Very DISSATISFUED. Could CARE LESS! CUSTOMER NON CARE!

Firstly, it took for EVER to receive the bands . For EVER!!! THEN THERE WAS NO way to see your product to approve before purchasing. After they took your money and took weeks upon weeks upon weeks upon months to ship, They sent a picture of your bands which my bands looked very nice NOT SO! I received hundreds of bands that are USELESS!!!!! I could not believe it when I opened the package and looked at them. I contacted customer not care right away, And after sending pictures of bands where the writing on the band was so minuscule with huge gaps above and below it that you could not literally read even what it said. I wrote it so I knew what it said and I had a hard time reading it at all! Totally and completely unacceptable for any customer. After they got back to me, finally, Their solution was to tell me that I should order hundreds more and this time not make them so wide(1.5 inch) hashtag NOT WIDE. Then Explain that there wouldn't be so much dead space above and below the in intsy teensy weeny not legible writing! Oh and generously offered me 15% kick in the teeth discount. How flipping insulting. When I told Them that was not an option or even a considerable solution. THEY NEVER WROTE BACK!!!!!. BUYER DEFINITELY BEWARE! Incompetent, UNRELIABLE COMPANY SELLING LOW QUALITY SUBSTANDARD MERCHANDISE WITH ZERO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!! VERY SINCERELY, EILEEN

Worst Company Ever!

I ordered 1 wristband from RapidWristbands.com on June 4th. I did receive an email of the contents of my order after ordering on the 4th. By the 7th I had not received a shipment confirmation or any confirmation on if my order was complete so I made a phone inquiry. The representative told me that my order was almost complete and I would have it well before the 14th. He said he would be sending me an email with tracking number of my order. I never received it. The 10th came and still not email. I called on the next three days and was told each time that my order has just reached the Houston location and was ready to be shipped. The 13th (today) came and still no information or tracking information. I called and spoke to a man Ned Phoenix and was told that the order has just arrived at the Houston location and that he would make sure it was sent overnight to me and email me a confirmation. Hours later and no word from anyone. I called back and spoke to a woman who said the same thing. By that time, I was infuriated and told her to cancel my order and refund my money with an email receipt. She said she would. Two hours later and there was no email. I called back and spoke to her again. She said she cancelled and refunded me my order and that she could have gotten me my order on time (yeah right). She ended saying she would send me the refund email confirmation and that she would do so immediately. Guess what. She didn't. This has been the worse ordering experience I have ever had. Rapid Wristbands has the worse customer service ever. I feel like this company is a scam and does not send the orders out in time. They only give you a delivery promise at checkout to get your money. Do not order from this company. They will take your money and give you a headache.

Horrible Experience!!!!

The wristbands I ordered have not arrived!!! They were suppose to be here on Friday February 1st. I contacted the company on Thursday asking if they’d still be here on time and they said they already shipped yet gave me no shipping information just that they were still on time!!! Today funeral in 3 hours I call DHL shipping and they inform me that the shipping label was created Tuesday but the order hasn’t even been shipped yet!!!! Site shouldn’t even give a choice to ship and make you pay extra for every bracelet considering they don’t even come on time!!!! waste of over $200!!!

Arrived late after the funeral

Horrible!!! Never again...Ordered wristbands for a funeral with a guaranteed delivery date. Wristbands didn't arrive until 3 days after the funeral. Shipping comes from DHL China not Houston. Cheap quality. Color awful. {{redacted}}

The Worst Experience I've Ever Had With A Vendor

The owner of the company Chris yelled at me, told me to "go *** myself" then hung up on me. I placed a large order for 2,000 wristbands in three different styles and colors. The bracelets needed to reach Seattle by Friday, May 4th or Saturday, May 5th at the latest. The representative that I spoke with, Rachel S., assured me at least three times that the bracelets would make it to Seattle in time for my organization's event. After paying $920, I received a tracking confirmation email today that stated the bracelets wouldn't arrive until Monday, May 7th -- after the event. When I called to get clarification on this I spoke with Chris who owns the company and is Rachel's spouse. He confirmed that the bracelets wouldn't make it to Seattle until Monday, May 7th. I expressed great concern about how the details of my order were handled (Rachel caused a delay in printing because she couldn't comprehend my very detailed design specifications for each bracelet). At this point in the conversation Chris proceeded to scream at me, told me he's the owner of the company, that Rachel is his wife and that I can "go *** myself." He never offered an apology or a refund or a suggestion to reach out to the carrier DHL to see if the order could be overnighted. When I tried to call Chris back (at least four times) he refused to pick up. I had to contact the carrier DHL to find out if there was a way to expedite the order so that it would arrive by Saturday, May 5th, which there isn't unless RapidWristbands approves the change in shipment. As it stands, we will not have the bracelets for our event on Saturday. This experience was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had with a vendor. I highly recommend not using this company.

Rapid wristbands

I ordered wristbands and even chose different sizes. They sent keychains. refused to correct order. lost my wristbands for an event i needed them for. STAY AWAY from this company. Horrible customer service and no concern for making their mistake right! they even reviewed order and saw the different sizes and didnt even ask if it was right. they keychain option at the bottom of the page looks like an option for a customer to receive a free keychain for .25 so I thought that would be nice to get a keychain for .25 Just not happy at all. not sure what company in this country would let this mistake happen and not correct it at all what a waste of money. brand awareness comes from everyone wearing a wristband NOT having a keychain I dont want another customer to be treated the way I have been so STAY AWAY from rapidwristbands.com

Bait and switch! Run from this company!

This muslim-owned business runs a bait and switch campaign and sells non-existent products and "upgrades." They advertise 1 wristband for .01 cent and then try to charge unrealistic shipping fees. It's obvious you are not going to get the product for .01 because unlike other services where the price goes down with volume, their price goes up, then the shipping goes down! WTF is up with these people? They are lying criminals who are using illegal tactics to gain business. If they will do this, what else will they do? Well, the owner was in business with the notorious Imprint.com who is now being indicted by the feds. At one point, Fiyazz, (owner of Rapid Wristbands was in charge of hacking competitors web sites for Imprint.com owner Mashnoon Ahmed. These criminals have a very long history of scamming people. Do yourself a favor and find a real company, do not lose your money here! They have a location and yet you cannot pick up your order, (for reasons unknown) so there is no way to really pay .01 for the wristband. This is an illegal bait and switch scam and they have scammed thousands of uninformed consumers. If you have purchased here, be on the lookout for a class action lawsuit to join and stop this kind of crime in America! As Americans, we must all stand against criminal activity and those who commit the crimes for their own benefit at our expense.

Rapid Wristbands Website Review

RapidWristbands website was so easy to use. They have a variety of colors and designs to choose from. Great company! Can't wait to see the finished products. They are also very reasonable
