Hot water on the dispenser doesn't work

Hot water on the dispenser dont work I followed the directions but its still not working the switch is on in the back the button is unlock but no hot water is coming out only cold

SERVER ERROR

I'm having trouble logging in to the website it keeps saying server error. I try to click anything on the website it directs me to server error. I spoke to one of your agents last week and she told me to wait for a day and it's been a week. What's going on?! I want to update my information! If I don't get a response by the end of the week. I would definitely cancel my subscription.

Where irs my water

My delivery! I havent received my water and its been almost a month since I placed my order. Ive called multiple times and Im given a date and Im still waiting

Delivery keeps being postponed. stating someone wasn't home but the bottles are always left at front door & someone is home

I had no problems at at until my most current delivery service. They canceled at the last minute rescheduled for the following day which was a saturday. Then when that day comes it states no one was home for my delivery & rescheduled for 3 days later. Now mind you that doesn't make sense since I I do is leave my empty bottles at my door , they normally pick those up & leave my new bottles. & Someone was home anyway although no one needs to be home when they deliver like my last deliveries. The lazy delivery guy just didn't come & my empty bottles were still at my door step. Now mind you it's been very hot so I had to go to the grocery store to get water's because ai didn't have any, such an inconvenience.

We are still out of water

They keep canceling deliveries and all they say is sorry. I cant even exchange the bottles at Home Depot. Im about to stop using them completely and buy my own water again. They are a waste of time. And they want delivery tips but dont deliver the water. Its the most irritating thing about water delivery, it doesnt get delivered!!!

Why is your website portal so frustrating to use? Functions like editing delivery don't work and I have to call in to make changes to our delivery quantity. The opening page has a box asking to change paper billing and box will not go away when I click "No Thanks", which forces me to call in the change.

Return and replace dispenser

Greet services I wish they had service in Washington county of Tennessee. For customers that bought the water dispensers. I wish they had repair services in nearby areas.

Unreliable Service

**NO STARS** AVOID like a bad ex-boyfriend! I have been a ReadyRefresh customer for over 2 years and recently canceled my service due to the complete lack of reliability. They will confirm delivery multiple times and then never show up with no notice and reschedule or completely cancel your delivery - this has happened 5 times now. I don't know if the drivers are lying or its a combination of the drivers and customer service, I've been told that my order will show up several times by customer service and with an hour of getting that confirmation receive an email stating they couldn't deliver because "no one was home" - LIES. At the same time ReadyRefresh has determined that they will authorize payment on a CC an entire week before delivery. So customers are literally paying in advance for services that they never get. As a different review stated they do not pickup their products to end the service. I have over 10 bottles that need collecting because they have not completely picked up all the empty bottles in 6 months while delivering new bottles of water. I've reported them to the consumer compliant division of the state attorney general office, clearly their business practices are fraudulent.

Worst company ever

Delivered a dirty, broken rental cooler to the wrong requested drop-off location. After I canceled my service, I have been waiting three weeks for them to come pick up the defective unit after being threatened with the replacement cost if I dispose of it myself. They then scheduled yet another pickup, which at this point I am sure they won't do. Worst decision ever to do business with this company, DO NOT repeat my mistake. Read the other reviews and stay far, far away from ReadyRefresh

Such a terrible company

If there was a zero rating, they deserve it. Deliveries rescheduled at last minute, billing and website awful but those problems pale in comparison to customer service. Long waits for incompetent unempowered automatons that read off a bad script. Changed my account to autopay without authorization. No response ever to complaints. Delivery showed up on a Sunday with no notice- and of course wrong quantity. Id complain to company if I could Stay away.

I have been a customer since March of this year. I have received 4 delivery date changes within the last two months. This has left us without water. This past month I changed the delivery date to June 23. On the 23rd I was notified that the water would be delivered the 26tih leaving us without water. Later in the day I received a message that now the delivery date would be the 27th. I had already paid for the water on June 19th. After this delivery I will cease being a customer. Your service is terrible. I know something about customer service since I was once a manager at Nordstrom. We would never tolerate this level of service. We would, at the least, have a bottle or two of water delivered ASAP to satisfy the customers needs.

