Disgusting

Got there at 2 requested early check in,told me to come back.4 of the outlets didn't work,left my phone charger asked them to mail it postage due,they said no come get it,it's a 300 mile round trip.some sort of slimy gray glue in bathtub. Coffee maker filthy grounds on and in coffee maker,out of room otherwise I would write more!!

A refund

Hi I'm contacting you guys because I want a refund on this hotel I had went to and stayed in for a week because through out my stay nobody came to give us no new towels no nothing and that is very unacceptable. When staying at a hotel we should be provided everyday with new towels and new sheets and bed sheets and that did not even happen. This is very rude. And then they proceed to charge us an extra 100 dollars through the deposit I put through. Not very professional at all. I want a refund thank you so much.

Filthy room bad condition

I'll call in after I left and explain to them about the conditions of the motel in the conditions of the room. I didn't have a choice because my family was there so I stay. I can explain if I can get somebody on the phone. You phone numbers don't work this online so I don't know how anybody can get ahead of you.

They do not respect the community they are located in

They are located in TİRE İzmir and surrounded by residential community. All day long they air loud music regardless of time and day of the week. Community here have kids, elderly, variety of demographics with different needs. Loud music is continuous and lasts into late hours and starts around 11:00 AM, non stop loud music, with no respect to the residential community they are surrounded with. People complaint and there are no corrections either.

I have been staying for 2 weeks at Ramada Gateway near Dysney World from Jule 8th to 22rd, and during check out a day before ask to pay my bill and was refused. I ask to book a taxi for next morning at 4 am to the airport. Taxi was not booked. When I asked for help at the reception at 4.07 am, Javier who was in charge then told me it is not his responsibility. He flatly refused to help and said that it is my responsibility to book a taxi. I told him that I should have been advised that yesterday. I would have booked myself but his colleague took my details and said it would be booked for me. So 4:15 I was trying to call and book a taxi myself - less than 3 hours before an international flight. Javier just left to the back office and when i told him i will complain, he rudely came back and showed me his name tag. Unacceptable customer servise. During our stay - 14 days!, our bedsheets where never changed. Sometimes our bed was not even made. Once cleaners forgot their cleaning supplies that was standing in our bathroom for 3 days. I did not complain, however, after being told that it is not Javier's responsible to help Ramada guest, I have no other choice as to leave negative comments for this hotel. In the future, I am not staying with Ramada or its chain. I strongly recomend to have an investigation and adequate changes are made. I would recomend Javier to be relieve from his dues. He is not customer oriented and should never work at front office. I truely believe I was treated badly because I am a woman with a 6 years old child and was alone. In Canads, this is considered a discrimination and prosecuted accordingly! Regards, Ganna.

