Unwanted purchase

I got a purchase for 35.00 that I didn't want. It was from over a year ago I used the product. I thought I cancelled it everything. Can you send lease refund me my 35 dollars. I just used my gmail to find a username to close that out but Im not sure if everything is cleared. Thank You!

Because your customer service doesn’t give you the option to talk to somebody so you can cancel this subscription I no longer use it and I need to cancel and no longer have the email that I signed up

Flashcards

Dear Quizlet, I have reviewed a few chapters' worth of your flashcards while preparing my fall courses using a Cengage textbook, Juntos. There is a link provided. Sadly, for all of the flashcards in the chapters that I have reviewed, there is only 1 female voice pronouncing all of the words in Spanish. For vocabulary acquisition between 4 and 6 different voices would be much better. Will this serious flaw be addressed any time soon? If not, we will have to look elsewhere for better tools. Cancellation Issue

Good Morning. I attempted to cancel my policy last week and was unable to complete it until Saturday which was the 15th, I was unable to complete the process until Saturday morning. I no longer need Quizlet and would like a refund. Last year the subscription was renewed on the 14th, so my calendar was set to cancel by the 14th. So hard if you cancel a web-based subscription

I tried to call and got nowhere. No one called me back and then I ended up finding out. I had to do it on a computer by trial and error. It would not allow me to cancel on the app, and it is such a terrible terrible experience. I would not recommend Quizlet to anybody if I can give it a -500 review I would. There was no option to backtrack this subscription to just the trial and I got charge $7.99 for a service I didnt get to use for this month.

Haven't been able to cancel!!! Have tried for 4 days and will not process

The phone message explains that they don't answer support calls over the phone, but if you'd like to advertise with them, then you could call their partners to do so. So if you have signed up for a trial, and you can't request it on their website to cancel, there is nowhere to go for support. And because they charge a one-time fee, most banks, including my own, will not stop payment. Now. I will have to dispute through my bank once the pending charge goes through. Thoroughly annoyed, thought the company could help get me through my finals instead. They've caused me a bigger headache.

I got charged $35

I did not know I was going to get charged $35. I just needed to use this program to get my insurance license. Not long at all. And all I used were the flash cards. I did not know it was going to be that much. I didnt think to look into it that much bc if anything I thought it might be $5 or $10 maybe even $20. But $35???
