Charged for wrong movies
Hi. I just purchased for movies from Redbox. 2 of which are entirely NOT what I had in my cart, or what it displayed was being prepared to deposit for me. I paid 7$ for movies I didnt even get.

I rented three movies for my grandkids. They lost them, of course! I returned on the 9th day and was charged $70!!! I called to see if there was any refund of part of this fee and the customer service was terrible! No refund, no service, no apologetic sorry NUTHIN! A big giant nothing burger

Accidentally rented the same movie twice. Very nice young lady helped me to resolve the problem. She was very nice.

Charged me $37 for a DVD I returned!!
I dropped off a DVD @the kiosk on the left inside Albertsons and got more fruit bowls and freaking pork chops for dinner that nught!! They charged me $37 for a movie I watched once and RETURNED&CANT CALL UNTIL MORNING:( NEVER USING REDBOX AGAIN!!!

Late fee
Zero help I didnt get any of my money back I was literally in the hospital due to covid already out of work and got charged 82 for two movies. Extremely disappointed that I didnt get any help my calls kept getting hung up on and I was charged and outrageous amount for movies I returned as soon as I could.

It's a rip off they will charge your card like they did mine $63 without my approval and make false claims as to what the charge is, I will be reporting them to the BBB and seeing a attorney. I will never use them again.Dont use it

Bought a disk and it skips and freezes
It skips and freezes in parts. Missing parts of the movie. This isnt the first one I have got like this. The other one was rented. I have rented and bought a lot. Have only had a problem with one rental and now this one I bought. I would just like a refund or coupon for the price and just purchase something else
