Ripped off and lied to

I called at 9:24 pm and the person who spoke to me was blatantly rude. I was quoted 20-30 mins. Finally at 10:19 my car was opened. Not to mention it was 45 degrees outside and I had a 1 yr old baby. Over the phone, they quoted $19 to travel. I ended up paying $130!!! To have my car basically broken into with what looked like a blood pressure pump. When I called to speak to a supervisor, they refused! Very expensive and unprofessional!! I could have done it with a hanger and I should have! Horrible business with NO integrity whatsoever!

Provo Locksmith

My car alarms itself when you lock it. I called Provo Locksmith and told them the problem. I told them that they could not just unlock the door because the alarm would go off, but they didn't listen. They sent out a guy that barely spoke English. I re-explained the problem with the car and told him that if he couldn't fix it and prevent the alarm from going off then I didn't want him to mess with it. He ignored me and opened the car and the alarm went off. He mumbled something about how his job was only to open the door nothing more. After getting my information he left and I was left in a situation worse than before I called them. I told them I was not satisfied and they still charged me $158 for situation that they made worse. They didn't listen and I wish I had never called them.

Provo Locksmith didn't listen and charged me for a service I didn't want

I have an old car with an alarm built in that goes off when the car in unlocked. Well I locked the car and the lock broke after I locked it leaving it alarmed as well. When I called Provo Locksmith I explained the situation and asked if they could handle it. They didn't really listen and sent a guy that was barely understandable. I explained again that if he was to just open the door the alarm would go off, but he didn't listen. He opened the door and the alarm went off. He came to me and said that he was only a door opener nothing more. I was then charged 160 dollars for a service that I knew would happen and didn't want. Had I known they would be incompetent I would have just called an auto shop directly. Now, 160 dollars in the hole, I still have to take it in. When I called them to talk about it they said that they had no fault. They didn't listen and frankly didn't care. I will never call them again and will recommend that none of my friends do either.
