Complaint about an employee

I'm just an old black man sitting here saying hi to the customers not bothering anyone and then sometimes they like to drink a cup of coffee with me and she keeps telling me I have to leave and everything but when the young people standing in front of the door and acting the pool and everything it doesn't mean anything I don't bother anybody but she seems to not pick me up for no reason at all to tell me to leave all that stuff I don't bother anyone people love me focus on your money and good customersBe Polit to people

Rude employee

This location in Ocoee has some of the rudest employees Dont wear name tags so you cant send complaint on them wont give out store Mgr. Are or number??? There app not working wouldnt honor free drink I get daily she kept charging for it and to bad not her problem( 452pm) August 4 I told her it wasnt my problem either she said pay for the drink or move aside I know there desperate for employees since the have to close at 9pm every night because they cant hire people to work but this is ridiculous with people like her no wonder everyone goes to WAWA I think you need to look hard at what you are hiring in your stores

To speak to someone with authority

I went to three different locations Sunday late afternoon early evening and all three locations and they were spread out the swirl soft serve ice cream was totally out of commission and nobody seems to really care about even looking at it. They were just there and it was just sort of frustrating coming up. I know theres bigger things in life but I did have a concern. Why at three different locations it was not available

Complete inconvenience

Never have lottery tickets counting lottery tickets at 3 oclock in the afternoon so you cant buy anything never enough help I would rather speak to someone because this is ongoing and I spend a lot of money there and that is going to stop

Store needs cleaning

1) The ladies bathroom had NO toilet paper in the stalls, one of them did not even have a holder or place for toilet paper. The 3rd stall was locked with no one in it. The bathroom was nasty. 2) The coffee station was poorly stocked with creamers and cups as well as several of the coffee bean dispensers were either empty or mostly empty. 3) Gas pumpS were not working and not flagged making customers have to come into the store multiple times to change payment from one pump to another multiple times. 4) The individual that appeared to be the manager on duty had less than a welcoming attitude. This was THE WORST RACETRAC store that I have EVER been in and I normally pride myself in selecting great places to stop and we travel all the time.T

My worst experience ever at any RaceTrac store, especially the Hampton store.

Shorted twice in one week

Sunday I went in to the Racetrack on General DeGaulle I bought a vitamin water and a Gatorade with food stamps I tried to pay with my cash app card to pay for to packs of Montclair smokes the cashier said my card did not go through. It was getting busy and I didn't want to hold up the line I paid with cash 13.00 when I got home I checked and it showed that racetrack did charge my card 13.00 the manager there spent 10 minutes trying to show me how I was wrong she was rude and unprofessional then come to find out I was charged for 3bpacks of cigs I paid TWICE PLAIN AND SIMPLE I PAID WITH CASH AND I PAID WITH MTY CREDIT CARD SHE SIMPLY SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY. AFTER 15 minutes of her trying to explain the unexplainable U CHARGED ME TWICE REFUND MY MONEY . she said I'll just give u a pack of smokes and that will be that . No it's not. I worked in gas stations for 15 years in Atlanta I have been going to this store since it opened when Joe was the manager no problems ever I garuntee you from the day this woman started your either losing money or customers 3 days prior to that I was given 54 dollars in change from 100 dollar bill instead of the 74 I was owed luckily I heard one of the cashier's say watch she's gonna walk off without counting it I still didn't end up with correct change I had just worked a 14 hour shift and I was tired I just walked out. I asked the manager to roll the tape so it would prove that I paid with a credit card I now believe he knew it went through but took the cash anyways I'm furious and u should be too. Because if their stealing from customers they are DEFINENTLY stealing from the company she said it was "too intricate to pull the tape" that's *** I know u know she knows it however she didn't know I managed 3 Gulf gas stations in Atlanta. Her behavior and the staff their is deplorable it has gone down drastically since Joe left everyone calls it the ghetto racetrack and a lot of people have simply stopped going she is rude I've seen time and time again them treating customers like they are an imposition and roll their eyes u need to get to the bottom of what's really going on at this store because I bet my life something is.

