Bed Bugs / No Help

Complained of Bed Bug bites several times to Mngt & Community Health & got Zero response! :< Outdated & Bugs Dont Stay

I didn’t even check in ,and they charged me 198. and the room rate was 120. I don’t understand

I made reservation for aug 28. When I went to check in they said pool was not open. When I made reservation 20 min earlier there was nothing said about pool permit closed. I did not check in . Then I was charged 198 when the room was not but 120. I need explanation

Things broken not working

Booked a room for a week air wasn't working for 3 days didn't get moved till 4 the day pool was down the whole week.

Smelled like pot and was dirty

Smelled like pot and room was dirty. The hotel smelled like pot everywhere. Not sure why Expedia would have this facility on their website. Please dont stay here if you have a family. My head hurt from just walking to the room to check it out. Do yourself a favor and go virtually anywhere else. Youll thank me later.

Ripped

I booked a room through Expedia at the quality inn KALISPELL MT. I never got a confrontation number and admit I forgot. 2 days before my girlfriend was going she wanted to know where she was staying. I checked my e mail back to February the room was booked late march early apiril. I could not get thru to expedia after 1.5 hours on hold so We started to call motels 12 on googles list. My girlfriend actually talked to quality inn Kalispell they stared they dud not have a Reservation in my name or hers. I decided to call expedia again after 3 hours and multiple holds i talked to someone they had no booking in my name or my girlfriends. At this point I called the first motel on google and they thankfully had a room. June 2 to 4 there was a 150 team soccer tournament. So rooms were scarce. Now imagine my surprise when I got a 660 dollar bill from q inn. Even though I never received anything other than thank you for booking with expedia. Nothing from Quality inn. When I called them to discuss the bill the clerk was rude and nasty. I will let all know in the tournament next year do not stay there. Why would I pay for 2 rooms at different motels. I AM NOT BILL GATES. YOUR MOTEL SCREWED US.

Bad Service

Property manager very rude. Tells false accusations. Peeping in windows. Aggrevating my little dog then says he is afraid of dogs. Tells lies about visitors to management. Management taking up for him. Very outdated furniture. Worn and shabby. Charging for using towels, wash rag, sleeping on sheets, is ridiculous!! If u don't want an upcharge, Don't shower, or sleep in a corner Bugs in room, Worms in bathroom, Moths and flies buzzing around. Only good part is front desk clerks very friendly Power stricken Alex thinks he owns the place

I left two days prior and was suppose to receive $164 refund and didn’t receive after I was told to wait 10 days

I left Quality Inn at 9970 Airlines Hey 07/26/2023 and told I would receive a$164 refund After 20 business days and didnt received it I call to see about it was told by the manager that it would check on and never received an update on my refund process. Im looking for a resolution on this situation.

Refund

I reserved my reservation to pay at the Quality Inn and they charged me a first night stay. Its been pending for 10 days. Also, i have not received the refund from the 100$ refundable deposit. When i try to call them it says there mailbox is full.

Trouble at one of the hotels

We picked this hotelbecause it was supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in the area. First we were sent to a room that wasn't finished being clean. Went back down to the front desk and they sent us to another room. This room seemed dirty. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. There were no washcloths in the room at all. At 5am we were startled awake by what sounded like a semi coming through the room with its Jake brake on! This noise continued about every 10 to 20 minutes. Finally called the front desk. Their solution was to move us to another room. By this time we were wide awake! Went down for the hot breakfast. The eggs were ok but the sausage was cold. All the juice was very watered down. Worst hotel experience ever!

Brake in

My car was broken into Friday night the 20 CERN they brought to Windows. I am staying here for Thursday Friday Saturday. I am asking for my money back because now my car is unsecured and I cannot get the windows fixed. 479 Gordonville hwy ,Gordonville tn.

