PF6S9V our seats were changed without our permission.

When I booked Qatar Airways for our fly from LAX to Yerevan and return. I paid extra for $154.80 for exit isle seats from LAX to Doha and from Doha to LAX. At Zvartnots (Yerevan) airport the person at Qatar Airways desk changed our seats from Doha to LAX to 36D and 39H. I am very disappointed and I hope you will honor and credit the $154.80 to our original payment. I chose Qatar Airways because I received highly recommendations from people who flew Qatar Airways in the past. I will appreciate if you will take care of my disappointment as soon as possible. We may missed connecting flights from montreal

They just rescheduled our flights. We didnt got hotel reservations nor any food compensations from qatar airways which is not acceptable. From two nights we are staying at airport without hotel and without food that too with my wife and four years old daughter. Qatar airways is a very big name in airlines but this type og service we didnt experience. This was my first trip with qatar airlines n hope this will be last as still we are at airport without hotel stay nor any compensation.

Ridiculous excess baggage charges

I called customer service to ask for a price reduction, at least to the bulk rate if purchased ahead of time, and they refused.

I have traveled with Qatar airways in the past and thought their baggage allowances were pretty generous, but during a recent trip I brought 2 extra bags, for total of 37 kg over the 25 kg allowance, and they charged $1,850 for the bags. This tripled my total trip cost, because the initial ticket was only $900. Absolutely absurd! Apparently I could have purchased in bulk ahead of time and paid $555, but even that is really expensive. Use another airline if you have more than one bag.

Request to refund the service charges during the flights

Dear Qatar airways Team, I have travelled from Chennai, India to Frankfurt, Germany on 5th July, 2023. Flights: QR529 and QR067 Ticket Number 157-979****442 Airline Booking Reference QR5KBJ. I have travelled in Qatar airways many times and the journey was always pleasant. Oddly this time it was so surprising that: 1. Two of your crews were taking away glasses/food without the traveller's permission. As I was sitting in end of economy class, I was provided the breakfast late. Within 10 mins one of your cabin crew came to take away the plates back. I had to actually grab it back from her so that I could eat whatever I need. 2. The folding table was untidy with some noodles left over and not cleaned before the passenger's entry. I told one of your colleagues about it and she told me to clean it self(pls refer the tissue paper pic after wiping it out attached). 3. The napkins/tissue papers in which the cutleries covered were also seen with food waste (pls. refer the pictures attached). In both cases, I did not see any consideration/apology form your award winning crew members. I am unsure if it is the way in Qatar airways as it should be thoroughly cleaned prior the next travel. 4. Some old biscuit packets and some small trash bags were also seen in the front pouch. I did not wanted to fight with them or make others uncomfortable in the odd sleepy hours. I talked and conveyed things politely that could be the reason they took it very casually and did not even bother to say sorry. I am not thinking these are rational way of business and I prefer getting at least a bit of reimbursement of money/the service charges back due to your unethical crew members. I want to lounge a complain over my baggage, l travelled on the fifth of July from Harare Zimbabwe to Heathrow London, l am just noticing that my monarchs got damaged along the way. I am not happy

Upset customer

Had a domestic flight from Laguindingan International Airport and my flight was delayed a bit . When I was at the airport it was around 10:46pm and Departure time of my flight was 11:50pm . The agent was still talking and taking care of the customer before me . When it was my turn they took my hand carry and tag the bag and when it comes to my check in luggage they said they cant took me in cause it is already 10:53 pm . Iam really so upset was rushing and was nit even explain well when I was being told that I cannot board my flight . It was my returning flight nack to the US .

Didn't receive payment

My purchase are tickets to go to Africa or should I say Nairobi Kenya, and they have lost my baggage they say I was supposed to get paid for my large bag and I never did they keep sending me information to fill out, and I did for some reason they keep saying the payment went through, and I never received it, and now they're saying that the payment has gone through, and I have canceled it I believe that's all that was just a mumble jumble I do not recommend anybody to follow the guitar away unless you have small luggage that you can keep in your possession

Heartless, irresponsible, inflexible, bad public relation and business ethnic, worst customer service. My FLIGHT KL-TBILISI-KL. Just because I had problem filing an online baggage damage claim within 7 days, I had to send in via email which is being ignored since 20 May. I was also refused reporting at the airport on my return flight on 3 Jun. When baggage was again damaged upon arrival at KLIA, Qatar referred me to Malaysian Airline, which cannot be held responsible since baggage was already damaged during first flight. On 8 Jun spent hours prpeparing and trying to submit online the claim, to be asked to contact local office. Contacted chatlines, sent emails few times, only to receive automated replies. In the end, I become responsible for the damaged baggage. They refuse to accept but instead push blame and liability to others. A time waster and energy consuming, harrowing experience with this top Skytrax Qatar Airways. Inflight services same as other airlines like MAS, which I feel is better. Only exception is one check in staff went out of her way to bring me to the Tbilisi Airport office to file my damaged baggage, only to be given a link to go to. Means they already not admitting and accepting any responsibilty for the damaged baggage but not telling me outright.

