Seeing if event today is cancelled due to rain

They have no phone number I shouldnt have to jump through hoops For a number to customer Service. In addition there was no answer. I sent an email about the festival I purchased and since its pouring raining was inquiring to see if its still on. No email reply no answer on the phone. I love pulsd but I am now extremely annoyed. I just want an answer.

Question about my voucher

I just noticed that one of my vouchers expired. I did not have the chance to use it and I was wondering if I can get credit. I am looking to go to the city. Thank you

Pulsd. Do not buy!

I have bought a couple of these and ran into the same problems a couple of times. First off, they want to know beforehand that you are using it, so they can feed you exactly what you paid for, baby portions. Second, they have designated area for you to sit in most places. It's not worth the humiliation on top of the poor services you are going to receive just for using a pulsed voucher in most places. Selina Chelsea is just shameless, they act like they dont know what the *** it is. They only honored it because they saw me took out my camera and started recording. Places where you are treated like human that I would recommend is Blue Bird London, Five star, they are wonderful. Dinner on Ludlow, was great, but they give you baby portions and not the full size. So you are not getting a deal. Great Jones Distilling Co, was great and accommodating. Il Cortile was wonderful! The Glass Ceiling, was also accommodating, but they had to substitute, which wasn't helpful at all. Please do not say I didn't warn you. In some restaurants, they look at you with scorn.

Great deals, love Pulsd

Just discovered the app and love it. Have bought a few vouchers now and went to a wine event with a group of friends. Great way to try new things around the city I wouldn't have otherwise.

Amazing experiences-I love pulsd!

I discovered pulsd through a friend when I first moved to NYC. I couldnt believe how many great experiences they had! Ive found it to be a great way to discover new places in the city where youre overwhelmed with SO many options. My favorite experience was Manhattan by Sails wine and cheese sail and also love the bottomless brunch offers and wine/food festivals. I did try to go to a restaurant once that was closed when I got there so I couldn't use my voucher, but I emailed support@***.com and they got back to me right away and issued me a full refund, it was actually so quick and it was a Saturday night! I really dont have any complaints about this company and wanted to share my experience here.

Cancellation of Pulsd complaint to pissed message

Pulsd has provided my $29 credit back and have responded responsibly to my request for the expired voucher for Stone Creek Bar which closed. I am Satisfied with the results which they provided.

Worst spa experience in my life

I purchased 2 spa treatments for Val El spa. I called and made a reservation for April 5, 2019 starting at 3:30 PM. I received a telephone call from the Spa on April 5, 2019 at approximately 2PM, confirming the appointments. When I asked why they were calling, the staffer said that since I did not respond to voice mail message on April 4 - she was calling again. I NEVER RECEIVED A Call on April 4. On the telephone the staffer confirmed 2 appointments - beginning at 3:30 PM (first - massage; second- facial). The address on all the information (from Pulsd and the spa website indicates that address is 1291 First Avenue, NYC.) In the rain and wind (really bad weather on April 5) I trudge to the First Avenue location (I am under medical treatment for leg pains making walking difficult) - only to find an empty storefront (and no sign that the shop had relocated). I tried to reach the spa on the phone - but the reception was terrible. Finally - I was able to hear the spa receptionist who said the address was now 418 East 71st Street, 6th floor, NYC 10021 (nowhere is this address listed!). When I arrive 15 minutes late, dripping wet from the rain and the long walk - I am barely greeted and brusquely told to hang my coat on a nearby rack and to follow the masseuse. I was offered no apologizes for the incorrect address and was told that it was my fault or the error of Pulsd and had nothing to do with them. Then I undress and get ready for the massage. I am asked if there is a particular issue that I wanted her to consider during the hour. I told her my major problem was severe leg muscle cramps and it would be great if you could concentrate on this part of my body. What happens? When she starts the massage - does she start with my legs??? No - she goes through her traditional top to bottom massage routine. When this is finally over, I inform her that I also scheduled a facial. She leaves the room to notify the receptionist that I am ready for the facial. They call me out of the massage room - to inform me that the facial appointment was cancelled (even though it had been confirmed only 3 hours prior to this moment). When I asked for a refund of the $49 paid for the facial - it was rudely denied. I was told that I had to contact Pulsd - that all the problems were with Pulsd and not with the spa. This is a very long way of requesting a refund of the $49 paid for the facial appointment that was cancelled and a suggestion that you do not promote this unprofessional enterprise on your website, and to place the correct address on your promotions.

Amazing Customer Service - Super Happy Customer

First of all I want to say how much I LOVE pulsd - it’s my go to for the best deals in the city. I’ve been using the service since a friend invited me a few years ago and I’ve gotten so many of my friends hooked as well! A few weekends ago I made a purchase for a voucher I had planned to use later that day. It turned out that I had accidentally created a new pulsd account because I spelled my email address wrong and before I had a chance to realize what I had done, pulsd emailed me the voucher I purchased letting me know they noticed my confirmation/voucher had not been sent. On a Saturday morning nonetheless! I’m sooo impressed with the level of customer service & super glad they noticed my (wrong) email bounced because it would have been way embarrassing to show up at the restaurant, ready to pay the bill and not having the voucher that I knew I purchased!

2 lost pulsd vouchers

Can you resend the vouchers to me? Guiletta restaurant on Carmine St in NYC. Expires May4 .The 2nd one is for Intermezzo restaurant on 8th Avenue in NYC Expires April 20. Both were puchased by Kenneth Abrams. I cant believe I deleted them, but hopefully you can resend the vouchers. Thank you so much!

Pulsd Customer Care Review

Honestly, I had a great experience. Bought a coupon for a restaurant that closed due to a holiday weekend, but said it was open online. Contacted Pulsd and got a response pretty much right away... on New Years Day nonetheless. They refunded in full.
