1500 SC spend, thousands of spins and got few bonuses which paid from 1 to 15 SC , payback percentage is 5 % ? You guys are ridiculuos, feels like account is set up on loosing streak no matter what, any normal, not controlled RNG would really give way better payouts. They stole my money
I put money on my account when I reached the amount that I need to have in order to withdraw. I went to Readings to get my money I had $131 on my account after I put my ID in Miami people work in my documents I was told to resubmit them, and then I was playing the game and my money disappeared. I dont know where, as soon as I sent a complaint into the busy lady I was playing my game undo one disappeared into six dollars and change or something so my money was stolen from me and I want it back. I greatly appreciate it.

Account & Redemption Verification issues
There's actually a couple of problems with my account, 1) On my account details it has the wrong name:(it has Jason Wayne London on there when it's really supposed to be MEGAN PAGE LIFFICK). 2) The ID verification process is wrong I believe... Because it's my old ID and I can't figure out a way to make the process go ALL the way back so I can submit my NEW ID... & 3) For my proof of address it's not wanting to take anything I've submitted already and just keeps saying things like (Name mismatch or something about the data analysis is wrong etc.) But I need my account verified so I can redeem my sweepstakes prize of $ four hundred and something dollars. So the only thing I can think of to get it done properly is to send ALL the verification I've done tried on here and see if that works please!

PULSZ Ripped me off for $10,000.00
I won $10,000.00 on Pulsz casino. They delayed paying me until I satisfied their requirements surrounding my deposits. I Eventually demanded that they either pay me my $10,000 in winnings or they refund all of my deposits for the six months prior. I fell chargebacks for $1600 worth of deposits the debt taken place in the weeks prior to the winning the $10,000.00. Pulsz casino Began refunding some of my deposit, but they never did refund the tire six months worth northern day ever pay the $10,000 I won. After they refunded about $1300 worth of my deposits they still claimed that they were sending me my $10,000 in winnings, but then suddenly closed my account of which I have no access to now and they did this based on the claimed it by force chargebacks on them and so now Im not entitled to anything.

I have whitnessed many instances of obvious game manipulation and clearly the rtp is ludicrous. Ivr never played on a more rigged and crooked online casino. I deleted my account long time ago and decided I wanted to play again. Which i used a different email. I spent several hundreds and have available funds. They decided to lock my account and will not reopen it and tell me i need to reactivate my old email. Thats crazy! They refused to unlock my account!

Account : 1x94mk I have written on Trust pilot , The BBB, and have opened up a class action lawsuit against Pulsz . I have spoken with various members on your team in regards to my issues and complaints . Per usual , Pulsz terminated my account for being honest . However , per your terms and agreements you MUST abide in a mutually beneficially to ALL parties arbitration . I have asked for a refund of my account and or reopening of my account with my $2700 winnings sent to my bank account after calculating that the 94-97% RTP that is quoted in your terms and agreements was far less than 12%RTP thus making your terms and agreements false advertising . I asked what RNG was being used to see if it was A system thag was regularly monitored and tested with a seal of good faith that it presents equal opportunities. Because Pulsz decided to close my account without a mutual arbitration agreement I will continue until someone reaches out and addresses each of my concerns Less than a 12% RTP

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They let my money set in the account while they took 10 days to pay me by asking for ridiculous steps to prove my identity which had already been verified on a 1200.00 payout before this one and if I hadn’t had even one of the cards (to show them the information) I EVER played and paid with they weren’t going to pay me. So I played back a large portion believing they were never gonna pay me anyway and by the time they did over half of it was gone.

I won money through pulsz casino two weeks ago and they have still yet to pay me, I have won with them in the past under $2000 and they paid it but now that its over 2000 they made me jump through hoops, hoping that I wouldnt have the cards that I used to play with them and extended a verification process that has already been done day after day for almost 2 weeks. They asked me to be patient again today as if I havent already. Then they asked me if Im OK as if I have a gambling problem when theyre the ones having an issue paying people so maybe they have a problem. I even got a phone call from one of the customer service agents telling me that my verification process has been finished and theres no more to be done on it and that I should be receiving my money within 3 to 5 business days and then also that they expedited it and so Im not sure what expedited means in their organization because 3 to 5 business days is their normal amount of pay time. Unfortunately it seems as though they are crooked, criminal and fraudulent when it comes to paying out large wins. This is only one of the payouts they owe me, the other is 10,000. Still nothing as of todays date but more lies and extensions.

So a friend told me that you can win money off of playing this game so I did for the first time today has been about $175 then boom all the sudden I need a verification to prove who I am irritated enough but with all the problems of going on with fraud, I understand so, I said proof, my ID, my bank card, my transactions, proof of address a selfie not once not twice not 3 x 4 times I was told my ID was expired which its not my address document is not within 90 days that Has to be by February 18 I dont know where they went to school @.. but then what disturb me is, I was told that I need to send proof of a card that was never even used so they never even took money off of. Why would I have to send them pictures of a card that I didnt even get no money off of that. Makes no sense, as I got a thing that said your identification has been verified dont do anything else except send proof address since address. Not I need send card transactions!! transactions of a card that I never even used.. I need your ID again and I need another selfie. Im like I need a supervisor.
