Missing cash back
DoI called their number and still didnt get to talk to anyone, had to leave a message and I still havent heard back so my review is there are horrible.

My check expired before I was able to cash it. I called a few months ago and asked for a replacement check. I still haven't received it.

No Response to Claim for Rewards
Loved them formerly. Now, I access sites, make purchases from Rakuten app and rewards dont appear in my account. Used their app to report that, and have not received a response. Its been about a week. Just tried calling them. Had to leave a voicemail. I understand there is a shortage of CS and other low-wage earners, but dont advertise a service & not deliver!!! Bottom line!!

I had problems staying logged into Rakuten. So I never race credit for purchased products. I contacted them. They claimed via text that I was never logged in. I never spoke with a human
I kept gettin kicked out of the Rakuten app without being aware. yet I was still able to order from TEMU. This still happens. I now have to order from a browser. I contacted Rakuten and sent them my orders. They claim I was never logged in so credit was given

Missing check
I don't even think this cheating company deserves one star. They are refusing to send me a replacement check since February. Horrible company. Don't trust them!!! stay away - deceitful practices

Missing bonus
I got $2 deduction on my account for maintenance fee. I got total deduction for $16.52 since 2018 for no reason. Please refund my money otherwise it loose purpose to use your account. All the bonus got deduct and disappear.

Order grill thru bbqguys and did not get credit for it
I attempted to put the order in thru the app on the website BBQGUYS.com and went I finalized the order I just got the screen with say loading. I had to call in and finalize the order is there any way to get the rewards for the order

#3907**** After repeated inquiries I still have no resolution to my pending Pandora purchase cash back. This was a 20% bonus special and I have reached out on several occasions with no satisfactory. My pandora order #PND1800**** was verified and I have sent proof or purchase as requested to no avail. This purchase was made during Big Give week in May/2023
