Criminals

Damaged machine and Jeremy who is scared to answer the phone will not call back. This pathetic company of crooks have the same story. Damaged goods, no call backs and no customer care whatsoever. Please do not purchase from this company and hopefully will not be in business. I would like to get all customers that have been robbed by these clowns and file a civil litigation act against them. I will continue to monitor this page and hope to get together soon to bring these criminals to justice

The reason for my review is it a very excited about ordering my new scooter it's available for Malibu 150cc scooter and I saved up all my money and I'm putting trust in God and and into this company

I just started placing my order the day before yesterday and it read all these bad reviews,some Just disgraceful ignorant and mean crap goin ons... but when I did all the paperwork and witha Sylvia in customer service I found she was extremely helpful u l and very patient unlike some people reviewed and she treated me very well and I'm going to have faith that since I've been doing to others as I'd to myself,and living, doing right by others that I'm going to get my brand new , spanking new black matte black and red 150 Malibu scooter is it going to show up in pristine condition and I have faith in God is doing right by others,I had run into some issues gathering up my savings and transferring funds..that I only placed my order , but I didn't pay for it yet.. I'm going to do it tomorrow.Sylvia definately did right in representing the good parts of the reviews about this company and treated me very well so I'm just hoping they'll hold up to good standards,and I know that those who do right to others,as we'd have done to ourselves do indeed get God's grace and blessings,and to do right by others is the only way we should all live,and we,our world would be a much better place to live..so start today,and I assure you,God's blessings will come abundantly..but in His time and will,not Ours.. Complaint

I ordered the atv they emailed they needed more information to verify my identity, I did that and then asked for estimated shipping. They emailed saying would ship out in 5-7 days, then 5 days later they said it was out of stock!! Took 5 weeks to come in then it was damaged upon arrival, the freight Co made notes on BOL. I called and emailed them to let them know and they told me to go by touch up paint for a new item they damaged!! do NOT buy

Jeremy Kuehni from here is absolutely rude. They sent me a single item that was suppose to be for a set, but when I'm asking about the arrival of the other item the answers I get are that they aren't sure where it is or when it will arrive. Then the guy tries to blame me and tries to make me look bad for pointing out the fact they even refused to help me confirm sizes before, then shipped me out a single part that I can't use. Still have no idea where the item is and the owner is just rude to help. First claimed he would contact CS then got rude and told me to call them. Never have I dealt with someone so pathetic.

Bought used go cart

Needed technical support and some basic questions answered. Called customer service rep, he was rude as *** and was no help at all. Called technical support, same outcome. The rep was rude as *** and didn't know anything. very disappointed in the help I didn't get.

Everything was OK I'm not a mad consumer I just wanted you to know that these two items were kind a messed up the one got broke and the other one had a stain just want to know if they can be replaced

1st picture and 2nd picture are the same item it is the front fender of the bike where the bolts screws into the frame was broken the 4th Picture is the actual item from picture one and two but the good side and the seat of the Scooter has a big oil stain or brown stain on it I tried to remove it with soap and water but it will not come off

Demolished motorcycle

I bought five tbr7 motorcycles one came that was very damaged I have been fighting with them to send me a new bike . no they have been sending me this part and that part once in a while some of the parts I told them were damaged with pictures sent to them of the damage I think that the forks/frame could be bent but them looking at pictures say no they said they would give me a hundred dollars back for my inconvenience . I have spent about seven hours tearing this bike apart and I still dont have all the parts to put it back together I received the bikes on 3/12/19 it is now 5/9/19 I spent six thousand dollars with this company very unhappy I also bought and paid for shipping insurance from Q9 but when tried to ask the trucking company they have no record of me having shipping insurance so Q9 kept that money and I never got the insurance I paid for and they say this is an a+bbb accredited company so much for better business guess we cant count on their opinion.

Very bad customer support

I purchased a go kart for my grandson for Christmas. It arrived damaged but even after sending numerous pictures, making phone calls and sending email the company refused to do anything. Be aware that the policy is you cannot refuse the delivery and there is a 20% charge plus shipping costs for returns. This is a very poorly run company. My grandson was very disappointed he could not enjoy his go kart on Christmas. When I explained all of this in numerous phone calls and email they would not acknowledge the visible damage or offer any recourse. I caution anyone considering dealing with this company to think carefully about whether you want to have a similar experience.
