Guarantee not honored
I began using Biotin in February. I didnt think one month was enough time to see results so I purchased the product couple more times. Ive NOT seen any thickening of hair. I have noticed lots of hair loss. I called to see what could be done and was told absolutely nothing if I had product to send it back and theyd evaluate at that time. My question Why say your product is guaranteed and I call to say it wasnt the case if you going to shove it under carpet! I will not give your product my approval but rather Ill give it an HONEST feedback! Highly disgusted Very poor customer service.

Excessive charges to account
Ordered a product, after receiving monthly shipments, called to cancel. 6 months later they send more shipments and charge my bank account unannounced. Called and they can't refund for over a week until I ship product back, which is going to cost me time and money. The charge is 19.99, but now I have to go to the post office and pay over 10 dollars to have it shipped back. And waste my time after I asked to be completely do e with this company. Do not shop here.
