I bough a se of mini cameras when trying to connect them don’t work they are new but the app does not work
I Try getting support There is not support center No customer service Do not buy dont waste your money Do not buy It is not worth it Do not buy Dont work at all You will not be able to talk to some one I look for the companys name there is not a web site for this brand

Need old recording - no customer support
There is no live person to speak With. I have a serious issue and need live operator to get old recording from 2 weeks ago. When calling I hear about Walmart gift cards. Is this a scam customer service?

I'm still locked out of my dvr. I need to reset the password as soon as possible.i went on line because I didn't know any other way to reach Q-see.

Without a password I cant access the menu to make changes to my cameras or other settings My correspondence to Qsee have not been answered

The DVR Cano longer send emails to yahoo.com. Smtp.mail.yahoo.com Port, 465 SSL is checked yes Using my email address and password, which works on a PC

I forgot my login password and wanted to know how to reset it. Googled everything to do with QSEE, no help. Finally found a customer svc number, on hold for over 1 hr. No one answered

Camera view issue
I have the q see camera and on the app you can only view it in portrait mode. If you turn in to landscape it doesnt change. Stays in single view portrait mode only and only half the scene. Didnt know if it changed when the last update happened. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Trying to install and connect dvr to my phone
Called three time and cSRep hang up all 3 time. Very unprofessional dudnt wanted ti hear my issue. Just disconnected

My cameras were not showing on my cell phone when trying to contact the support for customers theres no number for existing customers only for new customers very bad customer service all in all theres no one to speak with it seems like a scam there axing for your personal information instead of helping you to see your footage on your cell phone
