Door will not stay shut

When you close the sliding door it will not stay shut. It opens up about 1 1/2 inches. I called Re Bath and no one answers. It's a dead signal.

Having some issues with the hardware and can’t get a tech to come!

I have discoloration on the drain and the pull handle for the shower is hard to pull up. None can look at it on weekends or after 3pm. Texted an associate for someone to come look at my tub. The associate tells me that no one can come after 3 oclock. I told her that my husband and I work and we cant get home until after three that we needed someone to come at 3:30 - 4. They had nobody after four so if you were working family, there is no way you can get someone to look at the tub, unless youre home or take a day off. I called a supervisor and that supervisor was no help at all as she was again trying to convince me to take a day off instead of having someone come after three.I dont know of any company that does not work weekends or does not have anything 9-to-5. I am very disappointed and they still did not get back to me since I texted them back and forth since June. They were trying to work with me but didnt.

Bad performance Salt Lake City Franchise

Concerns the Salt Lake City Office. First contact was a sales person. He took only pics. Did not measure anything. Said electricity had to be turned off which was not true. Tub was too big. Did not fit into bathroom. I needed a smaller tub. Their tub did not fit through the bathroom door needing walls to be cut. They Installed their tub the wrong way facing away from the water lines requiring water lines to be re-routed. Bathroom wall paint was totally ruined. They did not re-paint. Install manager named Holly Holdbrook never answered my phone calls. Neither did their local law person. I would not recommend the Salt Lake City Office.

Dissatification of quality to price

ReBath responded rapidly. Said the salesman was at fault.

Itemized billing is not provided due to competition undercutting price. Again fault of the salesman.

The jets can be adjust some better than others.Now I received a copy of "my" financing contract which is not what I agreed to. Should have insisted on a hard copy agreement prior to signing,

The salesman's description of what I was ordering (a top of the line whirlpool type tub) came nowhere near what was installed. It was supposed to have adjustable jets. The air jets could be adjusted slightly but the force of the water jets could not. Overall not worth the price. Very disappointed.

Horrible

Don't ever go with this company. They have a bundled price that says it includes everything and the bathroom would be completely gutted, however they replaced some drywall, flooring, put in about 20 tiles or whatever they were, had a plumber there for a few hours and then put in a stand up shower all for $16,000 and said they would give a $2000 discount. Highly would advise to think twice before signing a contract! The owner said he could not share any pricing.

Unhappy with

Not only did the workman remove the copper pipe for my tub/shower but want to put in a single valve control when I made a point on insisting I wanted separate valves when ordering the remodel. The workman states he cannot do this.

They put in my tub then i had problems with cleaning it they told me to clean it with my fingernails the faucet is loose the stopper does not hold water for a bath there is a lot of things wrong

i hate this tub i wished they never come here them they asked if i wanted to buy another tub at $10,000 NEVER!!!

EnerBank, the financing agent is totally screwed up. never have I tried to deal with such a terrible bank.

Unsatisfactory attempt at small bathroom renovation.

A series of miscommunication and timely installation. They were understaffed and employees at that time consisted of unskilled workers. Caustic materials were also used. The Contractors State License Board sanctioned them for improper contract language, no permits issued, and poor workmanship, etc. Money was taken from my bank account without my knowledge and that was a hassle for me to verify with the Bank that I did not authorize its usage. I sued for the money it took to fix their mistakes to make the bathroom useable. I was awarded the money I sought plus my court costs and interest accrued because of the timely failure to pay. Then, ReBath filed a suit against me to recoup the balance of the contract. Again, the verdict was in my favor given all the supporting evidence. It was Just one headache after another. Perhaps now, after all this time, improvements have been made. I hold no ill will toward them. My timing in hiring ReBath was a terrible mistake. I also would never use them again for anything.

Lost $20,000

BEWARE Lies, manipulation, poor craftsmanship, horrible customer service. I paid $20,000 in full already! The job is not finished, but now they want $3500 more or have to sign a document voiding my lifetime warranty and that me or anyone on my behalf will never speak about my experience with them. Everything they installed has to be replaced or repaired, my closet shelves and doors were never installed, and the flop trim was not put in. They refuse to talk to me and told me I have to talk to their lawyer. The toilet isn't secure, after we shower you can see the glue behind the surround and ceiling cap, they hacked up the inside of the vanity and medicine cabinet, the floor is separating, tub face falls off, caulk is separating just to name a few.

