Scam artist

He took our money and never finished the work he contracted to do. Always a lie and an excuse. Tony can do good work but doesn't. He had the nerve to show up at my door last year after ripping us off. Since he has no assets it is worthless to pursue him in court. Please avoid at all costs. On another occasion he showed up intoxicated demanding money early on a Sunday morning. He acts friendly but no person has the right to treat others the way he did us. There is no excuse he won't try no matter the impact on those that are his customers. Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable contractor.

Ready Willing And Able Roofing Gutter Replacement Review from Buffalo, New York

Anthony AKA Tony Wargula who owns ready willing and able home is a *** man. I met Tony through a friend who at the time Tony gave me a price which was $5,000 less than the next bid. Which I thought was great I thought I was getting a discount because my friend was his friend. Unbeknownst to me by the time he was finished my house was not. I was able to take him to court and received a judgement for over $3,500 which I have never seen a dime of . I had to bring in other contractors to finish the work I already had paid him to take care of which was *** on my fault because I thought being a friend of my friend he would take care of everything like he said but it never came out that way. In New York state even if you get a judgement you are not guaranteed the money if he does not have any assets in his name the way Anthony Wargula does business he wants cash so he doesn't have to have a bank account nore does he own a home a truck in his name or anything worth any kind of cash in which the Marshall could of Taken to give me the money that was owed ready willing and able is a corrupt company that will scam you blow you off when you try to get in contact with them. Ready willing and able are willing to take your cash what are not able to finish the work they are contracted for. They are unworthy anybody's consideration for work on their house. You can go to erie.gov where it shows you the cases that have been brought against him and the money he owes from what I've seen he owes over 15,000 just on the website I was able to see. I would not recommend going with this *** artist he is just looking to make a fast buck and leave you high and dry if you can do that to a friend he can do it to anybody.

Tony is a scam artist. He took me for hundreds and I just got back from the cop station for him stealing my plates. He's headed back to Colorado, good luck with him state. I also know he took a deposit for a chicken coop he never built. He has two out standing warrants in Erie county and is on he run. God help whomever has a run with him. Take take take of the world. *** me.

Paid up front for 10 hour job, 2 1/2 months later, still unfinished.

Paid Tony up front to do about 10 hours worth of work. After stories, excuses, reasons why it is our fault, blame, stories, blame, excuses, it is 2 1/2 months later, and we still are calling him, "are you feeling like you will work on the house today? No? Ok. Well, hopefully tomorrow, I'll call you tomorrow." He has kidney stones, he has no money (we paid him up front) he just always has a reason to not work. On the plus side, his work is really good, great attention to detail. Just hard to get him to do it.

Roofer-lied,damaged pole for awning, owes me money

Nov. 2011 I hired Ready, willing & able home specialist.owned by Anthony Wargula-24 Beaumaris Place,14207. I pd him dwn pymnt of $4500.00 from a money market acct. He told me his bank would not cash it for a week. They started the job-crew was very young. Anthony showed 3x's. I asked my co. for copy of my ck which was cashed on the day I gave it to him. 11/07/11. He lied about that-told me hi did not have funds to pay crew-could he borrow $700 from me-this is after I pd my bal of $3000. ***-this was on 11/14/11. was to pay back on 11/16/11-have signed receipt. Ofcourse I had to keep callng him for my money. He called me back and called me every name in the book! He said he had kidney stones-lie-lie-lie. My son in law got $500 from him but he will not give me the rest. Now the awning people came to put up my awning and the roof guys bent one of the poles and pulled it right out of the track. I have to Pay $140.00 to fix it before they can put it up. Of course, Anthony will not answer my calls. What can I do? Thanks.
