Lost checking account 5 years of data
I am still unable to recover 5 years of data. Time to start over with something other than Quacken. It self updated and my current account disappeared with all of my data. Only account left was closed in 2019. Never had problems on the past but this really sucks big time.

had a question about finding some transactions. Waited 20 minutes for chat support, spent 20 minutes chatting, and chat agent said to call customer service. waited 31 minutes for live person, and they hung up while I was explaining my problem

Longtime customer since DOS.
Software does not allow access to Quicken.com while running a VPN. Even after turning off VPN, login credentials are seen as invalid. After playing this absolutely stupid game, over and over, waiting for verification numbers. The system times out without the ability to reset, meaning the customer must wait four hours to again attempt to login and realize they are still having the original problem. Customer service impersonators have zero knowledge. As a customer, you are treated as though you are an ignorant idiot. I turn this around with zealous discontent. Wanna be customer service persons that answer the phone, have only the ability to remedially read, database repair suggestion list with no further ability to offer candid suggestions. Never needed help until now. Considering alternative software due to ridiculously poor support.

Cannot use my quicken or renew. will not let me change my credit card number.
I understand my membership was to allow my bank to download information to my and I do not use this feature so did not renew. Now I cannot use my quicken except to get a report. I tried to renew but when it asked me to enter my password, there was NO field to enter. The same situation applied when I did get to a screen to renew and the credit card number was not my current card and again the field to enter a new number would not take a number. I did get to an app that gave me a choice buy software and I purchased Simplifi by Quicken for $47.88. Now I still cannot my current account. HELP!!! I cannot find anywhere a phone number to call and am at my wits end!

Quicken will not let me upload the old information and then enter the current information
Quicken will not let me upload an old backup and then enter the more current information that I have. Therefore quicken is a dead program.

COMPLAINT
Got a message to update Quicken. Said yes and it took about 15 seconds then asked to launch Quicken. When it did, everything was gone. My balance was "0". Called support and gave them permission to go into my computer. Told them I had backed up everything on a thumb drive. Was told to insert thumb drive. Was then told the file was corrupted and wanted to charge me to correct the files. Said No. My grandson came over and when he tried to put in the back up files it was also whipped clean. I think the tech did it because it was fine a couple days ago. This company seems set on making people pay for help that they created. Will be changing companies tomorrow.

Quicken produced an error when I tried to download my CapitalOne credit card information back in November and December of 2021. After several calls and hours on hold, I was given a ticket number and told to call back. My annual subscription expired in January and now when I call back they said that they think that they've resolved the problem, use of new server, but that I'd have to renew for them to test it. I asked for some sort of credit the two months that I the system didn't work and asked if I'd get a refund should it still not work after I renew. Their reply was, "no" to both questions.

Great customer support
I was frustrated trying to sign on to Quicken.com when I could not llog on to my account. I contacted customer support and got excellent support and we fixed the problem. My contact patiently worked with me until the logon worked and he reminded me that my Primier subscription was about to expire. So I was also able to renew my subscription to priemer Quicken in the call. Your contact was both patient and thorough in setting me up for the future. As an old man of 82 years I really appreciated his help. Thankyou!!!

40 minutes on the phone
Included in the purchase of Turbo-Tax software is a subscription to Quicken....a frebe. In order to redeem the freebe you need a code. In order to et the code you have to contact Quicken....Spent 40 minutes on the phone with them last week providing proof or purchase and other infor mation they requested and thn they dropped the call.....

Known software defect NOT FIXED
I notified Quicken of a software defect 2 years ago and they agreed that it needed fixing. Quicken does updates/fixes regularly and still have not fixed it. Finally, September 1st I wrote the CEO, CTO, and VP of Customer service. CEO indicted it would be fixed, however, no fix but there have been several updates since. I pay for SAS and resent that they have known of the problem and have not fixed it. Looking for replacement program...

My dates are mixed up on my program, this just happened. I have not had a monitored program with Quicken or with any banks.

CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT-BEEN USING FOR 15-18 YEARS
FOR 1ST TIME CAN'T GET INTO ACCOUNT-DOESN'T ACCEPT EMAIL OR PASSWORD. CALLED HELP GOT HELP 3 TIMES. NOTHING ACCOMPLISH IN 3 1/2 HOURS. STILL CAN'T GET IN. USED 3 BROWSERS, ONE REP PUSHED CHROME. NONE MAKES A DIFFERENCE

I will not renew an annual subscription thus they advertise renew
Since my last quicken purchase, Quicken has gone to an annual subscription. Just make more money. We have them hooked. I will not renew, and I can use it the way it is as I paid for it. However, now they take over about 1/3 of my application with large advertising banner on top with a renew button and a huge window on the side of the screen advertising the "benefits" of renewal. I want them to remove the ad. I will not renew. r
