Harassment by your agents
I am Nepa Rai Choudhary. I do not have an account in your bank nor do I have any credit card from your bank and yet your bank recovery agents are calling me incessantly and asking me to pay for someone else. Now they have resorted to calling my contacts as well. This calls for a serious defamation lawsuit on your bank as I have their phone nos, messages as well as a written police complaint. I am sharing the no's here and if this doesnt stop I will file an official lawsuit againt your bank. Take this very seriously as I as a woman am being threatened and I will not take this lightly. I purcahsed two trnactions one is 2599 and other 19100 and 19,100 convert to Emi. Monthly emi 1814.41 so my payment will be 2599(NO emi)+1814.41 =4413.41 but showing total amount =6488.33. Correct the statment and call me.

Worst customer support
NI am an NRI account holder and had the worst experience with the RBL BANK seriously they cannot solve anything over the phone it's been 2 months since I have been dealing with the bank ( issues me a debit card without my consent) has been not solved, they got a lot of false promises over the phone for you, in reality, none of been delivered, do yourself favour stay away from rbl.

No one can talk to a customer care executive and explain his or her problem. My quick pay link is showing a wrong credit card number and i have accidentally made a payment of rs 3700 to it. Every customer care number has no option to talk to an executive. Non sense ivr menus get disconnected Now how can i get help
