Recruiters have a habit of not calling

I have received 2 separate interview requests with 2 different Recruiters, and neither of them called. They will send reminders via email and text and yet they cannot seem to adhere to the proper procedures. Time is our most precious commodity, and I have now wasted mine twice. It is very disconcerting and unprofessional for them to treat people in this way--and without compunction. There is something called decorum---Randstad needs to practice this trait.

These *** people suck the call center is some people who can't speak *** English they won't give you a supervisor or update a fckin computer error that they clearly *** made don't work for them it's a ripoff run

Worst phone interview ever
Wish all of you could hear the interview. The employee was actually trying to steer me away from the job. Kept coming up with excuse after excuse. I have over 10 years of management experience at the highest levels and yet was steering me away from a warehouse management job

I have not heard from the Marianne Thomas since that day I made a complain. That was not the first time Randstad recruiter has ignored a scheduled interview because they have filled the position.

Emplyment dates
I called to obtain my employment dates and received the info I requested. No complaint or problem. I am trying to determine if I am eligible for unemployment when I am not given enough work from the client? I will likely contact unemployment soon to determine my eligibility if I do not get enough hours to survive fron Randstad.

Resolve payrol issue
I need someone to contact from hr or personal I was suppose to recvs my payroll check on 7/28 I never input a checking acct for direct dep but you all had someone acct on my payroll and sent it to that bank the bank rejected it but I didn't find all this out til payday and you all knew check was rejected and by Texas law I req last ck and should of paid me early but now the mailed it and they short me hours I gonna call Texas work force commission. Now I didn't get my check til 10 days after payday and now I owe 500 in late fees for rent 50..00 a day *10 = 500late fees + 550 rent I don't have extra 500 now I have to leave my place no where to go all because Randstad messed up and wouldn't admit it correct the problem and just cut me a check on filling Monday Texas has payday laws I'm not gonna let this go they don't answer phones are if you speak your mind they ignore you and they haven't send me any work when all I've done is work hard for them

This is a temp agency
The representatives at this temp agency are completely incompetent and ignore the employees they hire. The agency consistently pays employees incorrectly. The agency representatives are rude and will not call back or email back and to speak to them in person they say they will look into your questions and call back and never ever do. So unprofessional and uneducated. An agency representative was asked if points fall off after 90 days and replied is that 3 months? She legit didnt even know that 90 days is 3 months.

Screening question listed was incorrect
Good afternoon, I have applied to the PT HR Specialist-Deerfield, Illinois (remote) position and one of the screening questions listed was that the position was onsite and asked if I would be available for on-site so I selected no since the position was remote. I was inquiring to see if my application would be discarded for the position since I selected no although the position states that it is remote?

Complaint on one of your office employees
Had a heart attack in January so the snotty lady said it was held against me thats was 5 points i had couple of other ones but it was not medical so today I had a medical test I had to take so she said it was going to be held against me so please tell me how I was supposed to give advanced6 notice when you have a medical emergency

Discrimination or racism
Hi, I have experienced likely discrimination from a recruiter with Randstad. I have successfully completed an interview and went through many steps as well as making sacrifices for the job, and was doing a better job in training than many others. I had a power outage that made me ineligible to continue training. After this, I was told I could attend the next class, and then I did an interview with a second person who immediately lied and made the decision on her own not to let me in, and it was clearly a personal decision given how quickly she responded by email after the interview, and how she was acting uninterested the entire interview. She was not friendly as the first interviewer was. She said she would contact someone and find out if I was eligible for rehire and could not have done this that quickly given her email response time after the interview. I asked what went wrong and she did not reply. I tried weeks later and she did the same thing again by dodging my question as to why I cannot be rehired for the assignment, and ultimately ignoring me again until I used a different contact email to get her attention. I have never faced direct racism like this before, and will like the chance for corporate to investigate rather than taking any further action just yet. This person refused to give any fair reasoning behind me not getting back in and showed me complete disrespect. Stood me up for an interview that they reminded me about constantly
I waited for 20 minutes for google teams meeting to start for an interview i was very eager for. i received several emails and text reminders - even up to 2 hours before my interview. I coordinated clothes, hair, child care, and lost time I could be looking for a real job... they are just using bots.

I was basically hired thru this company right before I had to attend my job the company set in a policy for requirements they stated to me over the phone you need a GED or diploma and they never stated this before hiring me.

Recruiter Missed Interview
Hello, I am VERY shocked and dissappointed that one of your recruiters (Jessica Bustamente Jessica.bustamente@***.com) did NOT call me for our scheduled interview at 3:15pm PST TODAY OCTOBER 24, 2022. This is VERY unprofessional, as I am in NEED of the job that I was SUPPOSED to have an interview for. If the position no longer exists, TAKE THE JOB AD OFF THE INTERNET!!! ITS NOT HARD!! If the position got filled, great LET ME KNOW SO I CAN CONTINUE MY JOB SEARCH. Randstad is supposedly the #1 staffing agency. BS I will NEVER be using randstad to look for job opportunities as I will tell EVERYONE I know that is looking for a job NOT to TRUST or USE Randstad as they are a SCAM of a company and a disgrace to staffing agencies. I sure HOPE you take the proper action against Jessica Bustamente. If she still has her job after today I have NO FAITH in the values of your company whatsoever. She let ME down and now Im jobless and income less AGAIN. I will never use Randstad ever again. Shame on Randstad and shame on Jessica Bustamente.
