Worst service ever was totally disrespected

Got one drink from the bar because the waitress was taking to long to come for a drink order. Then they come order and take our order about a minute later they come back to say they are out of romaine lettuce so my wife has to change her order and at this time I also asked to order a second drink based on how long it took to get the first one but I got a reply of we have policy that you can only have one drink at a time so I said thats fine by the time you get it here Ill be done at which point she she said ok and left at this point I quickly finished off my glass so I wouldnt have 2 at the table and break the policy. A few minutes later the manager came over and apoligized about the lettuce and then decided to tell me that they cant serve me anymore drinks because I seem intoxicatedI had one drink that was the only drink I had on this day she had nothing to base me being intoxicated on I never even spoke one single word to her prior to this and I didnt stumble r sway walking there was no sign of intoxicating and she disrespected me in front of my family. Run the cameras see for yourself around 9:15 or so. I lost my patience at this point and slammed my menu down and said cancel my order and got up and started walking out this caused problems between me and my wife because her and my daughter were both hungry. My 9 year old daughter left in tears it was my worst restaurant experience ever and not sure that I will ever come back despite the fact that I like the food. After this Iwas quite angry and decided to file a complaint but I called the store to ask the manager name and she answered and replied with we are closed and hung up this was at about 9:30 tried to call back several other times even tried to get through by picking curbside and no answer. This was at the Quakertown Pa location and what happened there was really disrespectful if you were to ask me to rate my experience on a 0-10 scale its a zero . Offensive display

My wife and I went to dinner at Red Robin (Gambrills/Crofton MD) and I noticed a wall hanging that disturbed me: to advertise their "Banzai burger", Red Robin's marketing geniuses used the following imagery to promote the burger: one aspect ("BANZAI") is the battle cry of Japanese sailors and soldiers; the other is a depiction of the "Rising Sun" flag, which was the ensign of the Japanese Imperial Navy during World War II. Touchy? Maybe...but I resent having the symbols of the war-mongering Japanese Empire shoved in my face. Sorry, I know I wasn't there, but coming from a Navy family of five generations I still remember Pearl Harbor.

Running Shady Business (Vancouver, BC, Canada)

The company is hiring foreign workers/immigrants to pay them cheap labor while forcing me out. They send me home after 2 hrs of work while the immigrants are getting their full 8 hrs. They remove me off my only shift on Saturdays because they want to save money, yes, my ONLY shift. They told me because I have a "wife who can supply secondary income and because I have a secondary job" so that it's ok for them to remove me off the schedule without consulting me first, my only shift. But they can't send them home because it's their "only job". They definitely DO NOT value their hard working, experienced and knowledgeable employees anymore or anyone there. One of me can do the same job for 3 cooks. Do the math. (1 cook =3 cooks) There's no leadership or coaching & it's VERY toxic. They never tell you "good job" or "you're doing great, keep up the great work." It's basically inmates running the asylum. It's foreign immigrants training other foreign immigrants who haven't even been properly trained by any leadership. There's no kitchen manager, there's no chefs, there's no proper leadership. Just lots of questioning and yelling. No one knows how to properly cook and none of them are even properly trained and they don't have any passion for their jobs. They don't even care about their job. They are just there so they can legally work in Canada. They literally pushed me out the door after 25 years in favor of immigrants who don't even know or understand how to cook. They put out raw beef burgers constantly. So the next time you decide to go in to Red Robin Vancouver location, keep in mind who is cooking your burgers, foreign immigrants with no actual training.

No reason for review it’s a complaint

Had injury at restaurant, and did not supply with medical kit to fix problem had to go to MedExpress to treat cut on my leg filed a claim on July 28. Havent heard anything and had to go to MedExpress and use my own insurance and co-pay to fix problem. Cut my leg in the bathroom stall sharp edges on toilet paper holder bleeding a lot did not have any proper medical kit. Had to go to MedExpress at restaurant 216

Very Unhappy

I went to your establishment on 7/27 at around 5pm. I ordered two chicken Caesar wraps with fries, to go! Upon getting home, my Caesar wrap was open the wrap was in pieces and it was on top of the fries. This made the fries soggy and I had to eat the wrap with a fork. I called Wilkes Barre Pa Red Robin where I ordered it and asked you to speak to the supervisor. I understand that it is a hot day and I appreciate that there is someone at this restaurant that is making my food but I would not serve this the way it looked to anybody the other rap was OK except it was again on top of the french fries. Mine, however, because it was open the fries didnt get all soggy so when I called Wilkes-Barre the supervisor was taking down my address and asked me to spell it like seven times. I got a little annoyed and just hung up because I feel like it was being done on purpose. As of now I will not be going back to this establishment any longer.

