Defective product

After buying two packs of your pall mall lite 100s, which I usually do everyday, I opened one pack and the filters come off the cigarettes. This is unacceptable due to the amount of money that I have to spend for the cigarettes. I also noticed a lot of crap inside cigarettes looks like wood which makes the cigarette burn hotter. If this continues I will have no choice but to look for a new brand.

Damaged cigarettes and packs in a carton

Been enjoying pallmall for over twenty years and the last carton i purchased had every pack with the boxe all crooked and unsealed and about every cigarette also ot wraped completely.making it impossible to smoke any of them.dont even think i got a full pack out of ten packs that was able to smoke. Very unhappy definitely with what a carton cost and im on disability Gas station wouldn't replace them cause i didn't have reciete.bought them and gas and didn't get a reciete.whole thing is screwed up.feel i should be compensated.2449 buchanan rd Waverly, Ohio 45690 My name is Warren Imboden Born 10/21/65

Coupons outdated

I recently changed to Lucky Strike menthol silvers, I have had coupons in several of the packs. But, these are all outdated. Looks to me that the cigarettes I have been buying, from several areas, are at least 3 years old!! What the heck??? These coupons all expired 12/31/2021. This is not cool with me. May be switching back.

Camel complaint

I sent the following message to RJ Reynolds customer service. Will update as to the company's response, but am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem? I have been a camel smoker for over 30 years. No other brand can satisfy me. I haven't even tried another brand for decades, however recently, there have been several times when I have considered it. I continue to find more cigarettes that have hard pieces in them that do not burn easily. As a result, I have to either break the cigarette off and start over, or hold a lighter to it until it burns up. Either way, I lose up to a half cigarette each time this happens. With the price of a pack these days, I can not afford to do that. My husband & I are buying 2 cartons a week! Please do something to address this issue.

I've smoked Doral 100s for years, decades actually. I've never sent in a complaint to you before. Recently I purchased my usual 2 cartons after my husband's Social Security check. I'm 7 packs in and 4 of the packs have contained several cigs that were totally un-smokable. There was a large excess of the gold foil all bunched up on one side, several broken cigs and others with the filter seemingly glued to the cardboard box. Most of the 1st row in those packs had the filters crushed almost flat. At over $100.00 per carton, this is totally unacceptable!!! I'm thoroughly disgusted and angry that I'm out so much money.

Winston Rewards

I claimed a Winston Reward and have not received the information needed to receive it. This has been going on with numerous emails back and forth with your Customer Service since 2-27-2023. I keep being told they have sent the needed information, and i never get it. The reward was 17,500 points. Customer Service refuses to refund my points back into my account. I think this is B.S. I want my reward points refunded. The people i have been dealing with are Melissa, Brittany, Kayla, Melvin, & Shantell. I have been a loyal customer for years and would hate to end that. Not Happy

Brand new Pods not working

I have purchased many pods over the past several years and over the past 2 years i have purchased the 4 pack pods and there is always 1 sometimes 2 pods in each box that do now work. These pods are no longer cheap to buy. The cost has gone up 800%. I went to the purchase place and they said to me that they could not refund me. So here i am writing to your company. Asking for some kind of refund for the pods that have not worked. I have also just put in the mail a letter with a the most recent pod that did not work. This is not good quality for your customers. May lead me to looking into using a different brand. Thank you in advance, BC (Using a friends email since i do not have one)

Complaint

To whom it may concern: I am a frequent smoker of Pall Mall 100's (Orange), and I purchase one carton per week for years. My last carton I purchased here in Illinois. The majority of the cigarettes did not burn properly, they were like smoking wood and I had a difficult time taking a drag off of the cigarettes. The cigarettes burnt up along the side of the cigarette and were not burning as they normally do. I thought I should bring this to your attention. I have a UPC code for you from off of one pack of cigarettes. UPC no. 0 271852 q. Other markings on the bottom of this pack is 4CB3B16. I am one who does not like to complain, but with the cost of cigarettes these days I thought I should bring this to your attention. I am a retired senior and I need to watch my money. Bugs in multiple packs of cigarettes

I've brought 3 packs of cigarettes with bugs still alive in them packs were sealed, but there was *** in the packs UNDER the wrapping I have pictures and videos of the little worm bugs I haven't heard from the company yet and at $10 a pack I should hear something can't take them back to the store because they don't exchange cigarettes

Quality Control

In the '80s I was employed by Pinkerton Tobacco at Corp Headquarters in Richmond, VA as Exec Secretary to VP of Sales. As such, I helped some 200 sales reps nationwide. When Capri came out in test market the reps sent me cigarettes, points of sales (ashtrays, pens, etc). I've smoked them ever since though smoked the purple packs. Purple was discontinued and I had to change to magenta a few years back. When they were released nationwide I was able to get my mother in VT to smoke them. I'm writing today due to a 4+ year issue I've had which I blame on quality control/inferior tobacco cuts. More often than not there are chunks of black in the cigarette that don't burn. It must be removed and then re-lit. There's no bad taste/smell to indicate it's something foreign - it just won't burn through. It's annoying and embarrassing when out socially when I have to fix my cigarette. It may seem an insignificant thing to you but to me it's important to voice my complaint. I enjoy my cigarettes and I want them to be right. If I wanted to buy "seconds", I'd buy a stinky generic brand. Waiting for refund

Been waiting for a refund for over 2 months since October 12 even spoke with a supervisor Mauricio on November 16 he promised me my refund by December 16 and I am still waiting for it I have been hung up on lied to time after time so please help me!

Vuse Alto Pods

Can you tell me why nearly all of the Vuse Alto pods that I have purchased in the last 2 months are dried out and have a burned taste? The product itself is crazy expensive at $7 per pod and to know that 50% of the time you will be purchasing a failed nasty pod is unacceptable.

What's the deal with holes in Newport Gold cigarettes

For roughly the last 2 weeks it seems like every pack I've purchased have had SEVERAL cigarettes with multiple small holes in them. Packs have been purchased at different locations so it's not a specific place this problem exists. Some, the pack itself has a tiny hole or 3 benith the sealed wrap. I'm not sure what the problem is but obviously quality control is not a priority.

Purchase of bad product

I purchased a 4 pack of pods, which 3 of them were bad. How do I get a refund? I spoke with the management at the store I purchased them from and was instructed that they have nothing to do with the product other than selling it. I can't seem to find anybody who knows what I should do, so I am emailing to you. I have pics of the receipt as well as the box, and product. Thank you
