I only want a subscription for one month to send invitations for a graduation party only one one month and yesterday I saw they charged me on ether $39,99 !!! and the company didnt have customer support by phone!!!

Charged wrong amount of money from my acct
When I went up there and use that app it was going to charge me so I backed out and went back on and it gave me a cheaper price and you charge me the regular price not to sell price. I appreciate y'all reversing the charges and give me the the other price the cheaper price

I was trying to send my announcement out and hit continue and punchbowl deleted it. Just wanted to see if they can retrieve it

Unable to unsubscribe. The number I contacted did not help. It should be a click unsubscribe options but they take you through all these steps just to not charge my card over and over again.

I agree to pay $3.99 a month you guys took $47.88 off of my card So I would like $43.89 returned to my card and to be unsubscribed for the next months

You charged my account without my consent. I logged on and was supposed to have a free trial. Yall charge my account and I am livid. My company uses this punch bowl, but Im gonna make sure my whole company cancels because what yall did to my personal account. Please respond to my email immediately. Bad experience
I had an event at punch bowl@***n! The fees are toooo high and event planner dont break it down to me about the cost. The service was excellent but a $225 turned into $550 and I had a party of 4. I think the customers should be aware of this before booking at this location.

See above. They responded quickly and hopefully I will receive the refund as they stated. I sent an e-mail since it is the only way to contact them. They responded very quickly with a refund.

Invite won’t go out to 77 people
Help!!!! I've entered 77 new invitee contacts and it will not let me send the invite that I have asked it to send to and it's like it's locked up. It was a lot of work in for it not to go out is frustrating and I need help

Incorrect charge
I can't get a hold of them. I called and they want me to email my issue. I want to speak to a representative so that I can get reimbursed. I emailed and No one has gotten back to me . Very frustrating.