Bad experience

We got there we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Then we put our drink order and our food order in at one time. Waited 45 minutes to get our food. waitress didnt come and check on us once. When we got our food mine was totally wrong. My sons hamburger was cold and he got the wrong salad. My husbands meal was cold. He was going to eat it anyway. Asked the manager for some more sauce and he never got it. So he didnt eat his meal. Waited for my meal to come back and it never came back. We finally flags on the waitress. She got the manager they still charged us for the kids food that was cold. They were hungry and they were eating regardless. The whole bad experience was probably about two hours, because we constantly were waiting on somebody to come and help us.

Very irritated customer

Today I ordered, just a plain cheeseburger, double patty, no bun, no fries. It came through on my bill as a monster burger! To add insult to injury I was charged $16.89 ! That is outrageous. I could have gone to a more sophisticated restaurant, ordered a cheeseburger which would have put Red Robins to shame and spent the same, or in some instances less. I am still in shock. I was dining with my grandson who at age 15 was as appalled as me. He said, when I get my drivers license I wont be able to afford to come here. I agreed. Terrible cole slaw

So you start selling cole slaw a couple months ago...good job tastes great! Then you change the dressing to see kind of a Dijon dressing absolutely horrible. I will never order it again. And I will let others know also that actually like "real" cole slaw.

Lack of beverages

And we stopped in at your location in Lakewood Mall Lakewood california, when we went in to have something to eat the lady asked me what I wanted to drink and I said coffee she says sorry we don't have any hot drinks no hot coffee no hot tea no hot chocolate! I don't understand the reasoning behind it, but I would assume because you folks don't serve any breakfast you don't have any coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate. So I guess because of the lack of beverages and the way that we were told we don't have any hot drinks! We'll just have to go someplace else.

Bad visit

The day in question was a family lunch for my birthday. The waitress was kind, but not properly trained. I made the manager (Ricardo) aware of the issues and that it ruined my birthday celebration. Ricardo did not seem to care. When I called corporate, the customer service representative was helpful and I was sent an email to submit the info needed for a refund. Until this is resolved, I cannot give a definitive answer to this question.

Dirty restaurant, dirty server.

I am putting this review on here because the feedback form on Red Robins own website only allows for 1200 characters and there is no way to describe our experience in less than that. So I referenced this page on their form. This is specific to the Red Robin in Avondale, AZ but as you will read its been our experience at all the Red Robins that weve tried in the last ten years. Every time we are hopeful that the food and service are better. They never are. So once again we are done and maybe this time we learned our lesson. The restaurant was DIRTY. The bathroom was DIRTY. The floors were filthy and there were tables not bussed. We had six people in our party: two children and four adults. When we asked for silverware, the server brought four sets and set them all right in front of my husband without saying a word and walked off. We had SIX people at our table! The ONLY time our server actually talked to us was when he took our order. Every time he came to the table to bring anything he was quiet and dint say anything. He simply set things on the table and walked away. Speaking of the server. He was NOT clean and looked disheveled. His hair was greasy or sweaty and plastered to his forehead. He clothes were rumpled. I'm a clean freak and cant imagine that our food was made in a clean kitchen with the look of our server and the dirty restaurant. I couldnt even get halfway through my sandwich. Speaking of the food. We ordered the pretzel bites and onion ring tower. Two sauces came out with a SKIN on the top. The pretzel bites barely had any salt on them and were warm at best. My turkey croissant was served with slimy wet turkey, too much Mayo and a gummy croissant. The lettuce in my husbands' salad was not crunchy at all. My son and daughter-in-law could barely eat half of their meals either. The only two meals that werent terrible were the kids meals. We did NOT send anything back to the kitchen because I dont trust food that is sent back and our initial encounter was so poor that I had little doubt that it would come back clean. Our experience was terrible! We will not be back. Weve tried Red Robin many times over the last ten years in many different locations. Our experience yesterday seems to be the norm for your restaurants. We work very hard for our income. Too hard to pay for marginally mediocre food served in a dirty restaurant by unhappy dirty disheveled servers.

