Had trouble on line trying to do a return/ exchange

Had I was having trouble with a return/ exchange on line. Called their number and got a recording. Someone called me back within 15 min. They were extremely helpful. Great customer service

To order sheets

I want to order two sets of linen sheets sent to different addresses . Paid with one card.I would like white for both. Im not sure if I should get fitted or not

Customer service was helpful. Your website was not.

I just needed to make a return and exchanges. Your website was making it impossible. Now you are being difficult just like your website. That is why I had to call customer service. I am not writing anymore. Be more user friendly.

No printer. Cant print return label

Why give a customer service number with no person to speak to?! This alone will stop me from further purchases. N Niceproducts, don't expect personal service at their customer service phone number.

Help with return

I was able to speak with someone who helped clarity my return procedures. She will e mail two return labels with bar codes so I dont need a printer.

Flowknit Ultra Soft Performance Cropped Tank Exchange

I ordered the Cropped Tank in a size medium. It was too tight for comfort. The order # was: 2091****-op211933 I requested a large in the same color and sent back the size medium right away. I just received the replacement and it was the cropped Tank in a size medium and not the Large I needed. Please send a large and I will prepare to send back this second too small Medium size, once I hear from you. I love the quality of your clothing, just a bit confusing to make an exchange. Length of pants

Pls tell me the length of the barrel pants you just advertised. I'm 5' 1" and if I have to get the pants hemmed, the good prices become less attractive. Pls start including length for all your pants; there are many other shorties that would appreciate the same info routinely. And please consider adding more bottoms (and tops) in some form of cotton or lighter weight knits. Silk skirts and pants are beautiful, but not appropriate for every day wear.
