Unprofessional

They do not respond to any removal requests. Absolute loser site. Do not place your trust in this website or ever give them a credit card number or personal information!

Annoyed

Tried to remove my data from Public Record Spy. The website states it can be removed through infotracer.com. I found myself on the site and asked to have my data removed. When I looked myself up again I couldn't be found; but another vendor says my info is being sold by Public Record Spy and the only way to delete it is through infotracer.com. Frustrating!!!

Multiple errors and inaccurate information

It appears as though this website has combined information from multiple people with names similar to mine. Wrong addresses, age, family, and income information. More mistakes than other similar sites and there appears to be no opportunity to correct the errors. Strong privacy concerns, especially because of the inaccuracies.

Remove MY INfo Incorrect

Do not have info correct and duplicate entries. Do not have family correct.

Incorrect info being sold & published. No way to contact company.

For my previous addresses, they give locations of cities where I have never even travelled, nor resided. No contact info to correct their erroneous info.

Another dissatisfied individual

I tried to contact them via their customer service link to tell them that the record they had belonged to someone with same name who is 20 years younger and lives in another state. No luck.

No way to contact

There is no email. There is no phone. There is no way to address issues or remove information.

You braking the law like the district attorney who is paying people to lie

No *** american piece of *** Why am I all over this internet *** Your judges and lawyers and the DA man are paying people to lie about me and are getting paid for doing it. You stole original documents, and changed the ones in the computer around to make me look guilty. While you look innocent. You tell who to help me and who to go against me. You alter video and audio records. Just to get your way. I am innocent until proven guilty. Which you haven't proved a thing.

Pissed off in Rochester

I have contacted these people several times requesting my personal information be removed from their site. I have just finished going through a very messy criminal court case against my ex. This case involved violence where my ex was able to find me using sites such as this. I am lucky to be alive and he is right where he needs to be. What does a person need to do to stop sites like this giving out personal information for a fee? I have googled my name in order to find out which sites have my personal information and have contacted them explaining my circumstances. hat more has to happen to me now that people are able to find out my location for a fee?

OH......IT GETS WORSE

AS IF THEIR LACK OF BUSINESS ETHNICS IS NOT ENOUGH TO BE OF CONCERN, THIS COMPANY ALSO SELLS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (Name, address, telephone, email, birthdate, etc.) I learned about this site after another company that monitors my personal, financial and background information, alerted me "Public Records Spy" was selling my personal information putting me at a high risk for identity theft and other potential problems/issues. This company provides me the service of contacting "Public Records Spy" and having my information removed. Which after my own observations and concerns once I visited the site incorporated with all of the negative reviews, "Public Records Spy" agreeing to remove listings and actually removing, might be a bit optimistic. This is the LAST company I want having this type info or wheeling and dealing with it. Well.......it has been approximately 3-4 months since I was apprised of this situation, AS WELL AS, 3-4 months of requesting my basic, personal information be removed. I have requested removal and the company I pay for this service has been diligently working for the same result. Nothing. Nada. Some one explain to me how it is legal for companies to sell my name, address, telephone number birthdate, and email address and I do not have a say so nor do I make a dime. This is MY personal information! Yet everyone or business has more control over the distribution than I. To add insult to injury, in the event a company sells my information, not only do I not get notified, I do not get a cut. Am I the only one that has a problem with this??

Public Record Spy is A JOKE

They have me listed as 2 people in 2 different cities in NJ? Also they have me listed as 2 different age ranges?? Then when you attempt to get yourself removed their is no way to opt out!! Is that even legal? I don't think so. I could not even send an email to the contact us without having to sign up again! OK! There is not way I am putting myself out there a third time to make matters worse than they already are! They do not list a phone number to contact them either from what I was able to find. They should not be able to list information that is not 100% accurate! It is a total JOKE! The site should be shut down!

Total Scam

Signed up for the "12 months Unlimited" HA! Tried a search, found required another $2.95 to "see" the detail...how is that "Unlimited"???? Oh, by the way, my account was charged TWICE by the seller. RUN DO NOT WALK away, and call Paypal if you used them and they will handle the case for you with Clickbank...which by the way is only open Monday-Friday. Like everyone else who has commented on this "service," I have learned a hard lesson today! In the future I will certainly check with Pissed Consumer, and others before purchasing ANYTHING online unless I know the company as reputable. I guess you really don't know what you don't know until you do. Best of luck!

Biggest Rip Off--Do NOT Buy!

I read others Reviews after I had already bought....I know...BIG mistake! My complaint is same as many others...they make it sound like it is unlimited use for the yearly rate, but then you have to pay additional for every report you want on anybody. I guess the $59.00 is just to log in to there website, pay extra for anything else. I do not recommend anyone buying from this company and also without carefully reading all there terms and conditions, that would probably take a day to read, and think whatever goverment agencies we pay to look out for these type of so call deals look into this one asap.

Publicrecordspy.com is a rip-off!!

I signed up for "unlimited searches" at $49.95. Found out that "unlimited searches" means you can search any record, but to find the results on the record (any data at all) you had to pay extra each time. So, for each birth record, ie, you would have to pay $2.95 more to actually see the results on the birth record. The "unlimited searches" just means you can search all you want...just cannot obtain any information. AND, when I tried to get results in NV, the site kept taking me to New Hampshire results. After 27 tries, I gave up. This site is a total rip-off! They do not respond to questions other than to send you an email with a print out of how good their services are. Hope this saves anyone else from spending their money for NOTHING!!
