I enter all my information and I'm unable to get my order complete for a puffco plus bundle

Try to order a puffco plus bundle, entered all my information including credit card numbers they asked me to verify my age which I did Im 72 years old then it just took me back to the initial page and asked me to fill out all my information again Ive done it five times and Im really sick of it. I cannot believe this company has no way to contact the living person to solve this problem

It’s impossible to get ahold of customer service

My puffco pro stopped working after like 5 uses and I cant get it to work no matter what I do. I cant get ahold of customer support to fix the problem.

The reason for my review is, I paid a lot of money for it and it’s a piece of garbage

Stay away from this device it is complete crap. It will not work correctly. Youll sit around trying to have a good time and pick this device up and quickly get so pissed off that you wanna throw it across the room. Which will destroy your whole good mood

I’m an unsatisfied customer

The product works ok. For the price I do expect some customer support. My device started malfunctioning after a day. I brought it back to the place of purchase. They could not help though they did try. I learned how to do a herd reset. Hold the power button for 20 sec. The puffco worked for 4 weeks and then started to malfunction. I have been unable to contact them. For 400 dollars this unacceptable. I urge you to spend your money more wisely the I.

Worst customer service on the planet bar eBay

Sent in a two month old proxy that would not stay sealed because it had the V1 seal. Post office lost it. Puffco sent the label but apparently didn't put insurance on the return package so I'm screwed. Their customer service agents are cold heartless people who don't care to make it right. I've been a puffco user for about 6 years and I have many more years to give to someone else who cares about their customers.

Shipping courier they chose is incompetent

I dont understand why but for some reason the shipping courier GLS could not ship to my house. Signature is required but I verified age on site. It got sent back to puffco 3 times. I called GLS customer service, the guy who helped me said he put my phone number on the driver dispatch and said In the notes if unable to find residence or contact recipient call cell phone number. Camped outside my place for 3 hours during the window they said theyd deliver. Whole time I sat there I did not see a GLS truck or anything. But I got the notification that they couldnt find my house, and that the package delivery was failed! And. No call. Id refrain from buying puffco products off their website as the shipping courier they use is worthless and puffco doesnt seem to use another one (west coast) just pay the little difference that your local dispensary offers. Its not worth the headache ordering through puffco website.

Didnt receive an item I ordered. Shipping company forged my signature and Puffco admitted this. Wont refund or reship item. They are scammers

Order extremely late

I ordered the puff Co. through you guys. I work at a dispensary and it was around the same price I figured getting it from you guys. I wouldve got it sooner its been almost a month and I still have not received my Pepco at this point. I want a refund and I will buy it at my dispensary at a discounted price. Ive spoken to US three times and nobody knows where the Puffco pro is. Honestly I would just like a refund as soon as possible. Im gonna call my card. I already have my job giving me half the price on a pro i want my refund this has been the worst and most difficult purchase order Ive ever made especially for something that is so expensive. Im very disappointed.

Very mad!

Bought a brand new puffco charged it for recommended time and it wouldnt turn on. The customer service is terrible no one will contact me back for a replacement. Tired of trying to teach anyone

Ripped off

Puffco send me a special edition $600 ish with the accessories. It won't work with newer Bluetooth for my phone but they had me send it into them I commented how condition was important to me cuz I'd kept it very nice. They've sent me two replacements both very scratched up pits in the finish the latest one it has a pit coming out of the finish like a rust or who knows what. So because of the finish that they're sending me of the products that should be brand new I can't even get my money back to try to sell them like brand new. I could only sell them as damaged because that's what they keep sending me. So I bought something brand new receive something that will not work and it's damaged. And now customer service is ignored me now about 5 days. Very angry.

Both broke one in 8 days second one 3 days ago in own 3 grand in concentrations but no vain thd first warranty dies in 14 day and otters 11

Any way just got out of hospital after 35 days I have major liver problems I shouldnt have be live I still got more and dabs only thing that take my pain away but 2 fir 14 days 400 money after getting out of hospital bill medications I can afford I need it send serial numbers fir both