My problem is that while staff is the rudest and I do mean the rudest I have ever come across. They hung up on people calling to ask who the manger is. They call your room screaming at you cause they was a miscommunication on their end and between all of them. To harassing your guests saying that they didn't pay when they did pay telling you that you need to leave and then telling you you have until 9:30 that night to vacate even though you've already paid mind you and you've already paid the damage deposit to breaking in the door harassing your boyfriend inside calling names throwing your stuff in a cart everything you own mind you you're in between apartments waiting for your new one to be ready so you have a quite a bit of stuff in there during it all into a cart while being disrespectful and unprofessional and aggressive and physically restraining somebody. Also went to the point of popping the locks that they drilled the glass sliding doors shut poppy knows and purposely letting your animals out whilr they hold your boyfriend back so that he cannot stop them from letting them out. And some of the female I talked in the third person because you are that company what they do reflects you as an entire one. My animals could have been hurt or killed first off second off have it all on video they didn't realize that their actions were going to be coming back to them they then call the cops and have my boyfriend arrested they said that he assaulted them even though clearly on video you can hear her saying that nobody was hurting anybody as they hold him back and they purposely let our animals out. I had just gotten off the phone with this lady her name is Mariah and her and I discussing the fact of a damage deposit her employee told me to have somebody go down there and paying cash I did that they wouldn't accept it they drugged their feet and drug their feet and dragged their feet until finally it was past the time that they wanted another deposit and I told her no your people messed up not me I already gave you a $500 deposit I wasn't going to pay her another one for her to totally take this situation and blow it way up to the point that when they took my stuff out of the room they put it outside on the curb my son's PlayStation 5 got stolen my laptop got stolen all my clothes got stolen all my shoes got stolen call my boyfriend stuff got stolen tools and everything when she was asked by the officers why she asked my boyfriend to leave that she said 9:30 she started all this at 4:30 p.m. her thing was oh well he wasn't on the room I have proof that he was on the room my name was on it but I paid for two guests that was my guess this is unprofessional and completely not acceptable whatsoever she treated us of it as if I was *** on the street not acceptable also two days after I left the hotel mind you by police escort she charged charges onto my credit card they also had tried to say that we trashed the room I have video stating that we didn't I have proof to prove that your employees need to be fired not written up not a slap on the wrist they need to be fired because if they did this to me and I'm the only person with the guts to come forward and say something you need to fire these people and then turn around and prosecute them for theft because they stole all kinds of stuff on my property then they turn around and they put it outside on the curb I did nothing wrong to this woman I have proof that all bills were paid even the deposit she was throwing her little fit about the power control trip and she's not even the general manager there these men came into my room and tried to physically harm my boyfriend and before that tried to get up in my face before I went back to work this is unacceptable behavior and I need my money back and I need to know who's going to replace my property because if I have to take legal action and get a lawyer I'm going to sue Ramada because I have proof and evidence showing that your employees were out online my boyfriend did nothing wrong to anybody and it will show that on the video but yet they had him arrested by lies which is a falsifying as police statement I will make sure I prosecute 100% on that I'm not playing here this is not a game to me this is my livelihood and this was not okay it affected my job it affected me my children my animals my boyfriend everybody unprofessional not okay I want to know what's going to be taking care how this is going to be taken care of I want to know what action you're going to take and I want to know how we're going to get my stuff taken care of we like to discuss this further you can email me at s t e p h o c k 82@***.com or you can call me at 505-582-**** I look forward to hearing from somebody very soon or you will be hearing from a lawyer on this matter and we will make it very loud and I will call the news and I will blast it all over the news here because what's your employees did was wrong you want to do an investigation on it that's fine I understand I'm a store manager myself she is out of line majorly out of line they threw my stuff out purposely let my animals out harass my boyfriend physically held him back had him arrested that that lost his job made me leave work twice non-acceptable thank you

Run down property.

My wife and I booked a room for four nights at the Ramada by Wyndham in Panama City Beach. During our four night stay, we had no internet in our room. I complained to the front desk every day, over 6 times now. After working in I.T. for 27 years, I can't understand why they can't do a simple job like rebooting a router and then making sure it works. I am using the lobby internet to send this. Our bathroom vanity drain would not stay open, and the bathtub had no stopper, so my wife could take a bath. Also, no trash bags to put wet towels in to get changed out for fresh ones. When I went to the front desk and got trash bags, I put out the dirty towels. I didn't receive clean ones in return. The mattress on both beds were lumpy. The room smells like mildew. The front of the doors has no lights to be able to see the room number without a flashlight. There are no lights at all in the back of the property where room our room was located. I showed the front desk pictures of a side wall going down the ramp to the 1st floor, showing the side wall having fallen debris and parts about to fall, hopefully not on a person. The only positive has been the front desk personnel. We would like to know what compensation will be given for what has turned out to be the worst motel/hotel stay in all of my years. Glad to say tonight is our last night at this property. I would have left earlier if our reservation was not prepaid.

Money not returned after staying one night and checking out due to Hotel Issues

I booked the Ramada Inn/Winston Salem for a 7 night stay but after only one night at this hotel I had enough. Basically, not the type of place for a family or anyone used to decent hotels. There were literally people living there and paying day to day with whatever funds they could scrape up (partial or leaving items as collateral). We arrived late so we didn't have many options or energy for finding lodging after a 14hr drive not to mention arriving really late. The pool was condemned and no breakfast (but were advertised), these were some of the "minor" issues with this hotel. It was Very dirty, terrible accommodations...spider webs, broken bathroom accessories, lack of bedding items, the room was a smoking room when we booked non-smoking and the list goes on and on. Ramada should remove this place from the chain. It is "Owner Operated" and they cannot intervene in some circumstances due to this type of ownership. The hotel is listed on many sites as a 2 to 2.5-Star chain... absolutely no where close to that. I would use other words to describe the type of hotel it seems like, but being this is a public site, I will refrain from commenting on these things. Also...I did contact Wyndham's customer several times, and it seemed as if they would get us a partial refund, but this was also a joke. They had notes in the system which were reviewed where it showed that they had spoken to the Manager it was agreed that I would be reimbursed. After months of attempts, they simply did nothing (almost $1000 bucks gone). Lesson learned on my end...don't depend on the Hotel's policy's or customer service to work on your behalf because after all, they're all on the same team. Here is a side note...it was a very busy week in the area so hotels were limited. I was lucky to find other accommodations for the remainder of my trip. I live in Louisiana and that's the only reason I haven't tried taking this to Small Claims Court. I'm still looking into other options...so I'm not completely done yet.

