There was a debit order that went off my account without me using that card of mine

There was a debit order that went off my account which i did not use my card at that time it was yesterday at 19.29 pm when this debit order went off and i did not receive my gift from that debit order so would want a refund please and the amount was R590.43 that was deducted from my account

Fraud

This company charged me $2.99 for a trial period. I did not renew. However, Push Play has been charging me $39.99 ever since. I now have (a to cancel my VISA card, (b dispute the charges by having my bank refund the money and notify Push Play. I would take them to court but that would cost ME more money. If there were a class action against these bozos I'd join it.

UTTER SCAM!

I think I tried "Push Play" for a week. Maybe it was a month. The fee: $2.99. Ever since, I have been getting monthly - MONTHLY !!! - bills for $39.99. I now have to take the trouble of getting my VISA card canceled, which is what is being charged. This business should go out of business. If we had any decent consumer protection, it would not exist.

Don't know the title because you took the money but never save me anything.

Your company is a fraud. You put things in my computer that I had not asked for or even seen'. Now you've been putting something in my computer and I say something because now I still do no know what is was/was. As I say you your smuggey little pics were unreadable. Anyway, I don't want anything from you just like the other 1000s you I will know your fraudulent ways for the rest of time. I saw below you are asking for mode words. Read this . I never saw your words. I never saw your films if that was want you pretended to send. You grabbed something without consulating me and then grabbed the money that I had never asked for or seen. Can you see this? You are a bunch of fraudulent little *** and you shoud be shot. Don't worry I will be looking out for PushPlay.

Pushplay scam, cancel account solved

I didnt stop trying to find a way to cancel my account and subscription with the scammers pushplay after reading bad reviews just minutes after signingup.. I tried the deactivate/unsubscribe button which returned an error. The customer service line kept on ringing. Since i felt hopeless i just sent a short message that said, i want to cancel my subscription and deactivate my account, to their Contact us link. After a few minutes i got a confirmation email. Checked my account and it was untouched. Checked again the following day and its still intact. My message was acknowleded by pushplay. All this happend within 1 hour. I hope this will work with you guys too.

Free Trial

I signed up for a free trial and am now being billed monthly. I wasn't able to watch the movie I wanted in the first place. I would like to cancel, but am now having difficulty signing into my account. Please help. I can't afford a monthly payment for nothing!! i knew that by giving my information, i would eventually be billed after the month, but should be able to cancel any time after. I wanted a movie for my students to watch at the end of our school year and was disappointed. i would like to cancel now without any more charges or problems. Please help! I can see the there have been quite a few people who have also been ripped off by this site and would appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

Blind sided and ripped off!!

Just checked my bank acct. and saw these charges dating back 4 months. Instantly closed my bank card and filed a dispute. Wish I could catch one of these crooks in a dark alley!!

Compulsive liars

I called to report that I did not enroll in their service and wanted a full refund. After "Melissa" informed me that the last payment was actually unable to process, (well, duh...I got a new credit card), she said that my refund would be processed to the card. I asked for a supervisor but she said one was not available, and I should call back in 10 minutes. I asked to hold. She said she could not tie her line up. I asked for the supervisors name and at first she said there were several of them there. I said, well obviously you have a direct supervisor. She said her name was "Kimberly." When I insisted that I hold, she hung up on me. I called right back and guess who answered...Melissa again. I told her that I wasn't waiting to call back in ten minutes, I'd just wait for her to be available. She hung up on me again. I called right back and guess who answered THIS time...KIMBERLY!! But, she sounded an awful lot like Melissa. So, I began the conversation relieved that I got "Kimberly", the supervisor. Well, what do you know...she said she was another agent, not a supervisor. So, after mentioning it was actually comical that I had actually spoken to the same person each time and that she wasn't fooling anyone, I asked for "Kimberly" the supervisor or any other supervisor there. "Kimberly" stated, there are no supervisors here this evening and I'd have to call back tomorrow. What total scammers!!! I even told "Kimberly" that I found it funny that "Melissa" told me "Kimberly" and that she picked up. Kimberly told me that there wasn't any supervisors there named Kimberly. I believe they are a very small scam company that defrauds thousands every month. How shameful!!!

Big con!

searched for movie on line came up as a YOUTube movie, clicked on down load and PushPlay signup came up, Signed up for the free trail(no charge) they instantly charged me $1.00. I then tried to download the movie I had originally wanted it was not there. I then did a reach for available movies no movies that I had ever heard of came up tried searching for other individual movies nothing came up. If you do a search for all available movies you will be disappointed. They have no movies of any value!!! watch your credit card charges!!! I will try to get my "free trial" deleted in order to keep from getting additional charges without my OK!

$.95 unknown charge, then $39.95 before I noticed

Nice scam. I do not remember buying $.95 for what I do not know. Then the $39.95. Maybe not aware I got something for $.95 on trial. Maybe, but I doubt it. But if I did, they got my card # and then with no notice, boom, $39.95. Called bank fraud dept. The card # is changed. Consumer Opinion LLC 1930 Village Center Circle #3-6853 Las Vegas, NV 89134 Are these people part of the scam? I had this happen to me before. This is so all notices of the scam can be seen by the criminals. So, I do not wish to defame the provider of this site, but criminals always cover their bases. I spent three hours with Verizon who's phone number was used to reference the charge. Verizon could not reach their "FIOS" department. While waiting and waiting for Verizon the CSR came back on the line and asked me if I had called my bank. Good suggestion. I called the bank, went on-line and googled PUSH-PLAY and found all the complaints. The bank canceled my card and is sending me a new one. PUSH-PLAY looks real. But to provide no notice of the $39.95 charge, no txt , nor any confirming email. Not good.
