Distributor product delivery issue.
I recently, actually 3+ months ago, purchased a 594 Pauls Guitar SE from the Music Depot in Greeley CO. As a part of the purchase, I was to receive a PRS Hard case in addition to the soft case which was supplied with the guitar. The store employees and manager continue to blame PRS for the lack of delivery. I have doubts about this story as I can literally get this elsewhere and am told there is not a problem. What is the story? Is this true?
