Harrassed and screamed at

An employee by the name of Michelle at the Homewood suites on 715 Kipling in lakewood Colorado screamed at me, cursed at me, yelled at me and intentionally targeted me while I worked there. I also have video footage of her harassing me. I need to speak to someone as soon as possible please. I have tried calling corporate and leaving voicemails as well.

Yes I was checking status on my refund red roof inn blue mound Rd . Brian Frye check in 7/212023 for 7 days was charged for 2 weeks. 81

Lompoc Red Roof In is Disgusting

Hello, We just spent $132 to stay the night at the red roof in on Lompoc CA. I have to say this place is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The rooms are completely disgusting, have holes in the walls, smells like smoke, burn marks on the bedding ( no bed sheets anywhere ). The staff with the exception of Sal seem to be stoned out of there minds. They also tried to charge my CC 3. Times. Please fire the staff and close the place down

Roaches in my room

I was staying In room 217 and all was fine I had to check out yesterday but decided to check back in last night and they gave me a different room then 217. Now I am in room 133 and the room is covered in roaches I cannot even lay in the bed with out them crawling all over me. Which means it's 3:45 am and I cannot sleep or even attempt too. This situation is unacceptable and I've been told that the room behind me is occupied by a tenant that is the reason for the roach infestation at this property and they have done nothing to difuse this problem like remove him from the property. Even though their own employees have first hand witnessed the infestation in that tenants room. If the problem in the room behind mine was handled there is a damn good chance that my room infestation problem would not exist. Instead they continue to let the tenants in the room behind mine stay there and do nothing to take care of the pest problem coming from that room. I don't think that it is fair that I have to pay for a night in a room I can't even sleep in so I stayed out of the room as much as possible. And armed myself with a huge can of roach spray and it still wasn't enough.

Is with my stay at red roof

I book my stay at your Orlando location at 8342 Jamaican ct, they did not have any rooms clean so we waited for about 20 min or so, when we were able to go to the room. We left for a little bit and when we came back our room key would not work, had to have it rekeyed. Then when got into the room the air was not working, but at this point we was so tired that we were like it might kick in went to turn on the tv no sound on any channels. Day two we went came back and once again our key did not work had to go downstairs once again, when we got into the room turned on the tv no sound went downstairs they sent a maintenance person to check on he left and never came back. We complained again so the moved us to the room next door , smelled humid and air was not working , we got a fan to keep our room cool and then today one of the workers knocked on the door and asked my husband if we were going to checked out, we have the room till the 8 th of July. We have had nothing but issue. We can not check out because we will lose the money, we were staying till our apartment was ready. I already put in a review but I felt that corporate needed to know what is going on, I am sorry but I will not be looking to stay at this location or recommend my family friends .the coffee was cold in the lobby.

The place is disgusting.

It deserves a zero. Had really bad smells.Roahes running around the room. One room had mold in it. Overall the whole place was nasty.

The hotel had roaches and bed bugs!!! Hair in the sink and on the floors.

Upon arriving at the hotel the first room issued had not been cleaned. I was moved to another room. After inspecting the room I began to see roaches crawling and bed bugs. At this point I grabbed my things and left the location in Newnan Ga.

Mold growing everywhere

The Tuscaloosa Alabama red roof inn plus has mold growing every where!! We were moved to another room after we should mold in our first one the second smelled as if it had mold growing and when walking out the back of the hotel to go to my car there was black mold everywhere!

Wrongfully kept my deposit

Me and my boyfriend have made numerious reservations with this location of Red Roof In and the one in Beech Grove. Honestly never had a problem until the 7th. We've always paid with a card and so would be our deposit, wed checked out and get our deposit back a day later. This last time we paid with a card but our depoist was cash. When we checked in, we originally reserved the weekend, we ended up paying for two more nights so all together we stayed four nights. Well when we went to check out, they should have gave us our cash deposit back right then and there. Instead they told us our room smelled like smoke and they couldn't give us our deposit back. Anytime we stay it's a huge inconvenience for me to have to go outside to smoke cause it's a nonsmoking room. However, i follow the policy, its ridiculous to pay 100 more dollars on a 70 dollar room just to smoke in it, which i wouldnt have done anyway because the windows dont open. my boyfriend isn't a smoker, and with the windows not opening, no fan in the bathroom and it's a tiny room. I wouldn't have trapped him in a smoked out room with no ventilation. They have cameras all over the property, so they have the footage of me walking in n out of the lobby, cause there's only one entrance, to smoke. And yet they insist it smelled of smoke and refused another opinion or the proof. I communicated my problem with corporate who refuses to do anything but send me in circles of people to talk to. Needless to save i WONT be wasting any money with this corporation again and discourage anyone else to either.dont waste your money

Awesome Experience

Very clean and updated rooms. Friendly staff and nice pool facilities, at a reasonable price. I would recommend this Inn to all. :)

