asked if i wanted the 6month supply which i did not and denied it. So get starter kit and fewweeks later my bank account all messed up not only did i have 119 out of my account which put me in negative. I had 5 other things go into negative so not now i have 6 30dollor overdraft fees and i had to pay 20bucks to over night it back to them to get my 119 bqck just to be told their is a 23 dollor restoking fee. Askd if i would like a discount om their e cig so tomorrow my money better be back into my account! So w starter kit when i denied the membership when ot asks of you want it cost me over 300 bucks my carpayment is what it cost for doing a survey stay away from.this money stilling company. They will lie take ur money chargeypu 50 bucks to return their stuff!

Regal Cig's Free E-Cigarette Trial Scam

I was researching E-Cigarett's as a way to quit smoking. That being said, I found a website that was expounding the virtues of using E-Cigaretts as a safer alternative to smoking and a possible way to quit! The same site (which I personaly believe to be owned and operated by Regal Cig's) offered the company as a "saviour" which would send you a starter pack of everything you needed for only $4.95 S&H. After I ordered, I found link's on the internet that basically stated that once they had your credit card number, if you did not return the entire order (less one cartridge or something to that effect) they would bill your credit card $119.00 (+ or -) plus about $60.00 for refill's on a regular basis. Unless I called their customer (lack of) service department for a return authorization number for return info. The clock start's cliking from the moment of shippment not receipt. If you do not return in time, you get stuck for the $119.00. If you do, and you only get to try one cartridge, you still get stuck with a restocking charge Within 30 minutes of ordering, I called them back to cancel my order. The were having nothing to do with that idea and told me that the order was already processed and ready for shipment (after business hour's on a Friday evening so they could have stopped it if they wanted to!). Unfortunatly, being a trusting (stoopid) individual, I did not read the term's and conditions that basically stated that once they had my credit card number I was basically SOL. I was also asked "did I really expect to get $119.00 worth of product for$4.95?" I called my credit card company about 40 minutes after I told them to cancel the order, told them the sad tale, was told that the $4.95 from these vultures had already been charged to my account. The Credit card company dissalowed the charge and at my request cancelled the card so they could no longer have access to the account. I emailed their customer support (LOL) department and informed them that I considered the order cancelled and that could ship only at their own risk! Guess what? I got an robo response with the same phone number that I used to cancell the order! Also, when I called to cancell and was told to go to heck, I asked to speak with a supervisor, surprise, none was available and I was promise one would call me back. Guess what has not happend? Stay away from these rip off artist