Compliant Regarding Unprofessional, Racism Behavior and Denied Boarding in Tehran

Dear Qatar Airways Support Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced from your staff at Tehran Airport during my recent travel on [May6.2023]. Not only was I subjected to unprofessional conduct, but I was also miss behaved( by the person named Ihsan, the manger at the Tehran airport on the flight night you Afghans are fraudulent and perfidious , said by the guy named Ihsan, unlawfully denied boarding on my scheduled flight, Flight [499/789], which has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. Not only us but there were two more Afghan passengers holding their UK passports at the same flight to Qatar denied from boarding with unprofessional behavior, however they had all their traveling documents with them and were available on time in the airport. Upon arriving at Tehran Airport, I approached the Qatar Airways counter with all necessary travel documents, including my valid ticket and passport. However, instead of receiving the assistance and service one would expect, I encountered a series of rude and disrespectful interactions with your staff members. Their behavior was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Despite complying with all the necessary requirements and presenting my valid documents, I was shocked and deeply disappointed when I was abruptly informed that I would not be allowed to board the flight. No valid reason or explanation was provided, and the decision appeared to be arbitrary and unjustified. This unlawful denial of boarding has caused significant distress and inconvenience, not to mention the financial loss incurred due to rescheduling flights and rearranging my travel plans. As a loyal customer of Qatar Airways, I have always appreciated the high standards of service and professionalism that your airline has been known for. However, the treatment I received in Tehran was a stark departure from this reputation. I expected to be treated with dignity and respect, and for your staff to adhere to the regulations and procedures set forth by your airline and international aviation authorities. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken against the staff responsible for their unprofessional conduct and the unjustified denial of my boarding. Furthermore, I request that Qatar Airways takes immediate steps to rectify this situation by providing compensation for the financial losses I have incurred as a result of this unfortunate incident. I hope that Qatar Airways takes my complaint seriously and undertakes the necessary measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. As a valued customer, I believe it is essential for Qatar Airways to uphold its commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Still have not received no payment

Qatar Airway doesn't want to pay nobody for the loss items that they are responsible for they all continue to give you the run around asking you for a swift code to get your payment direct deposit even though you provide the information that they need for some reason they come back and say that it's wrong even though it's coming directly from the bank which to me does not seem to be legit because as we all know people that live in the US we do not use a Swift code I asked to send me a check in the mail still no progress I still do not recommend this to nobody everyone from the bottom of my heart if you're seeing this message please do not fly with Qatar Airway

Request for an urgent rebooking (Ref: T89X42) to attend sister's funeral

I regret making an extra effort to travel Qatar, three times while buying the ticket, the website kept telling me to try later, and I faithfully did until I succeeded to get an urgent ticket to attend a funeral. Your website says the flights from US check in 24 hours before departure. I try check-in, again the same problem, "Try later". Have to go to the counter. Well, it rains in Boston and my pre-booked taxi has an actual flat tire, drops me off late. This was still over 1-hour before departure. But as I walk to the counter, this lady is removing the line and closing. It took the neighbor airline, Virgin something, to try and find her, but she kept walking on. I try to call customer care phone number, after numerous attempts to get my name right, he tells me to contact another number for an agent on the counter. So now am doing telephone runs, am told to go to the counter, but there is no one at the counter. Wouldn't it be nice to have someone there until the flight actually departs? Your customers have emergencies and need guidance. All this phone hopping, with no actual help, because Qatar has no agent in the US. So after am at the airport trying to resolve this, and the plane leaves, now Qatar turns around and claims that I was a 'NO-SHOW'. Is this the new airlines language? (Because I saw Lufthansa/Swissair use the same terminology, yet they had technical issues that did not allow boarding all day - a connection flight, might I add). I bought this ticket last minute for a family tragedy, and Qatar callously tells me, (Munshi et al) , there is no exception. And when I ask to speak to the manager, they tell me, NO MANAGER. If flying to or out of the US, use airlines that have US customer care. They do actual customer care. Delta all the way!

However, there are still large international corporations that continue operating and paying taxes in russia. Taxes that are used to finance the army of the aggressor. With this video, we want to show the consequences of such a decision for civilians in Ukraine and ask these companies to stop doing business in russia.