Degraded motels

The Hometown Suites in E.Syracuse is an unsafe,dirty facility. It is by far the worst red roof hotel we have ever stayed at. The Red Roof at theAlbanyairportis also almost as bad. Based on these visits we are planning to try to find a new hotel chain. Gene Killian

Very poor customer service nasty facilities treated like dirt

I work on the road and occasionally my boss will have to extend my room for the night based on how the job is going. Well I'm working in Wilmington North Carolina and we're staying at the Red roof inn there. I showed up in town the day of work and checked in and went straight to work. Showed up at 9:00 at night. Got back to the motel around 9:00 the next morning went straight to bed because I had other jobs to do in that area. Around 11:15 the maid beats on my door and I holler from my bed after she woke me up and told her my room had been extended. Well unfortunately she doesn't speak English working in America.. the lady at the front desk called my boss five times within 20 minutes. Told my boss she was calling the law and having me thrown out of the room because I hadn't come to the desk on the second morning and signed her paper before I went to bed. I had been sound asleep and knew none of that was going on. My boss sent me a text message and tells me I need to calm down they're calling the wall. I don't have a clue what's going on. I go to the front desk and the people who run the franchisor on it told me that I was supposed to come and sign her paperwork that I didn't have a room that the reservation I had from the night before ended at 11:00 and until I had my signature on her paper I didn't have a room. Told me she had a paper trail that she had to follow and there was no excuse for me not checking in with her and signing the paper. Told me I was hating on her and hating on her maid when I hadn't spoke to either one I had simply yelled from the bed my room has been extended. She demands my driver's license and my signature and $100 deposit which my boss has already paid online. They would not recognize his deposit because he paid it online. I went back to the room to get my billfold brought her my driver's license gave her $100 cash all the while she's giving me down the road about me being rude to her maid and me being rude to her when in fact it was the opposite the total opposite. I probably stayed in a hundred motels in the last 6 months not once have I ever had to go to the front desk when the boss extends my room and he does it on a regular basis. These people blew this way out of proportion threatened to call the law and have me thrown out in the street. Told me I was hating on everybody when I hadn't even spoken to anyone. Then her husband is at the desk when I go back. Here's a gentleman who is an expert on motels wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. The facilities were obviously closed or abandoned and they had bought it and we're running it now. The facilities nasty there is no room extension for any reason. Threaten me because he saw me smoking a cigarette walking in and told me if I was smoking in that room he was keeping my deposit and if there was any damage to the room he was keeping my deposit. First of all I never smoking the room and I'm not a drunken teenager who would damage the room. Absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs even if it cost you extra money do not stay at this dump. He's got a bunch of illegal aliens cleaning his rooms, the rooms are just probably the poorest room I've ever stayed in. Unprofessional attitude and professional in the way that they treated me. Absolutely no respect at all. Avoid this dump. Sleep in your car you'll be more comfortable and you probably won't take home bed bugs.

I was unfairly treated rudely and asked to leave the property for no reason other than the third shift staff had an attitude

I I have been staying here off and on because my truck was broken down and out of nowhere I started having problems with my debit card. I wasn't able to rent a hotel leaving me effectively homeless for 2 days sleeping wherever I could find on the street. The staff at Red Roof Inn knew this because they had tried to get me a room but we had failed because of my failing card many times. I had been awake and on my feet for almost three days when my card finally was fixed at 3:00 a.m. of the third day. I walked 4 miles to the Red Roof Inn so I can finally sleep and when I walked in the office was rudely greeted by the third shift staff and told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes and I would have to wait outside. Okay so I go outside and I sit on the bench provided and I start listening to a podcast on my phone the lady then came out and told me to turn it down. Now if I was being unnecessarily loud I would definitely turn it down and admit my wrong and apologize that I wasn't thinking but we were nowhere near the rooms I was up front at the office and it was only as loud as a video could talk on my phone speaker. So she went back in and I turned it down I had a strange feeling that she was just going to keep this up so I started my voice recorder. 8 minutes later as I'm swiping through Facebook reels the lady comes out again and she says I'm not going to be able to rent you a room I said why,? She then lied and said they didn't have any. I said she the second shift lady was just going to rent me a room a few hours ago? When she replied that was 10 rooms ago all the while and empty parking lot was in view. She said as a matter of fact I'm going to need you to get off the property. It was uncalled for and rude she knew I had been up and on my feet for three days struggling. I never once lost my manners or deserved any of this. I believe it started the prior week when I stay the night and I found a gun hidden under the bed sheet. That told me that the room wasn't being cleaned. So when I reported it I did not get a refund I did not get room room switched or anything they just took the gun! Then from there on out they had an attitude with me.

Ants in Room

We just left Spot X hotel in Regency Village, Orlando, Florida. We booked the hotel for three nights. When we got there and unpacked, we found ants. The ants were in the bed, on the nightstand and on the desk. We also saw them in the lobby by the coffee machine. We left the hotel. The woman was a bit nasty and did credit us two out of three nights. We feel we should not have to pay for the night. We did not sleep there. I would appreciate if someone got back to us. It was really gross.