Didn’t give me what I asked for

I came to restaurant spent 70 dollars on food and drinks and they didnt bring me bottomless fries when I asked them to. I was told to order at 945 and I asked for it to go to help them with closing at reasonable time as they closed at 10 pm. He said they would bring me two order of bottomless fries since I been there since 9pm and didnt order til 945. They gave me my burger and fries in to go container and it had 6 fries in it! I can send a picture too! Im so unhappy right now after a long day at work . This is ridiculous. McDonalds would of been a better choice and cheaper. I dont have receipt becusse paid on digital screen.

Experience at RR restaurant

I am usually very satisfied with the food and service at Red Robin. The last time that I had dinner at Red Robin was a very bad experience! The burger that I ordered was horrible and the server did not listen to me as I ordered my food. For example I ordered the burger that comes with crispy onion rings on it and I asked how much extra that would be. At first she said she did not know. When she came back with the answer I said I did not want the extra onion rings just what came on the burger normally because the extra charge was more than I wanted to pay. Another example was that I asked how much extra garlic parmesan fries would be again she did not know. She answered me with a lot of attitude! I wanted to eat sooner than later so I said in the nicest way I could that I will just have regular fries. When I received my meal the garlic parmesan fries were served to me. I thought that she gave me the fries because she was trying to turn the bad experience around. No, when we received our bill the extra charge for garlic parmesan fries was on the bill! I do not like anyone spending my money! I was way too frustrated to deal with her or even the manager that night. I just wanted and needed to leave plus I was running late for an appointment. This visit to Red Robin was a disaster and I feel that I wasted my money!!

Guildford location. Very poor service. Ordered chicken burger and We dont eat beef and we dont even bring beef inside our house but received beef burger. Called the store to speak with the manager, guess what he is so stupid not ready to listen. He is blaming us for it when our receipt says we ordered chicken burger Blaming skip the dishes for delivering beef burger.but he does not understand that food was prepared inside the kitchen. Skip the dishes did not prepare the food.When I tried to talk he hung up. This is not the first time they screwed up the order. Will never go back to the store where there is a manager like that. Very rude. Very poor customer service. How can that store have a manager like this.

Wrong order delivered

Last night I ordered $71 worth of food from your restaurant. We received the wrong order completely! On top of that, all of the food that we received was Burnt. The fries were cold and soggy. The food, completely wrong order not ours at all, was an edible. After spending $71 on the order from your restaurant, it shouldve at least been the correct order. Horrible management

The manager is absolutely horrible I am writing you to complain on the management for the Greenville nc location me and my family go here weekly to eat dinner and we spend $50 or more each time we go however we will no longer be going back as we went tonight 03/08/2023 we were seated and as we were waiting for the server that never came to our table the manger was complaining and yelling about the corporate office as this isnt the first time she has done this its been the past few times we have gone but tonight my daughter went to the restroom to dump some crumbs in the trash can out a clear chip container she keeps her toys in as she was walking into the bath room the manager followed her in there and told her to get out she could not dump the crumbs in the trash can she came back to the table and told us the lady was yelling at her so my oldest daughter said she would go dump the crumbs for her my daughter didnt even get bit to the other side of the bar from where we were sitting and the manager was yelling at her like a dog and told her she was going to go find her mama as she was yelling the whole entire time at her so I stood up and told her I was her mother and she would not be yelling at my child like that and she said well she cant go to the rest room to dump the crumbs in the trash I asked her what was wrong with going to dump the crumbs in the trash can and wiping her container out she replied because she said so and she wasnt going to do it as she is yelling and hollering to draw attention to the situation that shouldnt have been that big of deal after all she was dropping the crumbs in the trash not anywhere she had to clean up my youngest daughter is 8 and is autistic so little things like that bother her but there was no right for the women to be yelling at neither my 8 year old or 11 year old and then causing a scene yelling at our table when I just asked what the problem was I told her we were going to leave and just not eat there since she was so rude she told us go ahead I dont care and then kept on and on fussing at us and I told her she was rude and I would be reporting her then she grabbed other employees to do the same thing and when I had to get loud to over talk her she got mad and told us to get out as she was still mouthing off again this is everytime she is working she is rude I am very disappointed in the staff and management and will no longer eat there and I am going to let people know when they ask how my experience was and tell them its very poor customer service especially when your yelling at children when they hadnt even done anything wrong and you could have politely came and asked there parent or the adult they were with not to do have them dump the crumbs in the trash can the managers name was Kristin and she always works nights atleast every Wednesday night thats when we did go in there
