I received a phone call stating that I won the sweepstakes the number that called was 191*-***-**** and 134*-***-**** said I won a prize of $10 million and a brand new Mercedes-Benz

I have several people calling me telling me I have won the sweepstakes. They are not representatives of readers digest, or the sweepstakes. They are trying to defraud me of something.

Cancel RD books
I received very courteous prompt and efficient service to completely meet my needs from Shelby in the Phillipines. I DO take umbrage in having no choice but to take part in using Thepissedcustomer (how very clever, Young person who came up with that choice!) service. In My day that was co nnsidered an obscene word l guess no more! Shame on you to use such language with the intellect and ability to speak given to you by a loving God! Please do come up with something a little more acceptable AND tolerable!

Billing department is a little messed up but LOVE Readers Digest
Billed 3 different times even though I had already paid. I finally called them today and they admitted I had paid and assured me I could toss the other 2 bills in the trash!

When I got a live person I explained the error and was immediately told what to do,no hassle and an apology!!
