I started using RadiumOne to get in-game currency for a game I enjoy. I completed a number of offers, but was not credited by their automated system. I then submitted a request for them to review the problem. Along with the request, I sent them a screenshot of the final page of offers I had completed. I received an email saying it could 1-4 days to resolve. About 24 hours after that I get another email requesting screenshots of confirmation emails for the offers. If you have completed these offers you know that you usually do not receive email from the main offer, only email for the side offers that are required/suggested during the path. RadiumOne has to know this is how their offers work. It seems they are intentionally scamming their customers out of time and currency. Beware!

Be glad that's only issue your having my problem far worse. I bought $100 in gold Friday November 6th while bonus gold up, I was awarded gold until next day and shorted the 200,000 bonus gold. You can see the transaction on my gold page and I sent them receipt from my Rixty account used to buy it. Response I got was transaction record can't be found! That's a bold faced lie is clearly there! I'm a huge player with almost $100,000 invested and are pulling this shady garbage on me sure do not care about any of you!!

RadiumOne Engage,not giving credits, misleading customers, giving gold credits to wrong account telling customerthey asked to change their password then offering to rest it then it dosen't work.

I am a tagged and HI5 customer. I play earned gold for free then transfer it to Luv. They constantly cheated me out of my earned gold and numerous times have credited the wrong account. They are misleading customers about the surveys, I recently had five ads with warnings THIS SITE IS UNSAFE MALCIOUS SOFTWARE THREAT. I informed them of this and ever since they have been giving me a hard time. I read the health ad like MS, which I have the symptons, Diabetes, Depression, Cancer, Menopause, HIV. They purposely remove these ads all day and wait until 3 or 4 am eastern standard time to put them back on. When they do they only put a few on the account I use more which is HI5. Then all of asudden when your finished with the ad and have read it in its entirety, you look for you credits and they are not there, You have to submit a request, by logging in .I used my email and password and was told it change. I never changed it, they did so I couldn't get in. You go back to check the ad and it says this offer is no longer available after you went through the whole thing but they still have the offer on the page, when you try to close it they will let you for a while then they put it back on. The surveys are misleading and they are the sites where I have received this warning, THIS SITE IS UNSAFE MALCIOUS SOFTWARE THREAT> I informed them and I have had nothing but a hard time with them. I complained about them putting my gold credits on my TAGGED ACCOUNT instead of my HI5 account they told me I should be careful, I am not the one who made the mistake. I shouldn't have to spend time getting them to do investigate this and give me the gold credit I have earned. I also have had ads change in the middle of me reading them when I was almost done and didn't get crdit, when I explained to them the ad stopped or it changed they still would not give credit to me. Pleas excuse error that is part of my MS symptons. They directed me to and to a url which is http://gwallet.zendesk.com/signin, when I got to the page it said"OOPS the page you were looking for doesn't exist, this has happened to me more than once. They need to put the same offers on both sites since tagged and hi5 are run by the same company. they try to keep you from earning your gold if you use one account more then the other or they will put your gold creits on the account you don't use as much. I use both account but I receive more luv on hi5 so I use that one more for free earned gold, and they know this. they are withholding vital health information not putting them out here and putting these misleading surveys which by the way want your password and a lot of personal information, I am afraid to do these because thes are most of the ads on unsafe sights, the health ads are safe and can save someones life like me. my user name is BARE ESSENCE-R my E Mail address is loveandhappiness@***.net I am a customer of Tagged and Hi5. After 5 days automatically considered 'solved'

We will get back to you as soon as possible, it typically takes between 1-4 days. MY REPLY: How mighty convenient to responde that it takes up to 4 days when it is automatically closed withn 5 days. Since I put in request on 6th and you respond with a delay stalling tactic of 4 days, this request will be closed and I'll be denied gold due to your foot dragging and refusal to award gold that I rightfully earned by supplying screenshot. So therefore it is fraud and a scam to take my information , email address, mailing address etc. and not get awarded my gold. This 'earn gold' scheme is a *** and you are stealing my info without reward if this request expires before you do anything about it!

Continued issues of RadiumOne as seen on Tagged.com

Continuation on RadiumOne complaints. First I will say that the health based videos offered by RadiumOne are excellent, especially by HealthGuru. The offers are only 30 or 38 Gold but are rich in useful content. Plus they almost always pay Gold instantly. The downside is now that Gold value has gone very high, I don't see as many videos offered, it's almost nil. :( If you do any offers but the videos, take screenshots, you'll need them when you don't get your gold. Happens about 90% of offers other than videos so be ready to battle for your gold. Don't ever tell on a survey that you have Diabetes. You will get a million calls from Indie Telemarketers all day every day for Diabetic Meter and supplies. I am a victim of this. So why does RadiumOne suck? Poor offers other than videos, Failed Gold, poor performance of Zendesk and Customer Service. When you submit a Gold complaint, all Zendesk responses are canned, automatic responses. if you try to talk to someone, there is No-One home! The system keeps repeating to send email confirmation screenshot.. what a joke. You will spend hours to battle for Gold. This lead to very poor customer experience and detracts from quality time you would have spent on Tagged.

