Had to replace their work 3 times!

Reborn cabinets are a terrible value. Not only are they overpriced, but we have had to have them replace shoddy work 3 times due to delaminating. Less than a month after they replaced the previously delaminating cabinets, they are again delaminating. We have wasted a lot of money on their overpriced cabinets, and also a lot of time. Avoid doing business with Reborn!

Cabinet repair - 4rd attempt & called

We had our entire kitchen refaced in July of 2021 that cost us over $17,000.00. There were a few things such as the facing seams that was brought to Cristians attention in a stream of emails, which was never addressed, since we were dealing with a few other issues with the cabinets. However, since it was not a hugely noticeable, it did not pursue this, I mentioned because I figured in time, it may get worse. However, the toe kick came off and I would like someone to come out and repair under the Reborn warranty. I have a photo if interested. Please feel free to call or reply to schedule a time for repairs. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Thank you, Tracy Adamski

Contract and the things we discussed were not the same...just watch your contract if you deal with this company. They were quick to fix the problem created by the salesperson.

The salesman omitted an item from our contract that was discussed at length in our home - and was a major part of the reason we went with Reborn. Their product is great, the price was in line with other companies, the timeframe (3 months from purchase to install) was in line with other companies and their customer service rep Destiny was great when we approached her with our contract problem.

Sales Manager's manipulation

When we met sales manager, Lisa Sanders she was so pleasant as usual from all salespersons. She held us under the impression that our bathroom work was going to be quick and easy not until work schedules started changing. When the contractor came to do the work, he brought inadequate materials because of wrong measurements she had taken during her visit to complete the bathroom window trimming. We were compelled to settle for wrong and cheaper material, or we wait for another two months. We also realized that she changed materials that we initially ordered from her and because of that we were forced to re-order the materials that we wanted that cost extra $$$$.

Disappointment/frustration/warranty fraud

When my kitchen job was completed I called Hector who asked for pictures which I sent. He refused to correct the items I specified, sent emails in response to my protests and sent me a "warranty" - snarky. After emails sent to the CEO I received no response. The company is non responsive to customers after the $$$ have been paid.

Sales Insultation (Consultation)

I should add that the previous cabinets purchased have a lifetime warranty.

Original review May 01, 2013
About four months ago I discovered mold in my kitchen and went online to order replacement cabinets. After installing the new cabinets I decided to wait on the rest of the kitchen for financial reasons. Enter Reborn Cabinets. I was contacted by a rep from Reborn Cabinets to get a quote on finishing the the rest of the kitchen cabinetry. When the sales rep Dennis arrived he immediately felt the need to point out how "cheap" my previously purchased cabinets were because they were simply particle board construction with only a 90 day warranty. For having not told Dennis where I purchased the cabinets he sure seemed to know a lot about them. I informed Dennis that the construction of the cabinets are grade-A plywood, with dovetail drawers, hidden hinges, and soft close sliders. Dennis then pulled a roll of cash from his pocket and stated "here is three grand that says your wrong". When I showed Dennis the website he stated "I do not care what that says those are not plywood". After being insulted and called a liar in my home, I told him to get out of my house and that I need his name to report him, but already knew his name from earlier in the conversation, to which he would not say a word and from here ignored me until finally leaving. Before he could get into his car I had already called Reborn Cabinets and left a message with the VP of Dennis' sales are, and now awaiting a response. My best advice to you is to stay away from Reborn Cabinets at all costs. They will only disrespect you in every way and overcharge you for anything you have done.