Dissatisfied customer

Representative that came to wasn't completely upfront with his information. He told us that water resistant wallboard behind the shower panels, plywood was used. I explained to the rep I didn't want shower doors and would use a shower curtain instead. When the shower was installed no shower curtain rod was installed and the installer told me ReBath doesn't have shower curtain rods, the rep never told me that. The fixtures used were a good brand name but look like bottom of the line fixtures. The rep never showed us what was available for fixtures. The product installed was way overpriced. Al

Lifetime Warranty

Had a new shower put in ( tube,shower taken out ) about 10-12 years ago ( Elpaso,Tx. ) the water on off fixture was leaking I called and no questions asked ordered new part and had it sent right to me,when it came in I called them back and within 2 days 2 young men I can not recall their names put the new part in at no charge,mine you 10-12 years later so their lifetime warranty they stand behind it ,Thanks Again Rebath Elpaso,Tx.

Poor service, price gouging

It took almost 3 months from start to finish. At first, they measured incorrectly. Then, the design was discontinued and they never told me. They wanted to charge me 50% for a new design. Finally, they paid for the new products, and completed the installation. I had to file a complaint with BBB to even get them to schedule work.

ReBath does not have "time" for Customer Service or quality work

ReBath was my worst remodel experience in 30years. Placed a full bath remodel order with ReBath on September 01, 2021, with two key understandings: 1. The remodel would be complete and ready for family holiday vacation in November 2021, and 2. The service quality level was guaranteed by a bank that would stand behind me if there were any items not meeting expectations. I did quick research online, asked others who i knew had used this company and found glowing reviews, so I signed their contract. Within one week, the nightmare began. The assigned "project manager" told me during his first meeting that he was not a project manager and would only coordinate and be responsible for installation of ReBath specific items. Therefore, my floor, walls, window, doors, vanity and fixtures, plumbing and finally electric work that were not MANUFACTURED by ReBath were not his problem or responsibility but were mine. In the four months it took to do this installation, the entire house was used as storage and dirty. They did not clean after "working". The crew randomly appeared once per week for a day and created a personal expense of over $20,000 through their errors and omissions. FOUR MONTHS later, when ReBath was nearing completion, they had mucked up plumbing for the master bath sink, and the new project manager "stopped by to look at it" and promised to fix everything wrong and stop the leak. After several days, i called in an outside professional (aka not ReBath) plumber to re-install the piping. ReBath resolved this entire four-month fiasco by dismissing the individuals responsible on their end but refusing to admit error, apologize or compensate me (the client!) in any way. The overall attitude of all members of this group is not conducive to a strong service company. Their demeaning and dismissive comments are not useful. I wrote the complaint letter and provided all receipts and documentation.....with no response. My final recommendation to anyone contemplating a ReBath contract? - BUYER BEWARE!

NOT HAPPY

I have never been so unhappy with an installation. Drywall person has to come out three times and because of that the painter could not come and when they did paint the bathroom the wrong color painted twice. And the plumber then had to come out 3 times, and I am still waiting for the to put my sink back in. Then I am still waiting for the shower to be sealed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. No communication, no callbacks, nothing. I was told I would get a discount, but I doubt they will so not sure what I will do ynet, but I am so upset about this whole install

Cancelled Appointment and WAY---Over-Priced!!

Made an appointment over 3-weeks ago to have someone come and give me a quote to remove old tub/shower and replace with new standup shower. 1st appointment was cancelled and another made for a week later 03/24/2022 was made. The young man doing the estimate showed up on time and was very courteous. I explained what I wanted and within 5 minutes or so I was given an estimate for over $12K. I already had estimates from local contractors for $6K and $7K for the exact same work. I can buy the parts and complete the job myself for around $2,500-$3,000!! Today I received a text message from Re-Bath wanting me to complete a survey on "Why" I cancelled my appointment???