Ignorant employees Cierra Horne(GM) and Melindy

Morning, I Made it clear and direct in addressing the disrespectful behavior regarding store #2480 employees Cierra Horne Jones and Melindy while speaking to Greg on 6/22/23. On June 22, 2023 both of their customer service was very poor constantly eye rolling, wasnt greeting customer, looking very aggressive and Melindy even went further be hostile with me calling me out my name this is not the first issue I have addressed. Cierra is not a professional GM she has poor customer service in she allows her personal issues to interfere with her job. Last year in August she even to the Initiative to tell me at an outside function that there was trespassing me from coming in store #2480 because she was now a manager in she did not like me Coming in the store. I have witness even past employees who employees whos witness this behavior. As I stated above I did speak with Greg but Cierra had also brought my attention that her in Greg have a close relationship so its a waste of time acknowledging the behavior. I will be taking other actions if this continues.

A hold placed on my debit card and I didn't even get to buy my product.I didn't have all the money for the transaction on my card.

Took my money for a split transaction off same debit card I have in which my total was 10.75 and I had 2.86 on my card so I had to transfer 9.75 in which was then swiped off.Then the cashier stated 55 cents owed stating they charge everytime I swipe my card so I then proceeded to add 1.00 was was took off.She then stated that the 1.00 transaction didn't go through so after we had words about it she then stated none of the transactions went through n they was took off as pending and stated my money was getting refunded.My money was took and I didn't get my merchandise I went for in which this is day 3 and I have yet to get my money by back.I am such a damn highly pissed EX CUSTOMER about this *** This is insane on Racetrac behalf.My money was borrowed I assume and I was given the bye bye attitude.I love to place Suits on Company's for reasons like this and have one pending as of I'm writing this shit.I will take this to the heavens before I let you guys get over on people that are took advantage of such as me.I have patience to wait 5,10,or 15 years for my suits to be proven in the court of law and you guys better know you have took from the wrong customer.Thanks and remember this complaint and remember me as I will definitely see you guys soon!

Employee threatened to slap my husband and when asked for her name or managers name and store number she refused threatening to call the law and have us banned from the store

I’m posting a review in hopes that action will be taken to fix the issue.

There is a Racetrac gas station on highways 19&41 in Hampton, Ga. The store has a cappuccino machine that has cosmetic damage and rarely in working order for the past five years. Over the past five years I have asked three different managers for contact information to report the issue, but have been told there is no one, or department to report it to. The 24 hour advertised store also closes during the night, and doesnt open back up until 6:30a.m.. I cant even fill up with gas while going to work, at 4:30 in the morning! I was told the reason was for the associate to get their managers requested tasks completed. I also noticed that there are no squeegees or window solution in the provided complementary windshield cleaning stations. These have been empty for the past year. Im in hopes that another competitor gas station will be built close by soon, because I think that these issues will never be addressed and resolved.

Employee complaint

Im sending this email this is a really serious concern about the location located 1150 airport pulling road Naples fl 34104 regarding a person that refuse to give name when I called the store a female employee working on Thursday night incident happened around 10:15pm I witness this employee scream and I would describe it as a really nasty attitude not fair for customers of racetrack to deal with such rudeness customer after paying asked for a receipt and had to ask twice since employee ignore him after him asking again she in a very rude manner printed a receipt a ripped from the machine and threw at costumer since the customer felt so bad for such behavior he left forgetting a gallon of milk which he notice right away a minute later and went right back in less than a minute this rude employee had walked around instead of letting him know about his paid milk she walks right to cooler and puts it right back customer walks in to counter where he left the milk wasnt there o f course he ask her where is the milk she said she didnt care its so sad we customers have to go spend money in racetrack and get treated likes this watch the cameras exactly at that time I witness that action needs to be taken care about that employee at that location not good for business at all employees need to be respectful and give clients their receipts this is absolutely not ok I will be contacting general manager if not higher Ill be waiting for a response picture of receipt included how she left it and threw to customer

Not happy with y’all at all

Put a 175.00 hold on my credit card when my cash was only 33.00 It has been 8 days a still the hold is not lifted yet! This is my only credit card I have I need to make a payment on my card asap I have a family emergency I have to fly out to say my goodbyes too!!! Need lifted asap! Not happy!!! I cane to your location and was denied service

Doors was locked and no one answered or came to check time 1:00 a.m...ans i feel i bad because I ran out of gas
