I received racist treatment at the location in Rochester Hills, MI with a $509.00 order. The man spit in my face and was very violent towards me slamming his fists on the counter and throwing things.
I placed an order online the previous day. The next day the order was supposed to be ready at 11am. It was not. I approached the counter to ask how long will it be as this was for a staff meeting and we were feeding 40 people. He immediately threw the receipt in my face and begin spitting at me and trying to intimate me. I know what racism looks like so I called him on it and he then got in my personal space and told me he was going to get me out of that store. The other employees (who were not white) were still making the order trying to accommodate me. He was such a jerk and then called the police on me! The police were very helpful but I did not continue my services and I am still waiting on the refund as I did not get my food! This place needs to be shut down permanently.

i went to pick up my order.. i asked to employees , washroom door closed can i get key , she said not its not working. i said its 2 washroom . both not working she said no take ur food nd use somewhere else what a service wow small height girl i asked her name she started abuse *** u .. get out from my store 184 manning crossing edmonton canada location

Quiznos said doordash would get back to Mr doordash didn't and Quiznos never followed up.
Doordash insisted I sign delivery drivers phone to sign off on order. Also was giving me back only $6 of a $21 bill.

The sandwich maker was also the one collecting money. All that would have been fine, if he had changed gloves. When I brought it to his and the managers attention, the employee seemed upset that I had done so. His actions showed that he does this on a regular basis. That needs to be addressed. This was at the store in Edwardsville,IL.

I have a problem with the store I was at
I love Quiznos my favorite sub is chicken Carbonero sub. you cant find many Quiznos anymore.So I go out of my way to go to this Quiznos store. The sign on the door says they open up at 10:00 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday, but when I go to the store it is never open on time they open it whenever they want. The store is run by its owner he is the only one who works at the store so he does whatever he wants.He is very stingy with the amount of ingredients that he puts on his subs Im used to getting a quality sub from Quiznos that is a nice size of ingredients. again like I said my favorite sub is the chicken Carbonero sub. I have one here before and when I got my sub the chicken carbonara sauce tasted like it was water down so that the owner can stretch out the ingredients and make more money. This is totally unacceptable.Ive called Quiznos several times to tell them the issues that I have at this store and they take a report,but I never get anything saying that they are trying to make changes or that when I go to the store that there are changes.The owner of the store continues just to do things the way he wants.He does not care about his customers even though he acts like it. This Quiznos is located at 6500 Washington Blvd Elkridge, MD 21075 United States.Also the tables are always dirty the floors are always dirty you cant use the bathroom the soda machines I only work half the time. again this is truly sad to me because I love Quiznos.

Nothing was ever done to resolve this because their email came back as unknown email address and nobody would ever answer the phone so this issue has never been resolved and I will never go back.

Husband had the worst experience ever at Lloydminster Quiznos. Ordered 3 subs and everyone of them was a mess, they redid them but the cheese or nothing was melted, they toasted them with the veggies and the amount of stuff that they put on were so limited all you can taste is bun.

Bellchase Louisiana store charges .50 for ranch dressing being put on a sandwich Is ridiculous and I will not buy another sandwich from Quiznos my life and I will show tell my friends the same thing.

Quinos at Denver Airport, I did you bring it up to Mgr on duty. What fordered at the counter, paid, and started to eat when I tasted their warm &;;;;;;;;amp;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; bland broccoli (2 small pieces of broc) cheese soup. So I thought I would put some pepper in it to improve the taste. So I asked the young man where I could get some black pepper at. Well, just like he did when I paid him n left a tip... He Didn't say a word. Again This time he didn't say a word. He finger pointed to an area across the way. Well, I am a 67 year old man w poor eyesight. I turned around but all I could see was many different things and colors. I told him you don't need to be rude. Before he responds, I believe it had to be the Mgr on duty. He walks over and tells me, "I work with him, he's not rude." Meanwhile, the kid is asking me, "how am I rude. How am I rude?" I first respond to Mgr on duty if you trained him, then you need to learn how to train your employees. If a customer, elderly or not, ask you a question, you reply with words not by pointing respond with words not with finger pointing! This is so embarrassing for Quiznos In Denver Airport that I am embarrassed that their top dog on duty had to stick up for him instead of using this as a teaching moment!

Bought two classic subs at store #12293 NB, the server only asked if i wanted the classic sandwich, i said yes. They were soooo dry, two thinner then paper pieces of chicken and ham, 4 tomatoes and a leaf of lettuce with a smear of mayo. The bun is thick thus all you taste is dry bread ! No flavor, only 4 pieces of meat !! First and last time at Quiznos !
