Regarding payment

My complain is about my payment which already deducted in my account to redrail account.so plz atlleast speak with us to explain you My amount 2637 is transferred to redrail about this amount there is no any booking

Cancellation amount not credited in my account

I was booked ticked from Dindigul To Bengalore on 30 Jul 2023. My ticket number (TIN): TS8S3811****. This ticket is cancelled. but still not amount credited in my account. You are requested for refund money to credit my account at the earliest please.

I booked bus tickets from Redbus, but they didn't provide me any bus ticket.

I booked 3 bus ticket on 15-07-23 for 26-07-23 worth 1372.60 . After booking tiket I just get invoice not tiket. Now I want to get refund by cancelling those tickets. But without ticket number i can't get refund even can't take to customer care.

For refund money

I booked a ticket from Mumbai to pune but I did not travel because the driver of that bus did not receive my call for security and time issues I prefered different method of travel. So I tried to cancel the ticket but I was unable to cancel that time. Gateway of payment was simplpay. So plz refund them

Today I am traveling to Navsari to dhrol and I booked Bus form you website but this bus in heavy leaked with rainy water.I close my seats both windows but then rain water comes in seat.Currentlyy I am facing heavy rain in my seat .my seat is totall wet and rainy water comes in seat and curtains also totally wer There are many leakages in bus .I have really bad experienced regarding this.I am really disappointed with you facility .I have 8 hr traveling how can I manage my self to that rainy water ?

Where my refund as committed

I had booked below Ticket (redBus Ticket - TS7R8038****) for my mom, From Aurangabad to Mumbai, she is in old age and not able to walk, the bus drive instead of dropping her at Dadar T.T. Circle which was her dropping point, Also the arrival time was 6 AM But the bus cross Mumbai at 10:30AM. he Drive took the bus to Borivali and drop her at Bandra telling her we dont go to Dadar T.T. Circle, where as its clearly mentioned on ticket dropping point - Dadar T.T. Circle It was heavily raining outside, she faced lot of difficulties in getting Taxi, when contact Redbus they told we will look into it, without get confirmation or concern they mailed me saying You raised a concern with us and we have resolved it. And we hope that makes you happy How they can send such mail when the issued is not resolved Very pathetic Service, didnt expected from Redbus. I rate Redbus Zero 0 and will not book Ticket from Redbus nor recommend others

Bus was really not worth it and no comfort

No comfort in bus and it was carry extra 20-25 people and I could not sleep because of noise in bus and vomit smell.

I was book ticket in mahadev bus service, bbsr to jaypore. I was pick at chilka, my seat no 20.but that time that seat was fill up, how to fill up i dont know, after that conductor will told me go to 24 no seat, after that i was going to seat no 24,that time on 23 no seat one lady sitted, she is not allowed to seat there on 24 no seat, after that i came on to condoctor, and told him everything, that time condoctor was fully sleepy. Means have no sense. After that what will i do. Tell me. If you cant do any thing, what will i do.just think fully night how to mange me.

Bus service

Very worst service. AC is not at all working. I hv board at 9pm, now 10.30pm till now not working the AC properly. When we asked the operator and driver, they didn't reply properly. It's too suffocating inside the bus since the windows are closed. I completely fed-up. Refund my full money and i m sure going to lounge the consumer complaint in the court against redbus and city travels

Complaint against Red Bus Ticket No.689FXY8M

Dear Sir This is to bring to your kind information that I had booked a ticket through my irctc account for my daughter Chitvan Agrawal from Agra to Dehradun on 16.05.2023 for the journey to be undertaken on 28.02.2023. Details of ticket are attached with the mail. The bus was scheduled to depart from Agra at 10.05 PM and being lone female passeneger I had booked seat no. 09 Single sleeper for her. In the evening we got a message from BITLA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED that the PNR is 44619, Bus no is MP33ME9090 and driver details are Vinod Tomar with Cell no. 748925****. We reached the scheduled place in time and then contacted the driver on this number at 9.50 pm. He told he was at Morena and the bus will reach Agra by 11.30 pm or so.On more enquiry he asked the passenger name and said that there is no such passenger name in his list. Moreover it is a Double Sleeper bus and he no provision for a single seat. He also said that another bus is also running at half an hour difference from his bus and asked us to enquire in that bus. We had no details of that bus neither we were provided any details. On calling Redbus customer care the person was more interested in saying sorry and arranging a conference call with the above mentuioned bus driver. During the conference call the driver was ruder at us that why we talked to customer care and he will be anyhow taking my daughter and WILL ARRANGE A SINGLE SLEEPER FOR HER. My query was that if there are already passengers in the bus, how come you should arrange a single sleeper seat? There was no satisfactory reponse fron the Customer Care Executive. We asked him to cancel our ti cket and refund the money and after much arguementhe told that he has lodged a formaql complaint against the service provider Deepanshu Travels and will revert in 48 working hours. My daughter had to cancel her journey and it amounted to a three non paid leaves as she is is job. IT IS A SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS THAT AS A PART OF IRCTC , SUCH CASUAL SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY REDBUS AND THAT TOO FOR FEMALE PASSENGER? Kindly take note of this incidence and get the needful done for refund of money paid to redbus and compensation for unpaid leaves of my daughter. WANT MY REFUND , WORST SERVICE, VERY ANNOYED

I could not board. I reached at the boarding point before 11:30 that was boarding time. The bus was not there, then i started calling the number, they were not picking up for 9-10 times. When they did, they said that they have moved to a different point, i went there as well . There was no bus. And i called again, they started abusing, and denied to pickup i traveled 40 KMS more for the bus. Still they were not giving me the location. I could not board. I want my full refund. I am Very annoyed right now. This is not done. The bus driver and conductor started abusing and misbehaving unnecessarily even when it was their fault. I always use red bus and this is the only time I have faced this. I want my full refund unless i won't Let anyone only my friends family use this. You guys are very rude after taking the money. The bus was not at the boarding point, not picked up the call for 10 times and made me travel for 45Kms, and still couldn't board. Delhi to Lucknow at 11:30 PM. Unhygienic seat with lots of cockroach

I have booked a bus from redbus and the journey date was 06/02/2023, 11:10 PM Ticket Number: TS385986**** | PNR No: 15424**** Bus no : NL01B1708 There are lots of cockroach , I have not slept and also not even sat , i have complaint the same at the same time. Complaint no : 2098**** Seat is also not hygiene, mosquito and all and also the bus driver assistant was rude and informed that we have already sprayed for the cockroach. Why these type of services. I am really unsatisfied and not slept. Even I have asked for the seat change , that also has not been done. I need to take an action against the same or want the full refund l.