I have many issues with RadiumOne as is presented on Tagged.com

I do RadiumOne Earned Gold free offers daily on Tagged.com Pets game. Really we need to blame Tagged for allowing RadiumOne to degrade the quality of customer experience on their website. We are the consumer, why should we have to spend more time trying to get Gold straightened out than we do enjoying the time on Tagged. Tagged should really look at the numbers. I submitted tickets for no Gold for a week and counted between the ticket numbers. There were close to 2000 gwallet Zendesk tickets issued in a week. 1. If you agree to download and install any software they offer, I guaranty it is full of adware and spyware, not to mention the numerous additional applications that will be installed and virtually cripple your system. Most of these offers fail to report to RaiumOne to credit Gold either, thus you must create a trouble ticket with screenshots to have Gold credited. After you get your Gold then spend hours cleaning up your system. 2. Beware of anything that mentions Short Survey in offers or Free Samples. All of these offers take you into a never ending bombardment of offers and repeated questions. They never come to an end. You can spend hours answering survey questions hoping to reach the end. Some say "you are almost done" haha NOT. and forget about the Gold because RadiumOne says that after checking with the vendor, that you didn't complete the offer. HELLO

Awarding gold for completing offers

I have continued for days on Tagged to complete...and I mean COMPLETE.. offers but radiumone never credits the gold that is supposed to be awarded for those offers. I have joined so many things, football leagues and coupon clubs and installed so much stuff on my computer to complete these offers, yet nothing is awarded for the completion of these offers as promised. I know the company receives funds from the offer providers, but I wonder if those providers are aware of the lack of follow through by Radium One. To me it is unbelievable. Certainly there must be better customer service from this company, but no response other than an automated email, and usually the response is they wipe the record of you completing the offer in Tagged.

Tagged petsgold scam by radiunone

they offer free pet gold in tagged if you fill in quistionare once you do you are bombarded with spam but do not recive the reward i have contacted radiunone who say prove you compleated with the confermation email from them so i did now radiunone seem to be ignoreing me how many people are being bombarded with spam i personaly recived over 100 in a day through this and do the reputbul companys who beleave they are acting responcerbuly relise this company is tarnishing there reputations im sure they must be loseing custmors through people holding them to blame as its there adverts that are filling peoples inboxes im sure they must be loseing millions

I bought a product on tagged/ Radiumone never gave me my gold

Last week Wensday I bought some chocolate from a vender on tagged via Radium One minumun purchase ws $20.00. I was suppose to get 1200 in gold to play my game. I paid $22.00 for my product and with shipping my total came to $31.00. I have one email to prove I paid for the product. I also have another email confirming my product is in transit...this all happen on 14 Dec 2011 Now on thursday 15 Dec this offer was pulled off tagged, but I had already had my confirmation email in my mail box

Banned for complaint about support staff behavior

This is the worst customer service/support I have seen. I had a small issue, easy to fix, and provided pictures. I understand a 3rd party advertiser on their network is at fault for the initial problem. Support is still handled by RadiumOne employees and thus RadiumOne is the responsible party for dealing with problems that arise. It seemed staff was not even reading my text at first and was spitting out a pre-scripted series of actions which resulted in asking me for information already provided. Repeatedly providing proof of my situation to customer support quickly exasperated me. I provided pictures, the next reply asked for pictures that they had just been given. You could clearly see them yet I was stalled again and a again. At this point I bypassed the web form system and directly emailed the company from its contact page. In the end I was told: "We have checked with the advertiser responsible for this offer and determined that the transactions weren't fully completed." "We have decided to make an exception and credit your account." When I inquired as to how exactly it was not completed, again pointing to the required account and toolbar in the picture proving that I did in fact complete all requirements of the offer, I was then told that if I was not satisfied they would reverse (take away) the credit and that repeated manual crediting of my account could result in banning from the service. This was the only manual credit, and only time I've ever even contacted Radium One support. Later the same day I checked the site to see if they had replied and saw my account was manually "suspended" by their support staff. It appears this is a ban, as there is no expiration on the suspension and disallows new tickets or replies so that the staff member has the "last word". While I have no intention of ever dealing with the company again the gesture the ban represents is a continuation of the unacceptable behavior that I pointed out when I contacted the company directly.
