Can't figure out how to find budget webinar
No no complaint just want help connecting to the budgeting webinars I keep going online trying to find them and Im having zero success and I think I would be able to do the one next Tuesday. Probably have missed the one with Jade this week. Thank you.

Can't get on a zoom meeting
So after the first instructor just never got on for planned class, she said she canceled the class completely and never did. Then signed up for another class and that instructor just couldnt get in and was thinking a new platform for class would be needed. So on to sign up for a third class and hope for the best. Insane that this is what you pay for yet cant attend one class. Save yourself money and learn the baby steps. Use everyday budget app and get busy paying down debt. This program is useless

Facilitator failed to provide class
Signed in for the very first class and apparently after an hour of waiting for her to start the zoom meeting and several messages, she responded and she canceled the class. No notice, no email, nothing to inform paid clients that she just wasnt not having the meeting. Waste of my time and money. No notice? No communication? Absolute *** for a paid service.

The minute an issue arises they avoid you, dont take a phone call, and then turn the question over to an attorney? Isnt a beneficiary of an IRA a contract? Package (book) not delivered
My book that i ordered was deliver to a wrong address and I never received it. After calling DHL and the post office I couldnt get it resolved so I called your customer service and they were wonderful and shipped out another book right away two day shipping. Thank you for responding so quickly and getting this resolved.

TIME SHARE EXIT TEAM THAT THEY RECOMENDED NEVER DID ANYTHING
In the fall of 2019 I attended a workshop of Dave Ramsey at Oak hills Church in San antonio and they had a company by the name of Reed&Hein assoc that would assist with getting customers out of their time shares . Dave Ramsey is a highly recommended company so i thought i could trust anything they recommended in reducing my debt and getting out of this time share . I made an appointment to see someone at Reed &Hein and I paid several payments from my credit card which totaled $7746.90 to Reed &Hein . I signed a contract with Reed &Hein that clearly states if and within two years if they cannot get you out of your time share they will refund you the money that you paid into program. Reed & Hein went out of business and they used a law firm to negotiate this contract which Spire Law group has yet to do anything except to advise me not to ever send them any money. I stopped paying cause i could not afford this anymore , then Covid hit and I lost half my pay for a year and half which i am just now getting back on my feet but still cannot afford to pay. Meanwhile the whole payment went to collections for the time share and the interest continues to grow till this day . I have yet have had any assistance , no negotiations ever came to terms and was scammed again out of $7746.90 dollars. I feel if Dave Ramsey recommends a company they should make this right. I have been trying to get this resolved now for three years and this is still on my credit report.
