I went to the grocery store today a little after three and when I went to my account to transfer money. I saw there were two payments drafted from my account one at 6:24amfor $13.50 and the other one at 6:35am for $45.50. Why is the quad zip no longer being used in the State of New Mexico. Just wondering what's going on, I just had Afterpay too and that is also declined in the State of New Mexico. I am so upset because they both help a lot with being able to afford buying groceries and other things, when you don't have the luxury to have any type of state assistance, like for example, EBT food stamp, since food and everything else are so expensive now days.

Error on billing
They charged for a order that was declined and says its past due. Declines me for any other future purchases when I never had an approved order to use up my limit. No customer service number. I have receipts to prove nothing went through it was declined yet still charged to my account and now showing past due.
