Get my refund

Ordered 10 piece chicken tenders only got five. Tried to call them and they wouldnt answer the phone. Kept trying them just gave up

Unprofessional Staff

My daughter and I went to the walk-up window at Rallys on the corner of Desert Inn and Boulder Highway and no one acknowledged us for at least 20 minutes and still have not as I am writing this. One of the employees came walking up with a sign that said, Sorry only Drive-Thru but sat it down on the inside and still did not acknowledge the 4 customers including myself and my daughter! There is a manager on duty who did not tell any of her crew to let the people outside know what was going on. After noticing that we were all hot in 110 degree weather, the manager put her finger up to us to say one-minute or moment. The manager then placed the note in the window in front of us after we have now been sitting outside for 30 minutes! What an outrage and so disrespectful and unprofessional! I spend money with this company because I thought it was a pretty reputable place to eat! The staff at this restaurant is very rude, and their customer service needs a lot of work!

Bad food

Bad food bad service I asked for my fish n fries to be dropped fresh and I was told to pull to the other side and wait for my food n still my fish was not fresh at all

I was so upset and in shock that these acted this way. I have never experienced that before . The manager so unprofessional she acted like she was so miserable and everyone should be

The manager wouldnt give me receipt she tried to tell me its in the bag I look and it wasnt. She even used a nasty tone. Like I was lying made me look like a fool. Then charged me 4 more then it should have bee. Im not a person who complains but I had enough.

The way I was treating at my ralllys the food was terrrible and so was the service

She took my order and I told her it wasnt right she tried to argue with me and say its right. She use a nasty tone and threw hands up and told her manager do it then the manager started the same attitude and would not give my receipt. I payed over 4 dollars too much. They there was nothing they could do about. This isnt the first time with the manager. I let it go the first time. I cant this time it made me feel so terrible. I cant understand how they are still open with this crew. My chicken sandwich tasted freezer Burt and fried was turn up side down. I couldnt even ess as eat my food. Im not a person who complains unless it really is bad. I never have been treated that way in any restaurant and I know how it is I worked in a restaurant before. I think they are keeping money by not giving reciept and charging more and mad because i told them they charged me too much. Thank you

I already sent complaint, old very old food. Manager admit it was old his excuse not that much business.

Complaint

I received inedible food and horrible customer service from the Eastlake location. I spent over 20.00 when I called to speak to management they advised me to call the 1800 number which I did, corporate still has yet to reach out to me and I received an email for 5.00 off coupon which is unacceptable for the amount of money I spent. I would appreciate someone at a higher stature contacting me. Thank you

Terrible store an bad serice

Food not received but paid for then unwillingness of the manager basically calls me a liar .I was made to feel like I wasn't trueful and never over 2 for five rallyburgers .this plus the keeping door to the outside proped open allowing insects direct access to the food .I looked inside the floors were cluttered basically the whole store is not sanitary looking at all.

Unable to do something per customer request

I asked for a chicken bite box but instead of chicken and fries I just wanted all fries. They wouldn't do it , I asked for it 2 weeks ago they did it w/out question. The guy on shift was sooooo *** & rude to me. They said I was dumb.

Complaints on food and customer service

Me and my son went to Rallys in Fort Wayne Indiana on 3906 E State Blvd 46805 We did not have time to look at the menu as when we pulled to the speaker they immediately said go ahead with your order. I then asked if they had a $1-$2 dollar menu before I could finish the question the girl cut me off and said if you want McDonalds pricing then go to the McDonalds next-door. I took my time to actually look at the menu placed an order for me and my son and then when we got up to the payment window, I told them we didnt want the food anymore because of the rudeness and pulled off. We did exactly what she told us to do and went to the McDonalds next-door.

They forgot to give my fries with my order

My order was not complete, when I got home we didn't have 3 orders of fries. I didn't bother to check my order.

Terrible encounter

The manager totally was out of line. We pulled up to get the total and order final. The the female manager just took her bad day and cursed us out. The hole experience was uncomfortable and very scary. She then told us she was the manager and stated the whole encounter was ok for her to act that way because she was the manager.

Bad old food and poor customer service, no response or results.

Old green hot dog, dried out! Need new management, unclean burger had smell dried out so old it shrunk

Worst service and over charged

employee charged one time then reciept didnt come out so he did it again then reciept didnt come out then he called another employee.She did the same chargwd me again then did it againthen called another employee whom charged me again and said ir was no paper at the end they charged me 4 times encluding the last one wh3n she finally changed tbe paper and gave me a reciept andtold mr i had to wait a week to get my money back from all the charges for encodeing.