Unfit

Went to check in for our 14 days the room they showed me I wouldnt let my dog stay in. It was full of roaches, spiders, bed bugs, burn marks. Next room was just as bad. They cancelled our reservation. We didnt even stay there and refuse to refund our $1500 because it was thru a third party Hotels.com. They also had *** It was deplorable conditions. I feel that Ramada should pull their name from them and should reimburse us if not at least give us vouchers to stay at any Wyndham resort in USA or Canada.

Lied to about actual price that was charged. And worst condition of almost any toilet I’ve ever seen. By for the worst for a hotel.

this is by far the worst hotel experience of my life and I just got here. So, Im currently moving from Tennessee to California and happen to be stopping through after a 12 hour drive today. The first issue that arose was that I was told a price at the counter, then later found out it was actually $50 more(because my account notified me of being overdrawn). Called the front desk, the gentleman that was at the front when I checked in(he was off to the side while some younger girl checked me in), he answered the phone. He explained that the price was actualllly $50 higher than I was told, and he apologized because the girl who helped me was in training..ok, no problem, just happy to be here after 2 long days of driving a 16 moving truck by myself. I actually chose this place, despite being considerably higher priced than many options on the same street. But was willing to pay extra for a cleaner room and better customer service.well, was I wrong Now, let me please add, I neverrrr write reviews. Especially bad ones. Ill write good reviews, but it takes a lot to make me write a complaint like this now, thats not even what the complaint is about.let me fast forward about 20 minutes, I finally get my truck parked and my baggage I loaded, and(sorry for TMI) had to use the toilet in the room I just payed for like nobodys business(like I said, been on the road for hours. Hadnt stopped at a rest stop in about 4/5 hours). So, really had to go,,, Well, lifted the toilet seat only to find the most disgusting sight of some other humans diarrhea, all over the inside. Ok, no problem again, Ill just flush it. Well, its clogged. And now the water is all the way to the top. still trying to be patient and understanding, called the front desk(in hopes hed send someone to plunge it real quick. Right? Easy fix. And I was still fine if that could be done. Well, called the front desk literally 7 times, no answer. Ok, deep breath I walk down to the front desk. Now theres 2 people in front of me in the line. Ok no sweat, Im a patient man. Waited in line for prolly 15 minutes while the phone rang off the hook and nobody answered it. Which was weird because the younger gal who checked me in(and gave me a substantially lower price than what they charged me) was just standing off to the side and just listened to the phone ring. Ok, thats strange customer service. I do understand it being busier than usual but thats just neglect. So, I bypassed the line(seeing how Ive already checked and should be eating my now cold dinner) and asked him to please kindly send someone to plunge it so I can use it. Well, Im still here in my room about an hour later. Nobodys showed up. I ended up walking to dennys down the street and embarrassedly asking them to use theirs. At this point(like I said, I apologize for the TMI, but I was about to have a major #2 accident. I have a bad stomach condition which just exacerbates this whole issue. I dont know what to do now. Seems like their booked and cant switch my rooms, and nobodys come to fix itstillll. After forking our $319 for one night? My goodness, this is literally the worst experience ever. Where do I go the bathroom the next time I gotta go? just Annnnd they didnt hand me a paper receipt. (No surprise there). And no email.

Worst stay ever, ramada inn kent, wa

When we checked in, the front desk clerk told us there was one room left, and charged us double the deposit amount for a credit card. He then also proceeded to tell the customers behind us that he had one room left. The room itself is disgusting. Water damage on the door (2nd floor, what???) Bugs in the bathroom, the lumpiest mattress ever, weird tiny pillows. The vending machine took me for $10.00 on one pop tart. (first and second item did not vend, also charged a mystery $4.75) the pool was so gross and literally has garbage in it like bricks and rocks. When i was having trouble getting my card to work when trying to add a second night's stay, the front desk clerk told me to STAY CAPTIVE IN MY ROOM until 6pm. 2nd floor ice machine did not work, exercise room would not open. Patiently awaiting the ghosts from the shining to show up. Please refund both night's stay as this has been a nightmare.

USING A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZENS HANDOCAP AGAINST HER! DISGRACE

The Owner refusing to give back deposit because my mother in law soiled the sheets. While that is her handicP and she was in handicap room and i personally cleaned room. The housekeeper told me day before about they have a mattress protector I said that would be great. Housekeeping left so I asked owner and he said no he didn't have any extra! MY MOTHER IN LAW HASNT LEDT THE HOUSE IN OVER 4 YEARS BECAUSE OF HER MEDICAL ISSUE because of the ignorance of the owner she will probably never come back out again. Not to mention she was only here for an emergency situation to begin with. Karen the housekeeper was the sweetest nicest lady and I feel bad they made her do their dirty work. I knew last night when he refused to give me protector he was going to try to keep my $160 deposit!!! Didn't know *** paper thin sheets cost $160.

