Cant find availabilityies for a remote proctored exam that is supposed to be available. Called but No answer. The office is closed. So calls can only be attended to within office hours which is concerning as this is a worldwide platform covering different timezone.

Scheduled exam

How come no one told me about pissed consumers? I am going away for good and this Producer Program is really important for my line of professional field of work and as a mean to stay in tourist business insurance productivity and I can't afford to be stocked on the machine paying for transcript after I studied to pass the exam

They want you to use the website to do everything, but it is TERRIBLE

You can't access the website, because it's down, or times out, then wait to speak to a person, who tells you to wait all the time because "the system is really slow at updating". The phone quality is terrible, and twice the line dropped and I had to start again. FINRA...please pick a different provider for your exams these people are a total JOKE.

Exam timing in the system need to be checked..

SURAJ SASHIDHARANPrometric ID :- PRO-ZPN4UTG9S Prometric test center :- 5332 Boston- Commonwealth Avenue, 930,Commonwealth Avenue. Date of exam :- 06th MAY,2023. CMA PART 1. I started my exam at 12.26pm today and it abruptly closed at 2.26pm( 2hours ). There was some technical error in my desktop and it automatically got blank and restarted. When it started screen showed me I have 5 minutes left wherein only 2 hours of my exam time was lapsed and I was still in MCQ. You can check my in and out time at the exam center for more verification from your end. I did check with Piometric staffs but they told to connect with the respective. Hope you understand the criticality of my situation and give me a resolution for the same at the earliest regards Suraj

Terrible Customer Service

I signed up for an exam some time ago through Prometrics. It wasn't the easiest process, but I navigated through the steps successfully (eventually). Recently, I recent a Summons for Jury Duty during the same day/time of that I was supposed to take the exam. I've been contacting Prometrics since 4/1/2023 and still have been unsuccessful at getting this exam cancelled. Today, I contacted them 4xs and after 30 mins (from 430-5pm) was informed that they were closed (as I was on hold after being transferred by one of their representatives). I tried to then navigate through the website but it wasn't very user friendly. I felt completely unsupported throughout this process. The "customer care team" was not only unfriendly but unhelpful and I've literally made no progress in getting this exam cancelled (still) after so much time and effort now made on my part.

Absolutely horrible customer service

I scheduled to complete an exam through Prometrics but then was selected for Jury duty at the same day/time of the scheduled exam. The customer care service center was extremely difficult to get a hold of. Once I got a hold of someone, I was mis-informed about the process so when I called prometrics back, I was informed the representative had computer problems so was transferred to the phone que. Once sitting there for an excessive period of time, I hung up and dialed prometrics again. I received another representative who explained her inability to help me cancel my exam as well and stated she was in need of transferring me to a co worker due to her computer problems. At that time, she transferred me and I received a recording stating that they were closed. I started this process at 430pm and by 5pm nothing had been resolved. This is second occasion (this month) that I've tried to cancel this exam and continue to be unsuccessful. The website is challenging to navigate and due to my circumstances, I'm just trying to get someone to cancel this exam. What an absolute headache.

Getting to them takes like 20 minutes what with all the prerecorded messages etc and then their platform crashes ... its no use talking to anyone. Also if they have a test scheduled and the website is down they should inform candidates before the test and also have candidate support for after hours tests scheduled. Not sure why institutions are not using another provider. Worst ever. So frustrating. Why is my scheduled exam not "cancelled" when I could not give the test? I could then have scheduled on the website again. Why keep it in "scheduled" state even after 3 days? I wish I was not mandated to use this testing provider.
