Resolved: Completely Unridable Motor Scooter

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The company originally kept suggesting parts for a broken scooter. Once they understood the entire unit was damaged, they agreed to pick it up, then send another replacement.

Would anyone buy a brand new car with scratches, cracks and missing equipment? That's what I got when I ordered a motor scooter from Fox. The box the partially-assemble scooter arrived in was clearly damaged, with content inside to match. The simple solution was return the scooter, send out another. Not with Fox (in CA): Take pictures, email. Take more email them. Now list all the parts you need and we will send them to you. What?! 1. The box was damaged in multiple areas. 2. From the damage that occurred from dropping, over stacking, or some level of overburden, the metal bar that supported the scooter at the forks broke off, damaging the bottom of the scooter and also causing the contents of the box to move freely, damaging other parts of the scooter. 3.The wires at the top of the handlebars were stripped from the metal sleeve slipping off. 4.The metal frame [of the container] is clearly dented from some stress. 5.The rear of the scooter was also scratched, due to becoming separated from the metal frame. 6.There are no instructions to even know how to put together the scooter. 7.The floor mat is missing. 8.The rear forks are not connected, and if they were to be put together by the consumer, there are no instructions to follow. Think again if you're thinking Red Fox in CA.

Looking for the complete total of a bike with sales tax and everything

I'm looking for the complete total of your 150cc rogue mini motorcycle it says it's 899.95 so would that how much would the computer be for the rogue mini

Purchased bike, never got title

Purchased a scooter from Red Fox Powersports, received 5/16/23 & still havent received title to register it. I was told that I would have it within 7 to 10 business days. Ive tried calling several times and either the call drops or noone answers, will most certainly be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, this is totally unacceptable!!

Warranty

Muffler fell off first couple of day I put back on them it started leaking oil now the motor has locked up and wont cut in at all

Ma purchasing a scooter from this company was painless it was as easy as ordering a pizza that comes with a warranty and easy to assemble totally painless purchase here comes the funke purchase

Red fox made my scooter purchase painless easy to assemble instructions prompt service and going to be delivered with a smile

Title discrepancy

Received MSO and Bill of Sale with a misspell in Name of product. South Carolina DMV will not accept.

Parts

I bought my son a 250 cc dirt bike. Now they dont make it and cant get parts!!! So if your planing on buying something from them make sure they dont discontinue bike!!!

Terrible to work with

Their customer service is utterly useless. At this point, I'm not sure whether it's intentional or not because they're incredibly incompetent. You will have to do every single thing yourself. Got a question about the product? Find the answer yourself. I had to tell them specs about their own product, warranty, shipping, their own SKU's, I had to tell them about their own parts (had to order a part from them, unsuccessfully). Then, because 1/3 of the parts I received weren't machined correctly, I'm going to have to turn this into a completely different moped and re-rig the turn lights. They just make every single interaction incredibly painful.

Part needed. Contacted many times Out of stock or no reply back!

Needed Trottle cable for my sons 250cc dirt bike. Been out of stock forever. Just not a way to be with customers that buy products from!

Saying payment not cleared but they took the money

I ordered my moped 3-4 days ago and its saying waiting for payment to clear but they have already taken the money. No response from email. Am trying to call today but the times to call are limited. I feel like Ive just been robbed and this was going to be my only method of transportation. I am so upset. I should of googled if it was a legit company before I made my purchase. Unfortunately Im finding out there are multiple bad reviews after the fact. My husband is going to kill me. I dont know what to do. Ill change my review if they deliver but I am scared right now.

I made a mistake by buying from REDFOX

I used my only for special things ..credit card,,, I am VERY sure they tried to use it ..my Credit card company contacted me about someone trying to use my card from out of state ,,, that was the only place I used that card for over a year ..and it happened RIGHT after that purchase ,, I say stay away from them,,,
