Called manufacturer assigned tech on Wednesday because new heater doesn’t turn on. Still waiting for return call. After 5 days.
I had a licensed and insured plumbing company install it. I could not turn it on for 24 hrs because the glue had to dry. When I tried to turn it on, it would not turn on. The screen to tell temperature never cane on. Installer came back out and tested the electrical and gas connections and they were fine. I am very frustrated terrible customer service.

I attempted to call raypak for tecnical support due to parts, original ray pak parts, which did not fit. I was informed by the raypak AI that no homeowner's calls would be answered only contractors. I then attempted to contact some ray pak repair companies but they dont travel to my location. what is wrong with the customer service department. How can a customer, who paid for their pool heater get service. This is BS

Pool heater not working
I have a code on my pool heater saying rollout switch open happened last year are you send a tech out to fix it works fine for the rest of the summer. Did it again this year I dont know what the problem is should be covered under the warranty though. Please call me back.

I have a 3 year old raypak model 106 pool heater. I have replaced 4 rollout switches on the heater at my own expense. I finally had a certified raypak heater repair technician look at it. He said that the heat exchanger was sooted up from the exchanger leaking water and this is what was causing the switch to blow. He said he had seen a number of these. He suggest that I get in touch with you and see if you will warranty it. This problem has been happening since its second year of service. How can you help me.

Outdoor pool heater display faulty
Hi, I hope you can help. I have a Raypak heater model P-R267A-EN-X. It is about three years old. The LED display is completely unreadable. It is totally blacked out when the heater is turned on. I therefore have no way of setting the temperature. Can you help. Thanks Brian Hall Ottawa Canada

Need info on installation
I am interested in buying the Avia 264kbtu and I need to know if I can connect to 1 1/2 schedule 40 pvc pipe. My whole system is plumb with 1 1/2 pipe . On my filter, the gauge shows 18 to 20psi when it is running. I know that water will flow at a max of 83gpm through 1 1/2 pvc pipe. I thank you in advance for your reply

No one is getting back to me and your number is out of order
Been trying to get through to your number on your website for the last two days and it seems to be out of order. I have a warranty on a heater thats only a year old that I need fixed and no one is getting back to me.

It very hard to talk to someone to schedule one of your technicians to come to job site. We want to call for vessel inspection, but need to make sure we have all connections correctly

Pool heater no ignition
Phone technician was very helpful and professional. Product quality is terrible. Fourth heater in four years. Maintain an excellent water quality so it's not chemical related. Buyer beware.

GREAT service
We have 2 boilers that were affected by severe weather. With the assistance of RayPak customer service dept. we were able to solve the multiple problems that were preventing them from firing.