Extremely disgusting hotel

No Wi-Fi, phone in room didnt work, refrigerator would not get cold, AC would not get cold, filthy bathroom, Berber carpet had a stain and made the carpet hard, pool was dark green and closed, requested handicapped room on first floor and got a 2nd floor room. No elevators. Stairwell was 1/2 painted. There is more but no room to continue

This was at 3121 grand river in east Lansing 48912 Was as bad if not worse than red roof in on dunckle and Collins. They ignored my AARP discount. They charged me more than what I booked the room for. All the hallways had drywall dust on the floor. The room door was so bad I could barely get in the room. The bathroom door *** was broken and locked me in the bathroom. The food tastes like it was freezer burnt. The pool has so much chlorine in it it made our feet raw. And after all that all they offered was an apology and 15% off my next stay like is ever rent a room there again...I would rather sleep in my car

Public identity slander /discrimination/ tampering with online reservation

Hotel supervisor named Vicky and Tip have tampered with my online paid and secure bookings by canceling over 8 reservations without accommodations telling me I am on the do not rent list when Im a nightly guest . In person manager Tip has told me due to my reviews on google she didnt want me at her business Corporate office Choice hotels refused to do anything

Very upset

First, I had many issues with the room. I rented the jacuzzi room for one night, when I entered the room it stank of smoke, and the smoke alarm was beeping and needed the batteries replaced. While I was down at the front desk getting batteries, the woman at the desk asked if it smelled like smoke, I told her yes, and she gave me some spray. She also gave me lots of extra towels to put around the jacuzzi tub saying that if water got outside the tub at all that it would drip down and flood the room below me., and inside the bathroom the tile around the tub was completely broken and felt like it was caving in just standing on it was very dangerous. There was a nice cover sheet on the bed but once you moved it the blanket underneath (the comforter) was completely ripped up in lots of places it was basically shredded on both sides, the coffee pot did not have the basket that you put the coffee filter into, so I couldn't use it. I couldn't make coffee. As well the room was dusty and dirty the bedside tables had a thick layer of dust on them, while I was there I got two phone calls to my room and both of the phone calls did not go through instead when I picked up the phone all I heard what people at the front desk talking, and the person that called me that's what they heard on there end as well. so people could not get through to talk to me if they needed to which was an issue. Also the entire time I was there the toilet was running and so finally I took the top off the back of the toilet to jiggle the part inside to see if maybe it would stop and inside the toilet tank were tampon wrappers and it was leaking down onto the floor. And the breakfast was horrible there was it was just horrible they did not do anything that they should have done for my stay when I went down to the front desk to talk to them about this they told me that I had to wait and talk to the manager because she was not in being a holiday weekend so I documented everything that was going on. When it was time for me to check out and I went down to pick up my $200 deposit and check out of the room and they went upstairs to check the room and came back down and refused to give me my deposit and they went as far as calling the police and saying that they could not get in contact with their manager but they were not giving me my deposit because the room smell like smoke well I called the manager yesterday she told me that yeah they're not giving me back my deposit because they are now claiming that I broke the tile in the bathroom now they're cleaning that the room was trashed and that they found foils in my room, and I'm not exactly sure what that means, but they said that I'm the one that was smoking in the room and that is absolutely not true I want my money back not just the deposit, but I want what I paid for the room as well, I do have pictures if I will include these pictures I've got a lot of them to show the room, so I mean I have proof of what the room looked like, what the tiles looked like, and everything else. This is absolutely ridiculous I expect more from this company and this is not acceptable please contact me as soon as possible thank you 425-314-****, thank you. Beth Brenner

Instead of getting an apology they replied back with you gave them an attitude first! First if I did which I didn’t could u blame anyone if they did we were asleep min our room we paid for and we paid for 2 night and that was night 1!

My husband and I rented 2 nights at Quality Inn in Cleveland tn. We were sleeping and house keeping just walked right in our room no knocking or anything. It was a man and woman. Startled from waking up and seeing two people in your room I finally said excuse me and they walked out of the room. We got up and took showers and got ready and I went down to the front desk. No one was there but a sign that said pick up phone on right for assistance. I picked it up and a man picked up and I asked for help at the front desk. A man walked to the front desk and I noticed it was the same man who walked in on us. I said I believe you know why Im here and he said yes I thought u checked out. I said dont you knock first at least. Then he started to get an attitude with me and said no we dont knock the paper had a check mark so empty room. I said sir I work in a hospital and we have to knock do to HIPPA. I said maybe you want to start knocking to be safe. He said you no like you dont have to stay here. I said ok refund my money. He said non refundable. Then he said maybe you should of locked your door. I said I did lock the door but your lock is wiggle on the wall is not 100%secure. He said with a bigger attitude this time, all our locks are fine you wrong. I just walked away and back to my room. I wouldnt be here again tonight if I would get my money back. But I can promise you Ill never come to Quality Inn ever again!!!
