I am Dr. Anasonye Emmanuel Kelechi(Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science BMLS, MD) currently ASCPi certified I wish to kindly request a Clinical Laboratory Observership/Externship/Shadowing and rotating in your Clinical Laboratory between the months of November to March. Lab results sent to wrong provider, wrong phone number. Printed Lab slips from correct provider contained all correct information.

2880 Atlantic Ave Quest diagnostics center in Long Beach California is unsanitary each trash can is full up to the top someone peed in lobby I let the nurse know she did nothing the restroom is hazardous the office is a complete mess if nothing done about it I'm going to get in touch with the health department I wouldn't want anyone to get sick or fall down because no cleaned up the *** Thank You Concern patient.

Can't get results of lab tests

spent three hours trying to get my lab results to my physician and myself. Joined Quest still couldn't get them. Tried calling to talk to someone still could not get results.

Quest No-Show

Myself and 4 Other People had Appointment for Saturday bloodwork at Va Beach Lynnhaven Walmart site. Understand this is standard procedure for Quest Diagnostics on a Saturday. Don't schedule appoi tments woth this company. P**s poor.

Cant seem to contact you to get apt or to check on apt status.

I call and just want to talk to a oerson to check on my appointments. Cant seem to get through and cant do much on your website page. I dont know why, but it seems like the more technology we get the colder we get towards each other and the mor behind we get. I am nearly 70 and dont do well with artificial intelligence. I

Problem with website.

Website wouldn't allow me to update my profile. I called their main office number, but after waiting an hour for an IT technician, I had to hang up. Customer service is seriously lacking

Help to resolve my issues with billing

I am pissed off! I have had issues from day 1 for consolidating my Quest bills for 1 monthly payment. Then when I was all good making monthly payments they stopped taking the money out of my account. I thought they were all paid off. I didnt stop the payments you did!! Then the next month I received bills saying if I dont pay it would be sent to collections. So I tried calling that was a nightmare! No one could tell my why my payments stopped. Then when I tried to just pay it off they couldnt take my money. So I went to the local Quest office. They looked up my account and my balance was $0. I came home and looked on the web site and my balance was $0 then I call to make a payment on the phone . My balance was $0. So I left it but now I am getting bills again!! I am so done with you guys!!

The blood taking person was horrible

The person who took my blood was very inexperience with an awful cough. She left me with a bruise for days. I had to see my PA to ensure she didn't damage any veins. I was in pain for days.

Rude customer service representative

I was trying to check for results of a patient, and it seems that the representative did not understand clearly the way I spell out the name of the patient. She started raising her voicing while saying: "Can you please speak clearly, like a as in apple. I really can't understand you" She was raising her voice with me, it was the first time that a customer service representative of Quest is rude to me. Given that this I only spelled it to her once.THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE'S NAME IS RACHEL.

LOST ORDER X2

This is the worst lab ever. My order was lost for the 2nd time. I had already fasted so the tech took my blood with the understanding an order would be obtained on Monday. My doctor sent another order and now Quest will not process my blood. Customer Service provided inaccurate instructions on how to correct this. My Doctor's office contacted Quest as instructed to be told they can't do that. The local office cannot be reached via phone. Absolutely incompetent!

I want a copy of my 05/01/2023 test result.

Unlike Lab Corp.. I am unable to obtain my most recent test results from Quest Diagnostic. No matter what I do, I keep getting the response that a portion of the information entered is incorrect, but it's never made clear what is incorrect. When I spoke with a customer representative, instead of emailing me my 05/01/2023 test results, she sent a "canned" email response which again claimed some information was incorrect, but again, not informing me what was the incorrect entry! I know for a fact, the information I entered is correct, because they continue to provide me with very old test results dating back to 2015, 2016 and 2017. Needless to state this experience is very frustrating!
