The worst on time delivery service record and no accountability

Were told two weeks to receive our orders and sometimes it takes two months and we do receive our order the stitching is *** poor quality. The customer service is rude and very unhelpful

This company is not real. They are a scam.

I ordered a name plate for a jersey in early September. Nothing showed up. I wrote them several emails before receiving a very curt response that claimed they'd sent it (clearly didn't). I asked for a replacement, they said they'd send one. Again, nothing. Over 3 months of this... I asked for tracking information repeatedly and they simply ignored me. Finally, I asked for a refund after receiving nothing. No response. I went through Paypal and got my money back through them and SUDDENLY I get several emails (we're sorry, how can we fix this, etc.), to which I replied no thanks, you had over 3 months, you blew it, I'm done... They wouldn't let up and had the nerve to send a picture of an awful looking name plate that they would send "upon repayment". I laughed and told them to stop emailing me. In an unfathomable display of professionalism (note my sarcasm) they wrote back "Ok Little Baby!". This is not a real company. They would've happily ignored me forever until I managed to get the money back that they scammed from me, and I have little doubt if I'd fallen for their pathetic attempt to "make it right", I'd be out of my money yet again with nothing to show for it. Stay away!!!

Terrible Company

First of all, they offer free shipping on orders over $75 but then charged me for shipping on my order of over $300. I emailed them and they said they weren't sure why it wasn't applied but refused to offer any credit. When my order finally arrived, the numbers were not sewn or ironed together. They were all loose. They were also missing one of the layers and the name plates that were supposed to come with them. After a very slow email back and forth, I finally decided to open a credit card dispute. They decided to THEN ship the remainder of the numbers (still have not shipped the nameplates). And then they gave the tracking to my CC company to tell them my order had in fact been fulfilled. Nine months later, I am out over $300 and never received my order in full.

Worst Customer service ever!

Kevin couldn't care less about what he sends you or what you order. I received 11 out of 12 matching items. The most important did not even come close to what the rest looked like! Stay the *** away

BUYER BEWARE THIS SCAMMER! I did not receive order and want refund!

Ordered 5-14 never heard back asked for cancellation 6-5 was told order was 'with seamstress' and should ship 6-8. Tried to call 6-15 (phone mail not set up) Emailed again no answer. Emailed 6-27 advising did not receive order filing claim with paypal. Vendor said shipped in white envelope (no tracking #) 6-24 ETA 6-28 Was told they 'found my white envelope' at Jax USPS hub (really) but was on hold due to paypal dispute. They offered to cancel and refund which I requested (they did not) Vendor responded that they 'released' order for delivery. I responded I do not want it delivered I want refund. (again white envelope with no tracking?) . 7-1 I received a manila envelope with tracking # filled with plastic bags and a note stating 'order received' !! Responded to vendor who said 'if you received the 2nd package you received the 1st one' (which I did not) My response: As I said before I never got the standard white envelope which obviously did not have tracking. What did have tracking was the envelope with plastic bags in it which is what you fraudulently reported to paypal as the 'original' order. I don't know why you can't understand that I did NOT get the patch in the untrackable white envelope. I have no reason to try to scam you but obviously based on your BBB reports you make a habit of it. Since you are unwilling to refund my $$ I will be filing a complaint with BBB and city of Aurora CO (if that's where you even are) I have given you every opportunity to refund my $$ (you even said below you would and obviously are not going to) Kevin responded ORDER SHIPPED! I responded 'it may have shipped but was NOT received) I also filed report with ReportFraud.ftc.gov

Terrible Customer Service had to file claim with PayPal

I placed order on 5-14 requested cancellation on 6-5 since I had not heard anything from them and was told that my order was 'with the seamstress' but was supposed to ship the week of 6-8. They stated they sent emails confirming but I did not receive them (even did a search thru all emails to no avail) I asked for copies of their previous emails and tracking but never received a response. After checking the BBB (I should have checked before I ordered) I see that they have many complaints similar to mine. 74 complaints closed in last 3 years 17 complaints closed in last 12 months Terrible 'company' poor service :( Kevin responded that my package was in local USPS hub but 'on hold' since I filed claim. BS!! Evidently they have a special postal rep that can hold and release their packages (in a city of a million people?) LMAO " Since you went ahead and filed a dispute, we have your package on hold. Or you can close your dispute and we can have it released & delivered by tomorrow. Totally up to you. Please let us know. " Requested a refund AGAIN ! Do not use this scammer!

Non-receipt of numerals

I twice ordered uniform numbers and didnt receive. Calls are not answered, and it says voicemail not set up. Customer Service number is no good.

No communication or fulfillment

Ordering was easy, but communication and fulfillment stopped after the credit card transaction cleared. (He stopped responding to calls and email, and soon didn't have a working voicemail box.) I ended up disputing the charge, then cancelling the dispute (to give the guy a final chance), and re-opening the dispute -- and I now have to go to Plan B.

Dishonest as they come. Total Fraud

I ordered some jersey numbers and letters on 12/3/21. Here we are 02/10/22 and I never received my product, and have thus far been denied a refund of my money. They are a total fraud. I sent a few inquiries, and they couldn't even keep their lies straight. They bounced from it will be shipped in a couple days, to it was shipped a couple weeks ago. To do you still want the product? At this point I just want a refund. I have already filed a complaint with the AGs office in their state, and will pursue these criminals until my last days on earth. Avoid these crooks at all costs. I wish I would have discovered this site prior to spending money at ProPatchesUSA

Took my money and never sent product an lied to ke

I ordered Jersey lettering kits in December 2021. After not receiving them for a month I sent an inquiry. I was told they would be shipped that week. I waited another month. I inquired again about my order. This time they told me they had shipped it two weeks prior. Still no order arrived. I inquired a third time and no response. At this point theyve had my money for 2 1/2 months and I have yet to see any product.

Incomplete Order & Terrible Customer Service

DI order letters for a jersey as a way to market a baseball business. Pro Patches said the order would take 2 weeks to deliver, so I placed the order and also bought an authentic jersey and season tickets to Padre games. Two weeks later, I followed up to be told the ETA was that particular weekend. A couple weeks and multiple emails and calls later, I was asked to provide the order details. 2 months later, the order arrived missing one of the letters. I reached out multiple times again and was finally informed the missing letter would be sent. Multiple follow up attempts failed, so 4 months later and after the season, and my marketing attempt had ended, I requested a refund. I did so again each month for the following two months - Never receiving another response. I recently filed a BBB complaint, which is usually not my style. My situation is worse than most as I spent several thousand dollars on this failed marketing venture thanks to Pro Patch USA not fulfilling their responsibilities, but would have been equally frustrated had the order been placed for a personal jersey with no time constraints.

Steals from people

This clown is a con man and a thief. Should be shutdown. How can he still be in business? Ordered 2 patches. One screened and one sewn on. Sends the screened one and it wrong, after I complained about not receiving the second one, he says oh we sent tothe wrong address and it was returned and we are sending it out again. 3 months now no path. I'm sure it wrong anyway. Stole my money. POS

No order ever received

They lied saying the order was shipped twice. It's been over a month and a half from the original order date. I just found out I was double charged today. This is a *** "company". Put them out of business!

Fraudulent charges

I had 1 order from Pro Patches USA. Order went ok, question response was good too. Unfortunately, unauthorized reoccurring charges every 6 months keep happening for the same amount as the original order. I found out this is the #1 complaint against this company on the BBB, looks like it happens to many customers, not just me. Had to cancel credit card and file disputes for the charges.
