Payment Authentication

Hello, I'm sending you an email hoping to solve a payment problem. When I try to pay for what's in my cart, I constantly receive an error message. I think it's because my debit card is foreign and I'm buying items in Colombia. Is there any way to authenticate my debit card and my information so that I can use it to do business in the Rappi app? Complaint overcharged. Can't purchase.

I have been overcharged by delivery fees. Your virtual assistant is useless and never gets me squared away, nor to an actual person. Your people pass the buck and don't fix anything. How about addressing one of these issues in a timely manner? And now I have to count how many symbols I am typing? How about access my account and look up the receipts? Why do I have to do your job for you?

Attacked north american, theft and libel, threats, intimidation, 150k pesos, overcharging, changed my address in app without my consent, denied my claim, punks! *** em

My name is Joseph Morton. A north american in bogota. Today I placed 2 orders to rappi 1 of which was delivered efficiently and timely. The second never showed up to my address. Inside the Rappi app the system put a pin on the map and changed my address to a building nearby. I waited downstairs in front of my building for about an hour or so with my 7 year old son who was awaiting his meal. Not only did it not arrive, when i returned inside eventually giving up on your service I had a notice of cancellation and 150k peso charge. The rappi delivery man had been blowing up my phone but I was outside waiting for him so I didn't receive the message. Your system messed up and now either the courier or I have to eat a charge of 150k. The courier can't afford it, its illegal to charge me a penny without delivery. Now, i'm prepared to take you to court over this drivel amount and then sue you into oblivion for attacking a north american citizen and attempting to extort, strongarm, and steal from me. You WILL LOSE. I PROMISE YOU. I want an official statement sent to my email or in writing apologizing for this libel stating I wasn't available and that the courier would need to pay, you will eat this 150k loss and get the *** me immediately and never ever come at me like this again because of a mixup in your application or we are going to have it out in the law. I will *** you all up. I'm not a punk like you think a lot of these people are, better open up your *** eyes and realize who you are *** with before i get your sorry *** What I require or I will with all intent of trashing your company to bits sue you publicly and bury your company in ashes, 1 apologize immediately in writing or ewriting with a clear intent from you that this will never happen again. 2 do not even think about charging this to the courier, it affects their life and it was your applications fault, not his, not mine. Deliver solid service with care and kindness to me and my family in the future if I "choose" to ever use your service again after this. I speak english. talk to me in english. you also are charging me 10% of the cost of the meal as surcharges and delivery fees. what the *** is wrong with you people?! I just got done reading a slew of negative information about you guys your couriers are talking about you, with a 1 star ration nationally in colombia, 2 stars for a place to work, 3 out of 5 stars for constistent deliveries, you will *** get trashed messing with me and don't do these steps.

Cancelacion de delivery

Buenas tardes, quiero pedirle a rappi que porfavor se comunique con el rappi person que iba entregar una orquidea en una direccion y no la dejo en porteria para la casa 19 debido a que no pregunto en porteria y me cancelo la orden necesito comunicarme con el y si es posible yo le pago extra para dejar el envio lo mas pronto posbile a la persona indicada que es mi tia

Can’t resolve issue with rappi

Hi, Ive been experiencing terrible customer service with Rappi about an issue where Im entitled a refund for an order that never got delivered. The order was on 8/4 from KFC cusco , the order never got delivered and since then Ive been in constant contact with Rappi through the help centre and I have not been given any answers. I have messages from the restraunt confirming they never delivered the meal and that it is Rappis responsibility to process the refund. I hear the exact same message from Rappi whenever I contact them asking for an update , this has gone on far to long and Id like to speak to management or put in a formal complaint for this terrible service.

Cancelled order

I ordered groceries from Justo... 17xs Because I had a 450 pesos credit, they canceled every order. They did not allow the purchase and kept saying things that were a lie

You stole my money

Hi, I surpised of your work. What happened that you allowed someone or you to pay by my card goods? I'm from Ukraine and had not so much money on my Bank account. I got a message from my bank that all my cards are blocked because of trying to stole my money. I'm not sure that Rappi wanted to do it, but I want to know who made it. I live in Sweden and all transfers I will tell you only in my time. For authorization you stole 1,87 USD at 05:03 16.04.2023 (Swedish time). But I see now that I got money back foe authorization. The next transaction is 70.39 PEN 05:09, 16.04.2023 (Swedish time). DLC*RAPPI, Lima, with the sign of household appliances. I didn't get my money back. My card ends on 0083 and I would like to get my money back, because it is not me was ordering something. Tell me please who used my card and also cancel please these orders. Thank you

INJUSTICIA COMETIDA CONTRA USUARIO

Buenos dias, Hace unos dias compre una ropa por la aplicacion de Rappi en la tienda Mango (Medellin) que debia ser entregada en la porteria de mi tia que cumplio 90 años. yo vivo fuera del pais y he sido cliente de Rappi desde hace muchos años. cuando el rappi tendero llego a la porteria de mi tia, no me escribio y cuando vi mi celular, tenia una notificacion diciendo que el pedido se habia cancelado y que no iban a hacer deolucion del producto y se iban a quedar con el dinero. esto fue una gran sorpresa para mi porque no tiene ningun sentido que rappi permita que el rappi tendero se quede con un producto nuevo que no es perecedero y que costo $159.800, ademas la porteria de mi tia es 24 horas y el rappi tendero puede perfectamente dejar el regalo para mi tia en la porteria. esto es lo que rappi hace siempre en la porteria de el edificio donde tengo mi apartamento en Castropol Medellin.

Failed to deliver a order

I ordered McDonalds and after a while I noticed 40mins had past nothing I checked my order and apparently it was sent and someone had supposedly come to my home to drop it off low and behold that wasnt true because 1 no one knocked on the door while me my dad and brother were home so what all 3 of us wont hear the door knock? And then it talk to customer service about the order and say theyre going to charge me the full amount because the order was made but I never received it nor was I notified it was here thats some BS and flat out theft from the company not only that I put in the exact same order and was charged more for it this is a joke and a huge turn off from wanting to use rappis service again

HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer service obsolete!!!!

Rappi customer service is horrible and I wouldn't wish it on anyone! Since Saturday I have been trying to place order with no avail. My orders keep getting cancelled stating my account violates terms and conditions. They have charged me 5 times to verify my account and still it does not work. Customer support through the app just tells me to wait a few hours and my account should work and yet it does not. They then proceed to close my complaint listing it as resolved and I again I start over with the exact same outcome. There is no way to speak with a live person even though they advertise 24/7 support. Very disappointed with this companies lack of customer care. Incredibly annoying!