Order never received

On 6/3/2023 ReadyRefresh was a vendor at my local Sam's Club Warehouse and one of their sales reps approached me while shopping. Seemed like a great offer so I signed up on the spot. Delivery was scheduled for 6/15 between 7am - 11am EST. No one showed (I work from home and my office if right by the front door...I can guarantee no one showed). I checked with multiple neighbors to confirm delivery wasn't accidentally made to their address and they all confirmed they never received anything - even checked Ring cameras to be safe. I reached out immediately (via chat option since I couldn't get anyone on the phone) after 11am to inform ReadyRefresh that my order was never delivered and they didn't respond until the next day stating their system shows it as being delivered and to check my porch. Seriously! This same response was given each time I responded. My card has been charged yet I have no product. I checked the delivery section and of course there was no proof of delivery available. Since I couldn't get anyone to give me any help I ended up calling my financial institution and having the charge reversed and ordered a new debit card. They also put a stop payment notice on this merchant. They explained that merchants like this will typically try to go around the stop payment by hitting your method of payment with another merchant name/number (this is why I just went ahead and ordered a new card). Lesson learned!

Continuous delay of delivery

The delivery date for my order was june 5th. It got delayed to the 6th, then delayed again to the 7th now i got another message that it is delayed yet AGAIN to the 8th. I reached out to customer service chat and they said that they are completely incapable of doing anything and they do not know anything and basically that they are just there to tell customers oh well. I have the chat documented as proof. I am sending this message to inform the company that if my order is not delivered on the 7th of june, i will start the legal actions to leave the company without paying the $50 cleaning fee on the grounds of being denied the service as originally agreed when i signed up. The documents will be sent to the companies address of operation as found on google search unless otherwise stated in a personal response to me. The empty bottles will be outside on the 7th of june 2023 so my end of the delivery agreement is completed and their is 24/7 video recording on the property to document the actions that the company chooses to take on the 7th of june 2023. No reply and no delivery by the 7th of june 2023 will be understood as the company, ready fresh's agreement to release the account number 670659**** from the original agreement including the fee when leaving the company as according to the before mentioned lack of ready freshes ability to keep their end of the agreement to provide service. Email to recieve response is chanseselect@***.com. This is the only email that is acceptable means of communication on this subject. Any other form of communication will be considered non-communication legally.

Need 15 bottles picked up

Im not able to return my 15 bottles because I dont see the person who picks up the bottles for return. COVID is over the problem with my complaint is that I as customer should be able to return bottles or throw them away?

Dishonest, Deceptive Representatives and Services

I wish I could give NO STARS at all. This one is a long one and mentions many of the deceptive and horrible service this "company" provides from previous reviews. If you can continue to get your water from your local store, outlet, or heck a river, PLEASE do so! This is NOT the first time I've had issues with my "scheduled" deliveries. In fact, this would be the third time. The most recent would have been yesterday (Tuesday Feb 28, 2023). My "scheduled" delivery for this day NEVER arrived. I called customer service three times yesterday, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more each time, and on each occasion the "agent" guaranteed the arrival of my delivery. The last agent I spoke with (at approximately 4:30 pm CST) asked me to wait until 6pm since the time frame for deliveries was between 7am-6pm CST. However, at approximately 6:10pm I called customer once again, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more again, only to find out "The office is currently closed". This infuriated me. I suspect that the last agent I spoke with knew this and just brushed me off. This morning (3/1/23), I arrived to the decision to cancel my membership with this "company". I called customer service around 7:15am CST, followed all the prompts and waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes or more yet again. The Cancelation Dept.'s agent attempted to retain my membership by trying to convince me that the order that is scheduled for Tuesday March 7th could be reschedule to an earlier day, such as Friday March 3rd. I was opposed to this "option" because I would STILL be missing a delivery, the one that was scheduled for yesterday, (I think he was trying to insult my intelligence and failed at the attempt). As I insisted on cancelling my account, I noticed that my Previous Deliveries Dashboard displayed my order for yesterday (2/28) was delivered ??? How could THIS be???!!!, if it was in fact delivered then the order I had been anticipating and calling about went somewhere else, it did not come to my address! This display appeared deceptive and dishonest to me. I don't see the logic behind allowing someone or the company's system to input "Delivered" or "Complete" when it was not. These actions confirmed my decision to cancel my membership and support ALL the negative reviews that ReadyRefresh has received from current or past consumers on Google and YELP. I will also be providing a negative review as well. ReadyRefresh wasted NO TIME withdrawing payment from me, but yet I have to jump through hoops, spend time on hold (time that I will never see again) and speak with dishonest customer service reps in an effort to obtain the service I've been paying for. I don't believe the agent even cancelled my membership, because I have not received any type of correspondence or email from ReadyRefresh reflecting this action.
