When I call the phone number that is supposed to be for project source, its actually for Lowes customer service and they cant help me.

Your product was complete junk put a blade on it tightened it up and the part the goes into the handle broke immediately absolutely discussed with this company never will I recommend or use their products ever again

Shower Head is worthless
I paid a lot of money for this product. The water coming out of shower head is so so weak and slow. Its not my water pressure because the bottom faucet works fine. I would like a refund or replacement.

Who covers the “limited warranty”
Bought a project source shovel model #355**** late last fall. Havent used it a bunch but the blade broke. Took it in to lowes and they said to contact project source as they dont warranty it. The project source warranty number is a lowes number and its all automated and can only get hep if you bought the extended warranty apparently. So who warranties this product? Apparently nobody is the answer

Toilet bowl not holding water
My new toilet won't fill with water. The water flow is going to the toilet but nothing is coming into the tank. Tried everything, can I return it?

Brand new Project Source kitchen faucet started leaking within less than 1 year and there is no tech support available or customer service. Really bad!

Horrible experience
Blue stickers they put on side of toilet and behind seat. Both are impossible to get off and the blue dye gets all over. Bought 4 toilets huge mistake ! Never again

Tank for toilet.
We are in need of a tank for a black toilet. We have been told that no where in the supply chain is a black toilet tank that can be sent to use. I find that hard to believe.
