Did not receive my full order of bracelets and purple power and 7 chakra makas.
I am very discouraged with my order. I did receive the 2 Rose Quarts bracelets, however the purple power mala, and the 7 chakra.mala were missing. I paid( $77 ) for 4 items to be shipped, and only received 2. I feel like returning them and just send me a refund, extremely upset. Unless you can send me these 2 missing malas, purple power and 7 chakra. They wrap around 5 or 6 times, or I guess you can wear them as a necklace. Looking forward to speaking with a person in customer service Thank you very much !!!?

I was charged for a purchase I didn't make.
I was charged 49.95 for a order I never purchased. I need to be refunded asap, I have my transcript to prove it. This purchase was at 4:45 am 10/16/22. Can someone please reach out to me, that was the last of my funds.

I reached out to the phone # listed,the woman I spoke with stated she would check it out & I would receive an e-mail regarding order...Never Happened!!! I placed another call today.

I bought a necklace on their site and when it arrived it wasnt quality at all! Then 2 weeks later my debt card was billed for 150.00 from them! I called the number lissedon pissed off customer and talked to Enid. She told me that when I purchased the necklace it was bundled with something ( by this time I was so mad I didnt hear anything else she said! After about 1 week my funds were returned . Bank advised changing debt cards.. so now I have to go through that hassle ! DO NOT USE PROJECT YOURSELF instead PROTECT YOURSELF!
