Complaint regarding staff and manager

Everytime I visit the qdoba on Sarah and lindell its always SOMETHING..the register not working..no Rice..no chips...but the staff outside rolling weed and like always they closed i refuse to go back there

Manager has her kids working there... under age

The manager has 2 kids taking hours from the employees there... restaurant address..8924 Tehama ridge Pkwy. Fort worth Tx.76177..the employees are very upset..her kids have been there the whole summer...

Bad experience, Bad food! No refund!

Came in this Friday food tasting clingy m funny didn't eat none of it came in today around 12ish as Riley couldn't help so can l came and the manager that was there on Friday I told him I didn't like the way stuff was being handled.. I was a manager for McDonald's so I know... they where rude I want my money back and my mom like your food and please one for hey would be great for your disrespectful manager w.. thank younone

Poor unprofessional service

I am very unsatisfied with the customer service at your Cordova restaurant located in Frandor and Lansing Michigan and I've been here for over 20 minutes and my girlfriend has been waiting for the Cherry Coke to be refilled no you have three managers on shift and a whole lot of employees and there's no reason that the soda isn't being changed out I myself have worked in fast food restaurants and I know that it only takes 2 to 5 minutes to change a photo over two of your managers have seriously look at another customer who's also waiting on a charity Coke and just rolled their eyes and walked away from him they've told me that oh it'll take a little while before we can get to the Cherry Coke and have it refilled but yet I've seen three employees walk out into the lobby moving chairs around and doing other tasks but they can't go change a soda this is very unprofessional behavior I am very dissatisfied with it and I come to Cordova a lot so for me to actually complain it is a big deal because I'm not one to complain but this is unprofessional at at its fullest if you could please get back in contact with me my phone number is 517-89*-*** it would be greatly appreciative if you got that hold me and have this matter resolved in a timely fashion thank you and have a great day

Complains

The manager was very disrespectful ,I was forced to leave. I used to work for QDOBA..So I know how things should go...She had a very bad attitude for no reason at all.. You can play the camera back and see

The female manager was absolutely rude.

Qdoba in Rogers opens at 11 but instead today the manager who was yelling her the two customers inside refused to open the doors to let people in around 1130 because she was pre occupied doing a catering order People was lined up outside when I ask if I could open the door she told me No shes not opening that door to let anyone in yet because they was not open. Not only this but the guy up front making our food was absolutely nasty he kept touching his face then prepping food then touching his face again.

Never got a solution. Worst service I've had from anyone. Refused to help me when I called. Hung up.on me telling me they were still too busy to talk

The food was very delicious. It was hot and fresh and full of flavor. The workers at this location are very nice and have great customer service. And make it easy to figure out what is good to try.

Excelente service!

Today is my Bday and i stop to qdoba for. My burrito and i big fan the chips a d queso and the team make my experience to be to the oder leve they sang me happy bday and gift me chips and queso free they made me feel special thanks team water st !

Food was disgusting

Gross food !!! Wet ,slimy , chewy chicken . Sticky rice , brown quac, wet quesadilla , not cooked , wilted lettuce . Was disgusting , went right in garbage !!!

I am an employee and need

I haven't been paid what I'm owed for working.i get 15 and hour,plus tips.mybfirst pay was like $55,then someone tried to correct it and only paid me $268 the following Friday,which wasn't pay day,and that was without my tips.the next pay day I got paid $55,then I inquired about my pay being short,and the general manager said everything was getting took care of,and I was gonna get my pay,and my tips owed to me,but then Wednesday came and I was only deposited $55 more,which was still way off from what I'm supposed to get paid.i haven't been able to clock in or out since the day I started,but my general manager said he was gonna put my hours and my tips in the computer,not to worry ,but my pay still isn't right at all.im stressing now.

Old food

The Qdoba in the BWI airport is utterly disgusting. The owner does not allow them to throw their food out. They have mice running around. They reheat the food. They leave the rice outside in the rice bag for about three days and keep reheating it its old its disgusting its nasty. The owners also doing tax fraud invasion. They also steal from customers Customers dont realize they walk away fast from the credit card machine and they add there own tips That place is the nastiest place ever theres roaches crawling on the walls. The garbage is always full. They use dirty water to mop the floor the pans are despicably. Disgusting. The owner allows their employees to smoke in the back kitchen. They dont wash their hands they dont use gloves there, cleaning their sweat. Theyre touching everything and then touching the food do not, and I repeat, do not eat at the qudoba in the BWI airport.

The company finally got back to me. They rewarded me back my entrée and an extra one.

I did go back to that location once. My daughter wanted too. I went inside. It was actually much better.

EVERYTHING was clean, the atmosphere was different, the food steam table was clean.

However, there were different ppl. Oh yeah, their clothes were clean and they had on headwear.

I was treated like I was to be thankful I was given anything. The food especially, the rice and ground beef was hard and dry. The food prep area was dirty. They manager was EXTREMELY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. NO ONE PROTECTED THE FOOD FROM HUMAN HAIR. No one had on any Headwear. Most workers clothing were filthy.GO ELSE WHERE IF POSSIBLE.

Bad customer service

I placed an order on my Qdoba app, and once I realized it was placed in the wrong city. I try to give Qdoba a call, it rang several times, and after a few attempts the phone picked up and hung up immediately without me being ask any questions. After I proceeded to call back, I received a busy signal every time.. I try to give me the customer service number that I found online a call only for that number to be incorrect. I was never given a refund I was never able to pick up my food because I have ordered 30 miles out and did not want to drive that far for just a burrito I even try to contact them to let them know not to make it and how to know about moving forward with possibly store credit but instead, I received no help no one picked up the phone and it just looked as if I was hung up on as a customer and not helped out. I dont appreciate it. I was very upset. I go to you guys often instead of chipotle, but maybe I should reconsider
