Never find what exchange I ask for on a regular basis.
Their value for trade keeps going up along with membership fees. A very poor organization. They never return calls or give updates.

Was my week banked for 2023
I banked my week and I was supposed to get a confirmation within 24 hours and Im still waiting and its like four days later, so yeah its not the customer service that I expected I expected better

I have timeshare with Wyndham but usually booking with RCI> The problem is that they are charging me for exchange fee and if I want to switch the resort at the same place they are charging me again. It is around Cad$ 400. It is not fare in my opinion.

Illegal Cancellation of my Holiday for May 2024 by RCI India
Dear Sir, I am an RCI India member for the last 20 years. I booked a holiday in Resort No 3705 Residence Les Cretes in Switzerland from 18th May2024 to 25th May2024 for 8 people, a 3 bedroom unit. The Confirmation was done by RCI via a mail dated Jun3,2022. On 27th Oct2022, I recieved a mail from RCI that the uit has been cancelled It was done without my consent. After confirmation by RCI on Jun3,2022, I booked 8 air tickets to Switzerland for the holiday confirmed by RCI. They are not ready to give an alternate accomodation in Switzerland from 18thMay 2024 to 25 thMay2024 so that I can utilise my tickets purchased for the holiday. Please see that an alternate accomodation for 8 people is confirmed dated 18th May 2024 to 25th May2024 immediately , so that I do not loose Rs 5Lac spent for booking 8 tickets for Switzerland I hope you will certainly help me. Overcharge
It was my error. RCI was NOT involved after all. I purchased tickets for a theme park and it charged to my account as hotel related. The hotel I stayed at was prepaid properly and no additional charges were made. I was not able to talk with RCI due to a problem with my cell phone so I had to figure it out myself. Sorry and thank you.

Trying to contact them is aweful
Phone numbers to customer servic3 are well hidden. No one calls you back. They dont care. Several attempts to resolve the matter of losing points I paid for is impossible. During Covid other companies cared about their customers and waived losing points but not RCI. What do they gain by taking away my points anyway?

Cruise package
Booked a cruise Jan 25,2019 got cancelled and have tried to rebook once cruise lines restarted after Covid or get refund. Can not get either one done from rci. They are the absolute worst business to deal with. Will not ever be using rci ever again!

I called in this morning to find out about a booking at Sun City and I dealt with Denzil. I told him I needed to ask my husband and confirm. Denzil followed up with an irritated tone got insolent and retorted "didnt you speak to them already ". He is clearly in the wrong job as he is not competent of conducting himself in a professional manner.

After 8 calls and listening to Laura and her travel agents Adelle, Ken, Jose, Kent, ETC. for 10 min each. I found I had no reservation at my home resort for next week. I spoke with RCI Points about reservation, the gentleman told me in order to have my home week I would have to make it 12 months in advance and would have to pay next years dues. I gave him a credit card number and then said I would like to use my RCI card. He stated I couldn't because I wanted to use the other card. I stated do not charge my card ending in 6607 and that I would reach back out tomorrow to book. My card was then charged $213.00 after I told him not to charge my card. Between being put on hold, disconnected 4 time and being placed on hold total time of 1hr 30 min. The last person I talked to actually help with the problem of non approved credit card charge but nothing in regard to my home week reservation. I have family and friends coming to Sedona on Sept 12th but I have no place to stay. I have been an owner at Sedona Pines since April 2012 yet since who ever the company that owns it now says I have only been a member since 2018. What the *** is going on with RCI now? I am beyond unimportant as an owner. please somebody of authority make what has been going on right. Also the RCI website could use some attention as far as always sends you back to the beginning every time you search and want to continue. Being an owner at Sedona Pines for 10 yr should mean something. You folks have made a lot of money at my expense since the new ownership! Sincerely, Lynn L Kelley

I felt intimidated if I didnt buy this stupid time share. I have never wanted it, now I cant' get rid of for fear of getting scammed again. RCI is the worst company in the world!

They will rip you off and don't care about telling you a lie
They stole my hard working money i saved for vacation,the people there don't have the remorse about telling lies for this company.I payed a cruise off during the co19 tryed to book my cruise they said my money went to dues which i did not know about they took money out of my account for months

Trying to change date of reservation
Due to an increase of Covid in Missouri I called to change my reservation date from September to the end of October. This is at the same location. They informed me I would have to pay a new booking fee and if I wanted to save my points I could pay extra. For crying out loud all I wanted to do was to change the date. RCI is out to make money and that is all they care about.

Rigid, inflexible Money Fees
Sad to say, this company has let greed/profit over-shadow reasonableness. We made plans in late summer of 2020 as COVID was slowing down and things were starting to open up. Then things got worse (esp in the country we were staying). We were not allowed to even travel to the airport, let alone travel to another county. We tried postponing.But eventually we just had to cancel & wait to later. We been a member for many years, had every intention of still taking the trip. They refused to us the hefty exchange fee we had already paid for our later trip. To make matters worse, seems they charge EVERYBODY who was not able to use any points during the COVID 2020 year a unnecessary $36! What an insensitive, cheap shot & *** way to siphon money fromits members!!

I was finally able to choose a resort, not one I would pick if I could pick any resort as promised. I am still waiting on contact to see I can get the cruise I originally picked but is not being offered.
I have not been contacted about an alternate cruise either. The service you provide would have to improve just to reach unacceptable!

I purchased a maximum of 14 day cruise and a 7 day resort package. I booked a cruise which was cancelled due to coved. I also purchased the insurance that I was told I could cancel my trips for any reason. I was also told I could go to any resort for my choosing. Now I can not be assured of getting the cruise I booked and was advised it may cost more money. I could not cancel and get my money back from insurance, apparently they don't cover because of covid. On the resort portion I am now told my deadline is in 10 days to sign up and not given more time because covid doesn't seem to apply to RCI. Additionally, I am now limited to Mexico for the resort stay, or pay quite a bit more for my choice of resorts.. Had I been told I was limited to a Mexican resort I would never have purchased the package. When I try to talk to someone all I get is the run around, seems nobody can help it's always I can't help you, but I will connect you with someone" No returned calls as promised. I am informed I can not cancel anything, even though RCI has failed to live up to the contract we originally made.