Horrible experience

Our experience was horrible. The front end service manager is extremely rude and unaccommodating. I had to work in Niagara over march break so I brought my fiancé and kids so they could enjoy the sites while I was working. We ended staying an extra night due to my work so I went down to the desk to ask how to extend my stay without having to pay another deposit fee. After speaking with the man at the front desk he said to book through the app again and he would make a note in the system for the next shift not to release my deposit and hold it until the following day when we actually check out. I went to be and woke up extra early to go down to the front desk again and ensure they got the notice from hopper that we were extending and that everything would be ok. Same man, said yes everything is good. So I went to work, came back there was no messages on the phone no notes on the door so we went for dinner went to bed and i woke up for work as usual. On my way out, I stopped at the front desk just to let them know I may be late coming back and ask for late checkout as my fiancé and kids were in the hotel and I didn't want them having to wander Niagara with their luggage till I was done work. At the front desk as I walked up Aswathy Moosath the front office manager asked what room I was from i replied and then she rudely informed me I didnt pay my deposit for my extension, and they were calling me all day and even knocked on my rooms door and she could hear kids but the kids wouldn't answer./ I laughed and said well they've been taught not to answer hotel doors or any doors for that matter unless an adult is with them. There's a lot of weird people out there now a days. I continued to inform her that her front desk staff working the previous night and morning was aware of the deposit situation and assured me everything was fine. I also showed her my phone with zero missed calls from the hotel and apologized for the mix up but her staff at the time assured me everything was fine. So at first she refused my late checkout, I explained to her my work situation and that I wasn't sure when Id be done but that I didnt want my family wandering the streets with their luggage until I'm done. We will gladly pay for late checkout. She asked till what time and I said "I'm hoping 11:30 but no later than their standard late checkout time of 1:30. I went to work and at about noon my fiancé messaged to inform me that they got back to the hotel from breakfast and the room was locked, and when the went to the front desk to get a new key they were told they'd have to get their things and leave. So she grabbed our stuff and went to the pool so the kids could swim while they waited for me. I got back at about 1pm and went to the pool area got the kids out of the pool and headed for the change room to get the kids dressed and ready to go home. On my way to the change room Aswathy Moosath walked by us and asked what room we were from. I replied "324 I just got back from work im just getting the kids changed and were heading out" At this point instead of acknowledging the fact I understood we were already checked out by the hotel staff, or the fact i said "we're heading out" she rudely snaps "you're rooms been checked out. You cant be on this property" and began to treat us like we were trespassing or snuck in to swim at their ant infested poolside. I bit my tongue and said ya I know were going to get changed and were leaving my apologies. and she then repeated the same thing again as if I hadn't replied and responded that we just needed to get the kids out of their bathing suits. Anyways Ramada billed us for late checkout, which is 1:30 I believe as per their hotel pamphlet. My family was locked out of our room before noon hour and told to pack our things and leave before I was done work and then we were made to feel like we broke in or snuck into the hotel infront of other guests by their front office manager Aswathy. I will never return to a Ramada Inn or recomend Ramada to anyone. I will be posting my experience on every booking app out there and every hotel rating app possible. Perhaps Ramada should do some digging into who is representing their brand at the customer experience level. And Aswathy if you hate your're job or are angry about personal life issues, don't take it out on your guests, it was you're staff member who failed to enter the note in the system or perhaps one of the other staff or yourself who didn't read the note. Being upset my children didn't answer the knock of some random person at the door like we should know its actually hotel staff or did the secret knock indicating your hotel staff is absurd. Give your head a shake. My kids would be grounded for opening the door to a random person and you should be proud that they have the common sense to not even engage in a conversation and keep going about their business until the stranger leaves.

Disgusted

Im in the process of having to move and I am renting out a room with my fiancé and kids, two daughters , and a one year old son.. the service is really , really bad , there are burn marks literally all over the bathroom tub , the sheets and blankets and lets not talk about the mattresses !! The mattresses mustve been found in the garbage somewhere where drug addicts sleep!!!

The entire hotel is dirty the floors, walls, elevators, towels, sheets, etc., and I would never think this hotel would be in this situation no sanitizer in the hotel nothing has been wiped down everything has fingerprints dust the carpet is filthy it's black in spots all over
