My charge master light won't work
Product is about two years old. It started out where it would shut off then it wouldnt take a battery. It wouldnt go in to the direct line. It would come on unexpectedly like it was possessed. I dont think Ill ever own another RCBS . product in my life

Quick service to request for warranty part on press that is 30+ years old. This is the third time I have had to replace the item

Spoke to a gentleman named Larry in parts. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. RCBS stands behind their products and no wonder they have been in business so long. A good example of how to treat customers and have return sales. I will definitely purchase from them in the future and hope I can send referrals to people unfamiliar with this company. 5-stars

Still no response from RCBS. Maybe the parent company vista outdoors should check out why.I see that RCBS has only a 25 percent approval rating.wow Go figure.I will never call or buy anything from this company again.Sam goes for Vista Outdoors

I already finished a review last week. Just wanted to let you know the Lastest news.After the review last week RCBS rep contacted me.I gave them all the part #s they sent them to Florida I live in Idaho.On all my E mails I have given them my address 5 times.Who runs the company? I contacted RCBS regarding my reloading press that I was having problem with. They sent me a parts manual and asked for the parts I needed to repair the press. I sent a list of parts to the RCBS rep. He said he would get it put together and send it me. I received a shipping confirmation but it had the wrong address. When I noticed the incorrect address I contacted them by email and than by phone, they confirmed address and said they would resend the parts. I never received another confirmation and after emailed the RCBS rep. they never responded again. I have tried calling them, waiting for two +hour with no response. Over size part
this is the 4 th try at this, the phone just hits a dead end with some one. we have the 12ga. cowboy shotgun dies we bought last winter (22) our problem is the sizer ring is larger than our chambers, sizer ring inside dia.is .809 what would it take to get a sizer ring at inside dia. of .795(factory dia. of new win.a-a ammo thank you bob trudell 432 smartway colville wa 99114

Hello,I am contacting you about a chargemaster lite i puchased two years ago.i live in the UK, although it is out of guarantee i must comment on the fact that it has only measured approximately 1700 rifle round loads and now the lights are on but nobodys at home. i Do think that for a cost of £304.00 or approximate $370 us it should drop more charges than that. It is kept in my living room not in a shed and has not been subjected to any knocks or harsh enviroment. I must say im very dissapointed hence the E-mail Regards Richard Greenough

Need a part for a 44 mag die
No problems with Rcbs ,I love there products & they stand behind there warrants the rock crusher press is the way to go for reloading, used My for years with no problem's ,the dies are a good piece of work man ship never had to send one back, I really like the old hand held primer tool ,I have three of them,they still work.

I Tried to place an order for two RCBS items, only found one online, ordered it, tried to follow up with a phone call to "John" in Cust Svc, but the number 800-533-**** only got me a phone sex connect
WHAT is going on at Midway??? Now I have been reading a long legalese discourse that sounds like a warning to behave myself. I am 81, very conservative, happily married since 1970, NO problems or dalliances. Has my order for a set of 250 Savage loading dies from RCBS been shipped?? I also wanted a case trimmer, but could not find one online. Just phone sex. Ask John, or "Brian", who was named as a backup for my order.
